Fantastic. Everything. Very good conditions and breakfast. Iñaki and Elia, super-determined, professional and friendly. A GREAT little hotel.

Everything was perfect. The welcome, the cleanliness, the location, the side sea view, the spacious room, the tranquility. Excellent value for money.

Great beach location opposite Beach

URH Sitges remains our hotel of choice on our annual visit to Sitges.
This year we visited in the offseason instead of in the summer and definitely had a different experience in the town. It was quiter and much easier for restaurant/tapas bar bookings and browsing the wonderful shops.
Our frontal sea view was fantastic. Bed was comfortable and we had tea/coffee facilities. We did notice since our last visits 8 months ago, that their are some maintenance issues here and there. Some broken tiles which have been patched up , broken beading on the glass door leading to the balcony, dirty umbrellas in the restaurant Amanit, fewer items for the breakfast buffet than we have had on our 3 previous visits.
The small plastic table in our balcony had a large crack in the middle when we arrived which we reported to reception 3 times but nothing was done about it. We took the table down to reception in the end to get it replaced on our 3rd day. As we had paid extra for a balcony sea view room it is reasonable to expect balcony furniture which is usable.
We must however commend the staff, Cristina, Ivan,Domingo for looking after us well..we hope the maintenance issues are resolved as we loved this homely hotel

It's a pleasure to be once again at this hotel where they make you feel at home with all the luxuries of a hotel.

What a great location! So close to all you want to enjoy in Sitges. Friendly staff, clean hotel, with great food.

This hotel was exceptional. Can’t beat the location - 20 steps from the beach and main promenade.
The hotel staff were incredibly nice, helpful and kind people. Fausto and the young man he works with were so sweet! They always greeted us with smiles and were very helpful when we asked them questions. The rooms were lovely, clean, modern and relatively spacious for a European room. I’d recommend getting a sea view as you are so close to the water that you can hear the waves. I’d stay here over and over again because it was exceptional from all angles. The pool is nice, in a more shaded area if you need a break from the sun. We didn’t spend much time there as I am a sun addict but it’s a lovely little lush oasis. It’s in a more quiet part of Sitges, away from the party areas - which we really liked. Still lots of people out at night, walking on the promenade but less party and more chill.

The hotel was nice and clean. Very confortable and big beds. Breakfast was good missing other meats (only pork) or fried eggs only scrambled eggs. Close to the beach only you had to cross the promenade. Very helpful reception. Nice pool.

Wonderful location steps from the beach. Staff are wonderful and incredibly helpful and friendly. Pool was great. Loved that they gave you pool/beach towels. AC struggled in the room but temps outside were not too high so it wasn't that big of a deal. Highly recommend

This was our 3rd time at the URH Sitges. We can't stop coming back mainly because of the hospitality and care of the staff. Alex in particular is genuinely the best hotel manager we have known. He is personable, polite and extremely thoughtful. And this time we also met Santiago who gave us some good recommendations on local places to travel to by train and advised on what tickets to get. As we stayed for 5 nights in lateral sea view deluxe room this time we had plenty of time to explore Calafell and Vilanova. The room was on the 1st floor (116) but views were still great and the location is ideal to enjoy Sitges vibes. The pool area is an oasis of calm. Breakfast good as ever as well as the bar. We enjoyed our stay so much. Always feels like home full of lovely people. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at URH Sitges Playa! We traveled with our 1.5-year-old daughter and everything was perfectly prepared for us in the room. The hotel was very clean and the service staff were exceptional – always friendly, attentive, and happy to help with any request. Breakfast on the terrace with a sea view was a real highlight and the buffet had everything we needed. We also loved the pool area – perfect for relaxing when we didn’t feel like heading to the beach. The only small downside is that the walls are quite thin, but this didn’t bother us much and certainly didn’t take away from our overall experience. We would absolutely stay here again.
