Hotel is in good location, many places are in walking distance. Staff was friendly. The room i had was one of the inner ones, nice looking and it was cleaned daily. great service! we had some questions about the ladder to the bunker bed, the stuff named Aquiles came to our room twice to help: first time he came to show us how to set up the ladder securely when my kid was sleeping in the upper bed; after my kid woke up, he came up second time and install an extra protection bar to the upper bed.

The hotel room is very small. Compared to the hotel at the same price around the same area that my friend booked, I think we overpaid for this. Also, I was charged more in USD payment if I converted EUR price to USD FX rate.

The hotel is very close to the station, and there's a laundromat and supermarket right nearby.

Small room with so small window to nowhere, bed is hard not comfortable, bad pillow as on attached picture. Terrible to have a shower because faucet accidentally give very hot water during showering without your controls. More guest reclaimed to reception the same situation with no controling hot water and they didn't solved this problems.

Hotel was in good location, but a bit run down. Ceiling was coming apart, and there was visible rust and moulded grout lines in the bathroom.

This is my first visit to Spain, where I stayed for six nights at Hotel America, which provided an excellent experience. It is a relatively tiny hotel, very well located in the center of Barcelona. Around there are plenty of bars and restaurants. The hotel is clean, and personnel is kind. Breakfast is rich. The gym/sauna of the hotel is super small and because of that, it is allowed to be used one person at a time upon reservation.

The hotel staff were friendly and polite. Although it's near the road, I didn't hear any car noises. However, the soundproofing in the adjacent rooms was poor, and I could hear conversations and snoring from the next room. The hotel works. Pros: It’s cheap, very nice looking, the AC works well and the staff were quick to smile and say hello. Cons: the room was small and had a view on nothing but a blank wall and the hotel itself didn’t offer a ton of amenities. But as long as you’re expecting a cool and secure place to sleep in a good, central neighborhood, you’ll be very happy for the price.

We stayed for 4 nights in a room with a terrace which was very nice. An older building with a charm at a great location, close to many places of interest. The best part was, they did give us a 6pm, very late checkout with a fair price which was a great gesture as we had a late flight.

Originally we were in a room on the first floor facing the street. Night noise-from midnight to 4 AM was intolerable. The next day the nice staff moved us to a quiet room and we were very happy.

We booked this hotel for our honeymoon, but when we returned after going out, the room key card we had left behind was missing, and the safe was showing an error. When we reported this to the reception staff, they dismissed it as if it wasn’t a big deal, saying that since nothing was stolen and the key card had been replaced, there was no problem.
