It was clean. It’s not located in the best part of the city but still fine (metro access). Breakfast wasn’t so diverse. The hotel's environment and facilities are great. There's a free gym available for workouts, and the view from the window is beautiful. The beds were two narrow singles pushed together, but they weren't uncomfortable. Amenities were basic, just soap and shampoo; you'll need to bring your own slippers, toothbrush, and razor. Breakfast was decent and quite extensive. The hotel is about three blocks from Plaça de Catalunya, and despite being on a main street, it was surprisingly quiet.
