It was a short but very pleasant stay, the staff was very attentive and friendly, the prices were very affordable and the pools were wonderful, with a very complete buffet.

Fantastic hotel it's a little dated but it's clean the staff are so friendly and can't help you enough the location is great the food is fantastic everything you need I will I will be definitely booking again this year with family and they are great with kids our friend had to hire a mobility scooter which was very reasonable and the place is very accessible if you have disabilities as well can't...

Just a short distance from the airport, this fabulous hotel has an unrivalled position right next to the ocean - the small supplement for a sea view room is well worth it! The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage

The evening entertainment is varied- maybe not to everyone’s taste but the mini disco for the children is a lot of fun. The evening entertainment concludes at 22:30 so if you want more, there are bars close by

This is a great place if you have kids. Great for adults without kids too. Very well run establishment, all the staff work incredibly hard. The selection of foods was fantastic, they really do try and cater for everyone

The bathroom has a shower over a bath - lashings of hot water! We had a spacious balcony overlooking the ocean - just idyllic. The food is varied and plentiful

All inc not inc WiFi, pool towels or room safe. Activities, tours all in French. Food good. Room good, cleaned well. Facilities good too. I like it, despite total French bias.

Food was good as was the rooms and massive swimming pools, the only problem was all the entertainment was in french! We were not told that the place was french owned and very much geared up for french people

There isn't in any room) After a visit from my wife at the reception they moved us in a slightly better room. Other than that good food, nice staff and pools for everyone

Nicely located only 10 mins walk into main town. spacious rooms and well kept public areas. plenty of choice food wise only complaint certain items in cafeteria not well set out. no teaspoons near hotdrinks machine

Excellent choice of food at all meals, some really good seafood on offer. Rooms were vast and clean, a little outdated but nothing garish. Facilities were well maintained and staff very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel, but mainly for the French. Food ok, Animations great but in French. Recommend , clean nice hotel for little money.

Our room overlooking pool area was bright and kept spotlessly clean with shower gels etc. Tea and coffee provided daily. Two pools and surrounding areas maintained and attractive

Starting at check in, I had not told the hotel of my partner’s breathing problems and we were allocated top floor with no lift, absolutely no problem, we were then allocated ground floor easy access, lovely views of the pool (we had booked pool view)

I stayed in this hotel for the second time after 10 years, and I enjoyed it a lot. Staff members at the reception were all very friendly, polite, professional and welcoming. I’ve got a pool view suite with a lovely view

Well twice I’ve stayed here now and place just gets better! Two beautiful swimming pools, rooms are nice and big, everything about the place scores highly

Lovely hotel beautiful rooms pool area is calm and chilled but no music just the birds which i quite enjoyed - pool is cold so if youre brave go for it - easy access to all shops and beach had a lovely week

Now for the food, beware, I put 5 pounds on in the three weeks, the food is very good indeed, we had half board and never had an evening meal out in the 21 days we were there, and we love dining out, so beware of your waistline if you’re there for any length of time

Plenty of cupboard space wth 10 hangers and about six shelves. We brought a couple of patio chairs in to lay our day clothes on that were not being hung up. We never had a problem getting sunbeds

There is a notice that any bed left unused for half an hour the towels would be removed and beds could not be “reserved”. Don’t know if this is executed as there was no need

We used the kettle, large toaster and fridge but not the cooking facilities which included a microwave. Hairdryer and iron supplied too. Good sized TV with loads of stations including some British stations

21 euros for use of the safe with 20 euro deposit on key. The single beds were comfortable enough and could be moved together if preferred. There was a a 3-speed ceiling fan which was well used

The staff were excellent and very helpful and could find no fault whatsoever in that department. The complex is very central for amenities and about a five minute walk to the beach

The rooms were clean, the only thing I would pull up on was the grouting in the shower area which could do with some work. There was complimentary tea/coffee

Location great - nice and quiet. Apartment enormous and clean. Lovely balconies overlooking pool. Food in restaurant great and reasonably priced.

Nice bakery 20 yards from front door and small supermarket 300 yards round corner. property right on the front near the harbour. Windy location but that's fuertaventura for you. No problem getting a sun lounger

Towels well worn and not full bath size and I’m a regular size female. Could usually get a sunbed but people queue from 8. 40 if they wanted a particular spot

Coffee was good at the bar and the restaurant but I’m a boring Nescafé lady. Youngest Granddaughter needed a hot chocolate after being in the pool. Staff in general very pleasant and helpful

As a vegan it can be a struggle to eat properly on holiday but honestly the food was great and I was full the entire time! Vegan options with every meal time that didn't just feel like an add on - there were dishes with lentils, chickpeas, beans, quinoa etc, and a pasta dish, salads, roasted veggies - all genuinely so tasty! The quinoa was the best I've had

Also the coconut yogurt at breakfast should be better labeled as they're all in the same bowls and the signs get moved so one morning I made a bowl up which turned out to be normal yogurt - maybe the hotel could put the vegan yogurt in a different colour bowl to help identify? Other than this I was impressed with vegan and veggie options ! Also (this is explained on arrival) if you tell the reception...

Just got back from a 5 night stay here, and really enjoyed it - would return, but would request a different room

We spent a very enjoyable week at this hotel, staying in a ground floor room looking out to the pool. Having stayed in H10 hotels many times before it lived up to the standard we expected

Good breakfast and attentive personnel, also good for lunch. Pool was not heated, or not to a level that would entice people to enter it

We had a lovely stay and I would recommend this hotel if you want a relaxed holiday in a great hotel in a great location

Spa needs to be booked and paid for. Very few places available because spa is small. We did not get a spot but no regrets. Gym is nice and so is the general feel and look of the place

Sadly, in keeping with too many hotels, there was an issue with insufficient sun beds by the pool unless you are prepared to join the dawn chorus and get your towels down before everyone is fully awake! It is such a disappointment

H10 Ocean Dreams Good location, staff cheerful & helpful, clean apart from the pool surround, including sunbeds, seating and floor area, very grubby. Adults only idea brilliant.

Im at the maxorata at the moment I've been here 2 weeks I have 2 weeks more to go do not come to these apartments if you are expecting 5 star its a 3 star there is a 150 euro deposit to pay when you check in which is given back to you when you leave which covers a kettle and an iron the apartments are basic but clean and spacious and the beds are comfortable there is plenty of space in the wardrobes...

Great value little complex. Very clean. Staff are lovely. Pool bar is ace and good food. Cleaners work tirelessly! The place is spotless. Great location. 10 min walk to everything. Huge rooms.

the pool is a good size and it is salt water the pool bar food is very nice and reasonable plenty of sunbeds in various areas they do not have a children's pool so if you are thinking of bringing children make sure they can swim also no playground

Friendly staff , cleaners come regularly, pool area good size and clean , plenty of sun beds not just round the pool ,close to all shops, restaurants and if your room is like ours it was massive, with a balcony that had the sun all day till 4pm which my wife was quite happy with

As for extras, yes they charge for a safe and other bits and pieces and they take a deposit as people have damaged some apartments, which is fair enough. It is returnable on departure

We have been to Maxorata beach 5 times and have just booked to go back in February 2027. Yes is is a little dated but is spotless and cleaned regularly

I always decamp to the pool in the afternoon if I want more. Breakfast is good and well stocked. Staff efficient and the fried eggs to die for. The only gripe is that the hotel REALLY REALLY needs a second coffee machine

Might have been guests coming back in late I guess. We have NEVER had any noise or problems. We have never encountered any children in our stays as there is nothing really for them at this hotel

All of them easy and pleasant walking. Not sure what the one star review in March is all about. There are no arrivals or departures during the night as the airport is shut

We always stay in an upper sea view room which are bookable through Jet2 and cost just a bit more. If you like the sun these rooms get this in full in the morning only

(please ) Due to the location the breakfast room windows do get salt on them. re the bad review I don't honestly this there's much that can be done as the problem is ongoing. I don't really think it's a great issue TBH

Very clean, feels quite high end (save for a few details), well soundproofed and comfortable. Even the rooms without the sea view have quite a fab view over the dunes and to the side the ocean

The apartment location is probably the best we've ever had, offering amazing sea views. We had a quiet double bedroom which is more than adequate with safe in the wardrobe. The shower room was also adequate

The living area/ kitchen is big, leading onto a large balcony with an amazing sea view. Lovely furniture in a clean environment, it's ideal for a relaxing holiday. The sitting room also had a sofa bed

Great sea views from the front terrace room, though we would have prefered a palm tree not so close, hiding part of the beach. The location is perfect to go directly to the beach, through a five minute walk down stairs

Pool area lovely, and because the pool and sun beds are placed lower than the apartments and sheltered by them, very pleasant on windy days. Kitchen well supplied with kettle, toaster and microwave

All the reception staff Pia Karmele Kristina & Petra are the best ever, & Alberto & Margarita in management who ensure they look after each & everyone! I find it very very sad that people complain about the grouting or whatever niggle they want to point out! It is a 3* hotel with excellent rates in a prime position, it does what it says on the tin! Been going to Corralejo since 2007 but always All inclusive, we wanted to try Self Catering this time as we know our way around the town etc and wanted to take more advantage of the fab restaurants etc

The rooms were very clean; the whole hotel was kept very clean. There were drinking glasses; mugs and wine glasses in the room which was very good. The pool area was always very clean and tidy and was a joy to sit there

There's a fabulous 2 tier roof terrace, both with breath taking views - 1 with loungers around a plunge pool and the the other with occasional tables and chairs

The location is excellent - easy access to all the restaurants and shops and the sunrise and sunsets were amazing. I would recommend this hotel - we’ve booked again for next year already 😉

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Warm welcome from reception staff upon arrival and they all had a friendly greeting each time we left or returned to the hotel - same with the lovely housekeeping staff

We had a query about the safe and the guy was there to resolve it almost before we'd put the phone down! As everyone says, the rooms are immaculate, bright, roomy, have comfy beds and a sunny balcony

You can request drinks via a wall phone and they're brought up to you. I would definitely go back BUT would go room only. Sadly I felt the Barracuda bar really let this place down

The villa has private entrance doors overlooking the pool for the guest room making you feel like you have your own private hotel. The pool was lovely and just right for a winter dip

The Villa, the resort and Renato were all fabulous. Renato was exceptionally helpful in facilitating our booking, car hire and even an emergency pharmacy. The recommendations of restaurants and things to do were perfect

Our Villa was very impressive and outside the pool area was outstanding. We had a fantastic week thanks in many ways to Renato

The car hire was seamless, the villa was private, clean and had everything we needed. Renato organised deep tissue massages for us with Sabrina which we had on the villa rooftop - it was idyllic

We stayed at Katis villas in January , Renato was so helpful right from our initial enquiry through to booking the villa , and was so helpful on arrival with lots of resort information about restaurants and supermarkets , and recommended an airport transfer company who were waiting for us at the airport, Renato was happy to get us some milk and water for our late arrival

This place has a good outdoor area with a small pool (that was never used but still nice to hang around), good cooking facilities and good quality dorm beds

positives: there is a pool (which nobody used), the other guests were pretty cool. negatives: rooms are terrible, beds even worse - 8 bed room and they just stuff a 9th bed in there, because they are overbooked

I stayed to La Fresa Hostel for 5 days and 4 nights. It was confortable, the location was really nice and the position of the hostel is good, from there it is easy to reach the city centre, the desert and the beach side

They switch off lights and ask everyone to be quiet after 22pm, so you can expect to get a good sleep. Staff is really welcoming and friendly

The guys working there are so nice, always available for every help and request
