I was there for around 6 days and it is a okay hotel but definitely not worth the money. It is a bit outdated and our room: really noisey A/C, dripping toilet (even they want to be water saving)

I have never seen anything like this from staff, especially at a supposedly 4 star hotel, the senior management are clearly in favour of this party being held at the hotel which is insane

Spent two weeks enjoying this really good hotel. Brilliant location, lovely pool area excellent food, drink and entertainment. Before I arrived I read some reviews that concerned me however, had a good experience

My husband is football-mad, and we managed to find a brilliant place showing the Premier League and Champions League – Buddha Bar near Burger King. The staff there were fantastic, really accommodating, and very friendly

Overall, we had a nice break and enjoyed parts of our stay, but it’s probably not somewhere we would return to. If we came back to Fuerteventura, we would likely choose a different resort that suits us a little better

The beach is huge, sandy and very clean with sunbeds available and a nice little beach bar. It's a smallish hotel which felt quite intimate and meant it was never far to go back to the room for anything

One thing that might be important for other travellers to know is that the hotel – and much of Jandía in general – is very German-orientated. We didn’t realise this before we arrived

Evening entertainment was alright, singers, karaoke, Latin nights, one night they had people up learning salsa, it was good. We didn't really watch it but it was good. Hotel was clean and tidy, no complaints at all

Despite reading a few mixed reviews beforehand, we found the hotel to be welcoming, well-run, and a great choice for families. Food & Dining The food offering was consistently varied and plentiful across all meals

There was an excellent bread and cold cuts station with meats and cheeses, plus a wide choice of smoothies and juices. The hot drinks machines offered several types of coffee and hot chocolate

Food - we really enjoyed the food, massive variety, something for everyone easily. Salad bar was great, home made pizzas, steak, beef, turkey. It had it all, kids eat really well

Room very clean and a good size. Our room was on floor 4 overlooking kids club and table tennis. We were not disturbed at all Buffet food with plenty of choice for all tastes. Pool warm and area kept clean

Some of the reviews said the food is oriented towards a German clientele, and I can definitely see that. The pool was nice with good access, as you could choose between stairs or a gradual slope down

I cannot believe the bad reviews for this hotel I stayed over Christmas with family of 6 adults and 1 child. From check in to check out we had a perfect stay. We arrived late evening and food was left for us

Me and my family came here for spring break! It was a good experience. Room was very clean, and the shower was nice. My bed was a little uncomfortable as I had to sleep on the sofa bed however, that is to be expected

We could always find chairs in a good spot, and the snack bar, while small, was good. It had easy beach access and the hotel had a wonderful view. It was also surrounded by shops and restaurants

Overall, this was a very good and relaxing experience

We really enjoyed our short break here. Hotel is literally on the beach and the weather was fantastic! It was €10. 50 for two beds and an umbrella on the beach if you don’t fancy the pool

music round pool exceptionally loud and need to be mindful of the average age of those being forced to listen to it and play music types accordingly

This was our second stay. We were happy the first time and just wanted to have a wonderful vacation again.

All inclusive was fine lots of options, food was always available essentially snacks etc too - my only criticism was sometimes the labelling was missing on food and as someone with an allergy I had to be careful

I also had a massage whilst I was there and it was fantastic. I felt beyond relaxed afterwards. Staff were all super friendly and helpful if we had any queries/ issues

Overall it was a great hotel/holiday was a great location to just chill out and switch off

Perfect location right opposite the light house, Fabulous beach 4 miles long for walking& surfing. Enough shops to keep the women interested. Lovely swimming pool heated, padded comfortable sun loungers

Just came back from a 14 night stay the hotel is exceptional. The location is perfect literally cross a road and you are on one of the best beaches in Europe. All the staff where amazing and nothing was too much trouble

Excellent hotel directly facing Playa Mattoral and the lighthouse. Despite being adjacent to a good range of shops and restaurants, the hotel is very tranquil. Spacious rooms, good food and excellent service

We visited in Sept 2025, absolutely loved every minute of our stay our suite was lovely overlooking the sea and great views of the lighthouse

Otherwise an ideal place for a holiday break. Also the hotel provides free transportation to/from the airport, with 12 nights or more stays

Pools are apparently heated, but other than the pillow pool, they were too cold to be pleasant at this time of year. Thankfully the children enjoyed the pillow (although it’s slightly unnerving to watch as parents)

The wine and beer were drinkable and you just help yourself. By the pools, you can help yourself to drinks too. They have non-alcoholic Pina Colada slush and a fruity slush

Lovely hotel and staff are amazing especially Jessica the guest relations manager and we had an amazing receptionist & bell boy who greeted us on Sunday 18th. Id highly recommend the hotel for a relaxed family break.

The hotel serves the food literally all day long. Reception is open 24h, cash machine in place. Evening entertainment was brilliant and the same as day activities. This hotel should be rated as 5*

I knew I couldn’t expect the same from a 4 star hotel, but it turned out to be a great option for us as a short-haul winter break. I’m not a fan of buffets, but the food here is very good

We are currently in Hotel Chatur Costa Caleta arrived Sunday 12th April and fly home tonight. There is two big pools and a baby pool both cleaned every morning

Included in all inclusive is Pepsi and Amstel beer along with other branded drinks. Plenty of options for food including lots of vegetarian options. Rooms are small but cleaned every day and are spotless

Massive shout out to the two people who make the hotel the entertainers Cassandra and Francesco. The work and effort they put in to make the hotel Such a family friendly fun place

Slight noise from the entertainment but that seemed to finish up around 12ish. Not enough sunbeds for the amount of people, but its quite a compact pool area, had to do a bit of lurking and pouncing on vacated beds

Rooms were good size, could just do with a bit more storage as 2 adults and 2 kids in one room with a large wardrobe was a bit tight. The heated pools were excellent. Lovely temperature and we were in them every day

The hotel is clean, rooms are also clean and modern. Pools are good but in the winter months only one pool is heated which is not the one where the main bar is and sunbeds are limited

Food was great for us found something we liked everyday had a good verarity available , all tasted super fresh too which is great. Our bongolw was lovely had a small little fridge which was super useful

Beds arent the comfiest the sofa bed was much softer on our backs but apart from that we was really happy with the room. Locationed in a lovely area , its about a 10-15min walk to the beach

All the staff are friendly and helpful. Special mention is Harry who makes great drinks and is a lovely guy who gives great advice

The food was extensive buffet morning and night with lots of variety (but not particularly themed) although not great if you are wheat/ gluten free

The Floors around the bar area flood so lots of towels are always on the floors like a part of the furniture. The entertainment is ok if you’re in your 70s and you like the odd hip slipping jig with a Zimmer frame

Staff extremely helpful and hard working, they actually want you to have a great holiday. Manager not only keeps a great team but also works 18 hours a day himself on the floors with his staff and seems well liked

Well, well, well, what can I say. Just got back from a week at the resort, first 3 days was windy however the sun was shining then the wind went away and it got hot, hot, hot

The hotel was nice we stopped above the arcade so pretty quiet with baroness views of the mountains which was nice compared to a busy town

Huge apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge and kitchenette. Adequate facilities, pool, gym, shop. Food ok but not a huge selection as compared to other hotels in the Canaries.

The rooms were a nice size with kitchen area, living area with a smart tv and English news also netflix etc

All in all great place for the price, taxis to the beach and return. The beach was to die, crystal waters and beautiful sands. The only draw back is the taxi time 1. beaches up north which seam to be gravel based

Beautiful hotel with lovely rooms which are modern & clean the beds are really comfortable. The whole hotel is clean and well maintained with lovely pool area food is good and bar is not expensive

The hotel is situated brilliantly as lots of lovely bars & restaurants surround it and a short walk to the beach. Definitely recommend this hotel staff are very helpful & friendly we will definitely come back

Waiting staff were really attentive and tables were cleared really efficiently. The hotel is really convenient for walking to the main square of Coralejo but certainly not noisy

We enjoyed a ground floor suite a few yards away from the pool with a terrace that caught the sunshine all day. A couple of reclining sun chairs would have been a bonus but the standard chairs were fine

Went with sis-in-law on a long weekend break last weekend. had a great time! 10 min ride from airport (approx €15-20 in taxi) Lovely clean light and airy hotel Reception, (Louise was lovely) good first impression

Towels are €5 deposit (refunded when you give back your receipt so don’t lose it) Saves you packing one in suitcase

Weather wasn’t great so maybe that’s why we had no trouble finding a sun bed but ppl tended to move around anyway. Right by the Ocean so you can lay by the pool and have a fantastic view

Also beach with sand is within walking distance but we saw a sign if you want sun bed u have to pay (we just went for the walk so didn’t bother) Tip- they provide kettle in room and couple tea bags but wld recommend nipping to a local shop to get mini coffee/ tea bags and milk if you like a cup first thing (you can get mini Nescafé coffee for cpl euros)

Food on offer for everyone and drinks too with a pool bar. They offer of Games through the day. The pool's offered with heating so not so cold

Bungalow and patio very spacious and close to pool. Kitchen area well equipped.

Based on a quiet road only a 3minute walk to shops and the beach Only stayed here as self catering so can't comment on the food. But the chalet we stayed in was superb and excellent for what we wanted

We also enjoyed the swimming pools in this hotel but wish they could regulate the temperature as they were quite cold and sometimes in April the temperature is not the warmest

We stayed in the Zensation block and the rooms were a good layout with everything you need. The infinity pool was great and the spa access was a nice touch

He made both children feel included and have lots of fun, they were delighted with their diplomas and medals. The food options were good - I liked the salad bar and variety of options

The hotel was a great size for them to have lots of fun with the friends they made and the layout meant they were pretty much always in view

The pool is heated to a warm temperature and had some maintenance completed when we were there with new tiling at the top. Plenty of sunbeds and i never struggled to find one at any time of day

The pool area was another highlight. It was clean, well laid out and the heated pool was perfect for a winter break

My only small criticism is that the communal areas could benefit from a bit more frequent clearing of glasses and wiping of tables — it felt like the team just needed an extra pair of hands at busy times rather than there being a real cleanliness issue

One thing worth mentioning is that if you’re on the ground floor, you can hear movement from rooms above due to tiled floors. This wasn’t an issue for us as our neighbours were quiet, but it’s something to be aware of

The hotel is a little walk from the centre of Corralejo, but we actually enjoyed this. It gave us a chance to walk things off and balance out the all-inclusive indulgence, and the area itself felt calm and friendly

Also, the main bar is being refurbished, which meant that the entertainment was being held outside at the pool bar, it was quite chilly on a evening which made it quite uncomfortable, but it also made it loud and there wasn't the option to go to bed while it was still on if you wanted too

A few issues with our room on 1st day (1) could not open the door lock; (2) no channels on TV; (3) handwash in bathroom & shower hard to use; (4) unfamiliar with shower operation

All were attended to immediately apart from door lock: 1st day different staff members turned the lock open with apparent ease (making us feel inadequate); 2nd day 'handyman' squirted WD40 into the lock (not solved); day 3 handyman arrived with a set of locks, one of which worked smoothly for the remaining time

The rooms were good and spacious the pool was great and no problems getting sun beds The pool bar let the pool area down it didnt have food apart from the odd sandwich which was sat out on the side in the heat as the hotel is situated away from shops it meant you had to leave if you wanted to eat during the day For an adults only hotel the breakfast finishes far too early 10 am but it was actually...

With 2 young children this made things difficult. When the kids did fall asleep, there was often people shouting/screaming etc at the pool bar past midnight on more the one occasion

A four-star hotel worthy of a well-deserved break. Ideal for marriage, couples etc. The property has two swimming pools, a paddle tennis court and views of the golf course. Impeccable service in the dining room

Service at the bar by mulud was exceptional. Made the experience feel exquisite, service for drinks was incredibly quick! We will definitely be returning to this bar for the service.

Elba Palace is a beautiful hotel built in a classic style and surrounded by a golf course. We did not play golf but enjoyed the hotel immensely. The rooms are large with an equally large and well equipped bathroom

There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room. We stayed half board and it was well worth it. Breakfast is taken in a beautiful seating if you can sit in the semi-outside area, where we ate everyday

Terrific Tania, Marvellous Mulud, Laura, Yarila, Nuria, Andrea, Angel, Theresa, Silvia, Sulliman in the restaurant and Hole 19 and the legend which is Lupe and the cleaning team who keep the hotel spotless

Room – 9/10 The room was excellently presented and very comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the pool. It was also incredibly quiet—you could hear a pin drop

Staff – 10/10 The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond. They surprised us with a bottle of bubbly, chocolates, and balloons for our anniversary, which was a really thoughtful touch

Food – 7/10 We only had breakfast twice. It was a bit hit and miss—no sausage or bacon on the first visit, and no fried eggs on the second. That said, the quality of the food itself was good

Plenty of places to eat on the strip. Entertainment – 6/10 There was no entertainment in the hotel, but with the strip just 50 yards away, there was plenty to do nearby

Cleanliness – 10/10 The hotel was spotless throughout. The cleaning staff clearly work very hard to maintain such a high standard

Pool was cleaned and water tested daily. Meals could do with a few more vegie meals or even more chicken on the menu even just cold to go with the salad
