The pool and garden area are beautiful and perfect for a lazy afternoon. The spa facilities are a nice bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast had plenty of choice.
I was here for one week and this hotel is the most luxurious and best situated for adults. The property sits directly on Fenals beach. The views from the ocean side rooms are unbelievable. They property to closed to non- guests. It is very peaceful and quiet. Far from the teenaged crazy loud nightlife. The breakfast is fresh w a good variety. Served til 10:30. The restaurant is a bit over- priced … but w through view and the ambience ….. it’s a good value. The staff is very professional. They protect their ice like it’s gold. Lol. They insist no outside foods or drinks are brought into the property. So I suppose withholding ice helps enforce that. I had a looked at several hotels in this area - now that I’m here it is VERY obvious I made the best choice. Amazing. Don’t hesitate to book. It is not new - it has personality and is updates w modern touches. It’s very clean. The bed was perfect. Bathroom small but very comfortable. Definitely a 5 ⭐️
Personnel which would know slav language only. That I found it very disappointing. Looking to complete area where cyrillic text was all over, it should be ok for them. I did not enjoy it.
