It was a very clean well located Hotel in the Heart of Lloret de Mar. Food was very good .rooms cleaned almost Daily. I had to send cleaners away 4 Tim's as I am a tidy person and to save the staff time and money. Lovely place.i have Booked again for May 2026..its one of the best Hotels ive stayed in .in the 40 years ive been travelling..

Wanted £200 Deposit. This is a 2 star at best. Although it does have its charm. Stayed there 3 times over the years, it was the last time that the deposit went up to £200. Scary if you are on your own with little spending money. Be warned.

Location is good. All is close, only beach little be faraway. We took the all-inclusive package. The price included food and drinks. We didn't get any wine, they were always chosen by who, how much was given. We were told that since there were two of you at the table, you couldn't get a bottle. Two adults, a baby and a 2-year-old child were sitting at the table next to us, and two bottles were given to the table

We came during October half term and was very worried as read all the reviews. Upon arrival reception staff was lovely and told where rooms was. Rooms was very dates and not cleaned every day bedding never changed and had to ask for clean towels. Fridge had mould in it also. Bar staff was rude and was only one bar open and was a nightmare to get a drink at times. Restaurant was ok breakfast same most days and cold and same goes for every dinner and tea food was stone cold even if you got there when it opened. We was a family 8 including a baby and they kept trying to split us up during meals times and restaurant management was extremely rude Pools was freezing but think this is due to time of year Location Hotel was really good and ideal Only let down was the food if this was changed we would return but I dont think we will

This is a true review.the room is fine,clean,fridge etc.The bathroom was clean but very run down,the toilet seat had been there a long time,I have never seen a seat that the white has worn off and showing the black base,just looked so bad.The chome and stainless steel fittings where rusty or very dull because of age.skirting boards and door bottoms where rotten and warped.The hotel itself was the same,rotten wood fittings and warping.The food was ok but cold.Because we where British we where not dropped off at the hotel door as eveyone else was,the drivers did'nt help with cases on the shuttle bus,French ,German,and Spanish Where all dropped at the door.we had a hotel tax of £18 pound odd,to pay on arrival,so beware of that.We still enjoyed our holiday,however will not stop here again.Probably wont go to Spain again,we arent really welcome.Hotel badly needs updating,a total refurb is needed.

All of the bars were not open, waiting long time to get drink, pools were ok. Food was nothing special. Most of the staff were rude apart from one or two. No kettle in rooms. Bugs roaming about. Walls are thin you can hear everything so didn’t get much sleep. Didn’t feel very welcome by staff. Hotel very dated. Definitely not 4 star! The best thing about it is the location.

We went sep 20-27th , only 1 of 3 restaurants open. Spa was closed. Bars available were reduced to one at night , 2 in the day. Facilities and services were being reduced day by day during our stay. Which was a shame. I think in full swing the hotel would be good. Most* staff were pleasant, some areas could do with more TLC and cleaning throughout the day(staffing levels reduced?) Pools are great and food was varied in the Mediterranean restaurant although very busy. Snack bar was good as it is order as requested. Many close shops and short walk to beach. I didn't have issues with noise from our room..I just wished we had full hotel as advertised

Absolutely shocking no entertainment for kids pools was freezing attitudes disgusting they had no manners everything they advertise was false advertisement other guest are rude shoving kids while they are getting food the catering staff actually told me to leave with my 14month old baby with out having anything to eat because the pram was in the way they have three restraurant and only one is open waste of money wouldn’t go again on a family holiday not a family based resource

Rooms are freezing only provided 1 sheet heating doesnt work States there is plenty for children to do there is nothing to do as everything is shut apart from 3 freezing cold pools both my children caught a cold Guests are very ignorant and rude would never recommend definitely not worth the money not designed for children waste of money and I would never return or recommend

Ignore the negative reviews we had a great holiday hotel is massive so we got lost on the first day lol food is decent always something to eat my daughter is fussy but never went hungry snack bar I’d say is better than evening meals hotel is spotlessly clean beds and towels changed everyday, the only thing I’d say is they need more staff for the evening bar as it’s quite busy, entertainment at night focuses more for young children which doesn’t bother me it’s their wee holiday aswell. Would definitely recommend and would go back again 10/10
