An Exceptional Stay – Truly Beyond Words
I have just completed a two-day stay at the Eurostars Grand Marina Hotel in Barcelona, and I am genuinely lost for words at how exceptional the entire experience was
But overall it was very good. Since then we stayed there a couple of times, it is certainly our go-to hotel in Barcelona. We stayed in a superior room with Seaview which was also excellent
We were pleasantly surprised with a sea-view room upgrade as a honeymoon gift, which made our stay extra special and unforgettable. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality
had an absolutely wonderful stay at Eurostars Grand Marina Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their professionalism and warmth
The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, offering stunning views that made the experience even more special. Overall, it was a truly memorable stay
Her gracious welcome, attention to detail, and genuine desire to ensure my stay was perfect set the tone for the entire visit. She is a true asset to the hotel
Pool was fantastic for kids an the hotel was spotless.
Having stayed in many 4* hotels I would say that this is more 3 star. We booked a double sea view room
The sunbeds however need replacing, they are not cleaned or tidied at night and the pool area could do with more attention on the cleanliness
The room was massive with a walk in wardrobe which was great. There was a large bath in the room which the kids loved. The pool was excellent, plenty of area to enjoy and a great area for the kids
We used the pool bar mainly as it was close to the room and this was good. The entertainment was ok but as this is mainly a Spanish resort it's mainly aimed for locals which we enjoyed
We have just come back from a 9 night stay here. We had a great time and really enjoyed staying at this hotel. We booked a beach suite which made life alot better as a family of four

Rooms were really good, super clean, spacious with everything you need- hairdryer, iron, mini bar, shampoo/conditioner etc
Spa/Gym is really nice & so nice to spend some chill time there- loved it
Bars and restaurants were lovely- really good vibes, food amazing- especially breakfast and so much food!
It’s slightly out of main Barcelona- 25/30 min walk but a lovely location along the beach with...
It wasn't just the front desk; every staff member throughout the hotel, from the pool attendants to the restaurant servers, made us feel comfortable, cared for, and truly valued
However, the service was definitely on point, and the sea view and location were arguably the best. The gym was also a thoughtful touch, with water and towels placed on every treadmill
Pretty and nice beach. Everything is clean and nice to enjoy for vacation
The infinity pool is beautiful, but the service is quite average, not up to five-star hotel standards.
First off, a huge shout-out to the service! From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, always with a genuine smile, and patiently answered all our questions

Nice place for families with kids
Great place for families , clean and lots of pool areas. Close to the sea. Easy access and food was good. Somewhat noisy in the buffee area but it was ok after all.
A Second Home – Thanks to the Staff ❤️
We’ve spent our summers at SeaClub Alcudia Mediterranean Resort for over twelve years – and that alone probably says a lot
But what truly makes this hotel so special isn’t just the beautiful surroundings, the lush gardens, or the short walk to the beach
From the moment you step through the gates, you’re met with warmth, recognition, and genuine care. There’s a familiar, heartfelt atmosphere that can’t be faked – and that we’ve never experienced at any other hotel
They are trying really hard to keep it going but unfortunately for us we will not go back! It is TOO crowded. The food in the buffet is not good. Beds were uncomfortable ( for us )
We only had breakfast and only ate one lunch at the pool restaurant. We only ate once because we didn't like any of the four dishes we ordered and it was overpriced
With children, I booked a family suite, which is a duplex room. 8-meter double bed, and downstairs is a sofa bed. After the sofa is opened by the staff, it is also a large bed. The room can see the sunset, which is great
I've been staying at this hotel most of the times I visit Costa del Sol. Very nice concept, and helpfull staff. Needs a bit of fresh spirit
Wonderful and top location my compliments to all employees.
Wonderful place feels like coming home with all the luxury.
The hotel is amazing and ideal for relaxing for a weekend.
Excellent! No more other words except Muy Bien!
Everything was very clean and nice, but the air conditioning in the room didn't work, the dinner was too exotic and we didn't like it, they tried to charge us for parking when it was included in the price and we had to leave a €100 deposit to pay for the drinks and when we left they told us it would take 48 hours to return the remaining amount

Very welcoming staff on arrival, our first assigned room was disappointing, and we got an upgrade to a sea view balcony with a private plunge pool. This was a great idea of my wife, who normally has all the great ideas
Had a lovely stay unfortunately we were only there a few days, next time we will book for longer. Great location, lovely pool areas and very nice room.
We had our honey moon in Cleopatra hotel, and it was truly amazing! We had a room with sea view and we were enjoying it every day. Seeing and hearing the ocean from your bed felt like a paradise to us
Service was perfect, cleaning was good. Breakfast is very disappointing, the Beach club palazza is also very bad food there
Extra thanks to hotel stuff (especially Ayose, who helped us to find breathtaking locations on the island), everybody was so friendly and willing to help, we appreciate this so much! This hotel made our honey moon perfect ❤️
perfect setting for shopping and restaurants right behind hotel. you can walk for miles in either direction stop eat and drink along the way. ignore the negative reviews shit happens everywhere
Great location for the main strip. Neptune bar only 20 yards down the rd. Pleased with the room and service. Just the bacon was very fatty. But all the food is on the strip. You'd definitely not starve or be thirsty lol
First time staying at the Riudor and we have booked it again the week after we got home the room was modern with walk in shower in the bathroom the whole of the hotel was great the staff are fantastic the hair dryer stopped working while the wife was drying her hair getting ready to go out so I went to reception to tell them & ask for it to be fixed and the result was for her to pass me a brand new...
We stayed for a week the hotel is clean and staff were helpful Only downside to this holiday was the beds were so HARD to sleep on they gave all four of us bad backs to come home with
My room was on the 2nd floor was clean and comfortable. Great location for the ***** and beach, id definitely go back here full marks
Such a great hotel, very clean and great rooms, the shower is so powerful, lovely food and all staff are fantastic . Husband enjoyed the sky sports in room. Returning again!
Stayed at this hotel recently and it does exactly what you need for a lively Benidorm break. Great central location close to the beach and nightlife, clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff

Many rooms enjoy a pool and sea view, and ours in particular was spotless and extremely comfortable. The soundproofing is superb – once the door is closed, the outside world disappears
Felt like I was being doted on by a friend🥺
And the location? Immaculate. Step outside, and you’re 2 seconds from the beach—wind in your hair, sand between your toes… pure bliss
Very clean rooms, lovely clean pool. Came for 20th anniversary for a few days. The restaurant was amazing, fantastic service with a superb choice of food. Freshly cooked fish and meat were really 5*
Because it is so close to everything, the people along the beach are very noisy and you hear everything. Wasn’t anything that the hotel could do but that was annoying
Total “zero-effort vacation” vibe💃
This hotel turned my trip into a princess-level glow-up—I’m already brainstorming when I can come back. Need me to tweak this to make it sound even more casual and vibe-y?
Wanna grab a snack or drink at night? There’s tons of cute little bars and dessert spots nearby
The rooms are spacious, quiet, and
equipped with every comfort. The staff is exceptional: from reception to gardeners, housekeeping, chefs, waiters, and pool
staff ? everyone is always smiling, helpful, and attentive
Unforgettable holiday at Landmar Playa La Arena!
We spent a wonderful week at this hotel. The property is modern, clean, and well-organized,
with a beachfront location offering spectacular sunsets
If there was one thing of criticism not about the hotel is the surrounding area doesn't have any night life around but to be honest didn't bother us as the hotel entertainment is sufficient
Pools are beautiful with sunbeds available. Would highly recommend to friends & family definitely book a holiday at this fabulous hotel
The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, always kept immaculate with the shiniest floors i have ever seen. Food is amazing with so much choice. Staff are very friendly and always happy to help
We stayed at this hotel last year with our daughter we loved it so much that my husband and i went back this year and booked to go back next year for our wedding anniversary
A smaller issues was people leaving their towels poolside so finding a place was a bit of a task as we only required sunbeds now and then and not all eight together either. The bathrooms could do with some updating too
We were a group of 8 so seating together was a challenge, but we manager. The biggest issue was waiting for the elevator! The hotel seriously needs to do something about the extremly long wait for these
We were there during challenge Peguera. End of season yet the staff was always smiling and very helpful. Rooms were nice, and the fridge is a great bonus! The breakfast was also really good
But in general, the staff was great and even with the workload and coming to the end of season almost everyone had a smile on their face, more than willing to help
During the day there is also entertainment with some amazing guys, especially Alexia, so nice!!
Thank you all
This is no way a four star hotel, it’s a three star at best, day one we had a problem with ants and that didn’t go away for our entire stay despite them telling us they had sprayed our room and sorted it out

The rooms are very small and the entire hotel could do with an update as some areas are very tired/run down (for example one of the toilets for the ladies in reception doesn’t have a toilet seat - a basic requirement for a 4* hotel I think)!
The rooftop swimming pool is really nice and the evening entertainment is very good too
Cool location! To PortAventura 10-15 minutes leisurely pace! The sea side! Cafes on every corner! The only disadvantage the noise from animation to 23-hours, and then the noise from the road - the balcony overlooked the pool!
Lovely hotel, excellent location within walking distance of everything. Rooms really clean, reception staff were pleasant along with the restaurant staff however a couple of bar staff not so much.
Food was yummy!!
Lovely holiday. Food excellent. Always a sunbed when we were there in middle of July. Hope to return sometime.
The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was very clean and the balcony spacious with a great view of the pool
The payment system for drinks and other items was poor. Cash or card payment had to be pre-loaded onto a band which also worked as a key card for the room. We would prefer to give card details then settle bill at the end
Cleaning in the room was not the best, I got sheets with stains on once. The swimming pool area was very nice and the beach view. It was easy to take the bus to nearby cities like Salou and Tarragona
Got a 3rd floor poolside room which was great and had a lovely sea view
The entertainment however is not great and is not aimed at English speaking guests,. The beach area is nice but it could do with being cleaned. Not many shops nearby but good bus service into Salou
There was a nice nature walk close by the beach that you can use, there was a great and delicious Indian restaurant nearby with tasty food. There's a supermarket nearby and cloth store - Holiday
When we arrived the view outside the hotel was great. Lovely wee cove at the bottom of quite a steep hill, so if you have knee problems, maybe not for you. Inside the hotel is very glam, lovely chandler as a focal point
There was a huge disappointment though, NO KETTLE, I love my tea and it's the first hotel I've ever stayed in that didn't have one, you have to buy tea at the bar, this is a big no no
There was lots of space to sunbath around either of the 3 pools. Free WiFi and lovely sea views from the balcony. We would definitely visit again!
All good. Out room was not cleaned one of the days but no big deal. Good amenities but disappointed that tobuse the warm indoor pools you had to pay even on all inclusive
But instead were able to book a free room for half an hour to shower and refresh which made sure we had a full last day and didn’t cost us anything! The bar and restaurant staff were all so lovely even when it was busy, staff on reception were mainly nice a couple people could have been retrained on customer service but nothing major
Overall a clean, friendly and calm hotel. Plenty of amenities, such as an on site spa, gym, shops, hairdressers and organised activities throughout the day
I see and hear people complain that this is not 5 star hotel and they are right, but for us it is a 5 star holiday experience and resort
Excellent hotel. Staff and rooms great. Food well above average for an AI. Drinks great. Overall loved it and amazing sunsets

There was no space anywhere, nowhere for kids to play football, no grassy area, and the music was non stop. Not a very relaxing holiday but the kids had fun in the pool
I found the hotel a bit small and I prefer to go out for a while to enjoy the surroundings, but if you wanna stay by the pool all day, you'll have everything you need
Lovey hotel, clean and comfortable room
Staff were very nice
Location is good
Plenty of food choices
Only downside for our trip here was waiting for lifts…
As able bodied fairly young people, we didn’t really mind walking up and down 7 flights of stairs to and from our room, but for two mornings of our stay the stairs were cordoned off for vacuuming / carpet shampooing… at the busiest time of day...
The room was basic but clean, view was of the dual carriageway. The pool area was very busy, difficult to get sunbeds and after 3pm was just dirty with left plates and cups lying around
Another great stay
Great stay. Staff friendly and very hardworking. Good food and hotel is kept very clean. Room a little tired but hotel is in process of refurbishing so hopefully this will be resolved soon.
Just got back from a great week's family holiday. Ticked every box for us, price, location, food etc. Big shout out to the service, absolutely brilliant from the animation team to the waiting staff
The room was spacious and we paid the small extra fee for a room on the higher floors so the sea view over the pools was lovely
Super impressed with everything! All staff, pools, food - everything was much more than we expected, from a 4-star hotel. Should be upgraded 😊
Pools and the sun deck are stunning and well maintained
It’s perfect if you wanna stay in the hotel all day with a book by the pool and nothing else
Entire property was clean & well maintained. Staff were friendly & incredibly helpful. Huge amount of drinks to choose from. The spa was just divine!! Will absolutely be going again
Amenities in the hotel room are basic, but clean and work. The buffet style breakfast and dinners are included in the half board option- we used the breakfast and dinner daily
I had two bookings and only stayed one night before going to another hotel for two nights, then returned for three more nights under the other booking
This one night stay was fine, but I have some complaints about the all inclusive upgrade on my second booking, but that is for that review
We arrived and the porter and staff we all so helpful and explained everything to us. They upgraded us for free as we had a baby. Loved every second of our stay. The grounds are Hugh and they have a beautiful pool
great location, friendly staff, good value for money but needs some renovations soon!
There are 3-4 pools , golf court, tennis courts, children rooms for entertainment, bars and so on. The room we were in was relatively clean and spacious and had almost everything (but not bedstands) you'll need
Please place more sand in the beach volleyball court
The view of the airport was unique and fascinating, watching the planes come and go without being disrupted was a daily entertainment! The view from our room 419 was superb, sun, ocean and pool view
Don’t get carried caught with flies on you
Excellent hotel resort. However, you have to pay extra for spa pool , tennis and more well known drinks. By the pool we were sometimes pestered by flies
On avery clear day, you can see Tenerife and La Gomera. The convenience of access to transportation, Santa Cruz and many excursions. We strongly recommend a car to access this beautiful but very mountainous island
A little gem of a hotel
Have stayed here 3 times now and everything about the hotel is fabulous from the service ,food ,freindleness ,thet cant do enough for you
Everything was great at the hotel from the first day to the last.
It was Christmas time, and although the hotel seemed to be full up, there was always space by the pool, the gym and at breakfast time. The hotel is close to the promenade and we enjoyed walking both directions
We came to Tenerife in 2019 and walked past this hotel and I really wanted to stay here. It's changed a bit since then and the bottom part has now been sold off and turned into a beach club
Even on check out he gave us the use of a room to shower in after a day at the beach before our night time flight. Marco deserves the recognition of management and the hotel group for being such a exceptional team member
The hotel that's now here is still lovely, the communal areas are beautiful and naturally cooled from the breezes that blow through. The rooms are starting to show their age, with a little bit of wear and tear
Our holiday exceeded all expectations. Dreams Jardín Tropical Resort and Spa is a beautiful hotel. The facilities were fantastic, we used the pool and gym daily, enjoyed the spa, and treated ourselves to a massage
Francis and Melina at the fitness suites made our trip even better with their care and brilliant, enjoyable classes—a real highlight! Our room was spacious with a great-sized balcony, perfect for our little one to crawl around safely
The Halloween celebrations were particularly entertaining, with the staff dressed in costumes and scary makeup, and the feature pool above the reception transformed into a "blood bath"—a creative touch we absolutely loved!
The staff were friendly and welcoming, with the receptionists being especially helpful and enthusiastic, particularly the Hungarian lady
My stay at the HM Martinique Hotel in Magaluf was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The hotel has a great atmosphere — lively, modern, and spotless throughout
The bar staff kept the drinks flowing, and the entertainment team made sure there was never a dull moment. The food was much better than expected for an all-inclusive — plenty of choice and good quality
On the positive side, I really appreciated the location – the beach was very close, which made it convenient and enjoyable to get there within a few minutes
The staff were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. You could tell they genuinely cared about making sure everyone was enjoying their stay
The food was much better than expected – there was always something for me to eat, especially at breakfast which was spot on. The staff were all polite and helpful throughout my stay, which made things easy and enjoyable
Allocated a good room with pool view, great views. If I could put in a recommendation for the room, have a full length mirror in it as the only one was in the bathroom. The hotel has 4 bars, all open at various times
Great hotel been back 20+ times. Staff are great especially bar staff. Hotel and rooms are very clean. We generally eat out for evening meals as loads of place we love in the area to eat
The main one was out at the pool area. Light snacks and drinks until late at night. My one question is in relation to ordering a bottle of coke instead of the font cola
Usual do bed and breakfast as evening meal in hotel is not for us. Definitely recommend and we will be back next year
why do they not let you take the bottle to the table??? They insist on pouring it into a plastic glass. This is odd because if you order a bottle of beer, you can take this bottle to your table
I chose a small suite, and I thought the facilities were well-maintained. However, since the room didn't have a coffee pot, I rented one, but they charged a 20 EUR deposit and a 3 EUR daily fee
