We immediately reported it, and the hotel assured us they would handle the matter with their insurance.
After that, complete silence — no updates, no response to our follow-ups, nothing. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional!!It’s shocking how a hotel of this standard ignores its guests once damage has occurred. We would have expected at least some accountability and communication.
I also worked from there it was quite and no distractions.
It 5 minutes distance from the stunning beach front. Good breakfast too.
