- The food was ok but wasn't fresh the whole time especially breakfast. We were here about 3 years ago and the food was much better. The location is not optimal. I would choose a hotel that is closer to the beach.

+ The room was clean, comfortable beds. There is a fridge in the room. We uppgraded to pool view and it was nice. The hotel is fresh and clean. Stuff were helpful and welcoming. bad hotel many bad sides .
the room was not clean there was still hair in the shower from the previous people toilet was not clean.
there were no sheets for the children so had to go find it yourself.
for the people who could not read Spanish but have to find out for themselves what to do in the hotel is nowhere to be found on paper what to do in the coming days.
every night there was ne saw guy who was playing some music.
the person behind the bar an older man who could never laugh was a sour man .
have complained to them with the request for compensation but unfortunately without success.
so along this way I want to let people know before they experience it too.
GET ONLY THINGS TOP IS THE FOOD AND TOP PEOPLE THAT I TAKE OFF MY HAT FOR THAT .
if I could make the choice search further this was the worst holiday ever.

Very nice and good hotel! Nice for families with (small) children. Multiple swimming Pools due to Palace being in of the hotels in the resort.

Older staff prefer to serve Spanish, so prepare to wait at the bar. Facilities good, lots of pools and separate kids pool.

This is a beautiful place to be with the family. We had a lovely time at this hotel for our 7days stay. Great staff in Coral restaurant, very welcoming ( Delicious food and lots of variety to choose from). Gabriel at the reception (Olympic palace hotel )was very helpful through out our stay. Joy at the mini club ensured our kids enjoyed their play any time they are at the club.Cleaning staff are excellent with their job. Clean sheet, clean room and fresh towel supplied daily. Great time at the pool side with plenty to eat at the snack bar . The beach is also about 10mins walk from this hotel .We will definitely be back to this hotel next time. Highly recommended.

Excellent facilities brilliant for families very clean and tidy friendly staff brilliant food. And in a good location 20 min walk to the town and beach.

Had a really good time here with two kids under three. Was loads of entertainment, amazing staff and food wasn't bad either! Book direct with hotel to get the best out of all inclusive with free magnums, slush puppies and some branded drinks.. if you like bourbon the try the four roses
