Good food variety at breakfast and dinner buffets, with some reviewers highlighting freshly cooked omelettes and vegetarian options. Extensive children’s animation program and activities, positively noted by families. Well-maintained pool area with sun loungers that are generally available without being reserved. Some guests found rooms small and basic, with issues like lack of tea/coffee refill and no extra blankets initially available. Complaints about food quality, including cold hot dishes, poorly labeled meals, and stale salad ingredients. Noise at night due to nearby disco/bar and street activity affecting sleep for some guests. Wi-Fi is available for an additional fee and reportedly inconsistent on upper floors. One review reported poor customer service and unpleasant smells in corridors, though this was not commonly mentioned.

Very nice hotel, lovely staff, very helpful & considerate restaurant staff who were kind when my husband felt ill. Restaurant food was good , plenty of choice for everyone. Our room was clean & comfortable, large shower in bathroom which was powerful, maybe a shelf in the shower would help to put toiletries on. The only downfall ( which is not the hotels fault) was that the street could be noisy with a nearby disco/ bar & coaches dropping off & picking up . However a very nice hotel, with good facilities.

The breakfast and dinner buffet was great with additional varieties daily but the room could do with some complimentary items like tea bags and body wash.

I’m going to be as fair as I can be but I was extremely disappointed considering this is classed as a 4 star hotel. I’ll start on a positive. The location is great 10 minutes walk to the beach, nice strip of shops and restaurants. The reception area is clean and welcoming the lounge area is nice and relaxing and clean. Rooms are very small and basic, some rooms have very old TVs some newer, no tea and Coffee refill offered through the week in my room. No extra blankets or pillows in the wardrobe so on arriving late the first night I was freezing and the heating wasn’t working. I asked reception for extra blankets the next day. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful but no one offered any information about what was available or on offer in the hotel, ie the indoor pool, (which you have to give 20 euro deposit for towels) or what activities are available and where to find out information. The food was absolutely awful Breakfast was ok but everything on the hot plate is cold. Best option is freshly cooked omelette because at least it’s hot. Dinner was even worse, cold food, no clear labels most nights so you’re playing a guessing game. Some salad bowls pre prepared were clearly more than a day old and not freshly prepared with wilting bad salad leaves which is disgraceful. I’m vegetarian there was a dish labelled baked aubergine covered in cheese I assumed it was veggie but when I took a bite it had meat in it, so not good. The paella had meat in it and wasn’t clearly labelled as having meat in. My daughter was starving the whole week so even though I paid for half board I had to spend more money on dinner for her every night. The pool and area is clean and the aqua aerobics lady was great 👍🏽 Unfortunately I wouldn’t return.

Staff working across all service areas in the hotel were very polite, courteous and helpful. Pool and entire area of hotel always very clean, tidy and welcoming, sun beds generally always available. Animation team all good fun, made every effort to ensure you enjoyed your stay whilst not being too pushy. Evening entertainment also very good with a good standard of live bands playing. Could not fault the hotel. My only point that maybe the travel agent could have mentioned though not a negative against the hotel is that the occupancy of the hotel was predominantly of dutch orientation and of an older clientele, average age i would guess being 65+. This did not in any way stop myself and my daughter enjoying our stay because we found all other occupants being friendly and respectful, however alternative young english folk may have found it more difficult to socialise in such an environment, had you previously been advised of this fact it could at least give the other holiday makers notes to consider and less cause to complain.

Without exception, every member of staff at Hotel Indalo Park served us with a smile and as a result we enjoyed our stay. I was staying with my twelve-year-old son and we both enjoyed the activities put on by the wonderful animation team. From water polo to aqua aerobics and shuffle board, there is something for everyone, and the animation team do a great job at making people feel welcome and included.
There is loud music every evening until 11:30pm but after that the hotel is peaceful. Breakfast, an elaborate buffet, is served until 11am so there is plenty of time to sleep. The hotel implements a policy to prevent sun loungers being reserved with towels.Guests respected this during our stay and it was easy to get a lounger by the pool at any time of day. This made our stay feel relaxed and enjoyable.

Our room was exceptionally clean and well appointed.

There is a huge choice of food available at breakfast. My son has a nut allergy and staff were able to confirm which food options were safe for him. The man who served us asked the chefs for more information when needed. This made my son feel safe and welcome.

The only thing I didn’t like about the hotel was the location. The hotel is at one end of a strip of hotels interspersed with shops selling tacky souvenirs, which I find unappealing rather than enticing. The beach is shingles rather than soft sand and the water gets deep quickly - not great conditions for the traditional beach game of bat and ball and not good for very young children. We preferred to spend our days enjoying the activities by the pool.

Having said I wasn’t keen on the location, it is a handy place to stay if, like us, you choose to arrive by train or fancy a day trip to Barcelona.

we bought a full board. a family of 4. it included food x3 a day and coffee/tea. be aware - IT DOESN'T INCLUDE DRINKABLE WATER. it becomes a problem for longer stays, you have to walk to the shopping mall, 20min one way, and drag heavy blocks of water for yourself, yourself! there is no water fountain in the hotel to refill your bottles, there is no shop on site and the bar only sells tiny 200ml bottles for 2 euros.
this really ruined our experience, as paying full board you expect to have drinkable water. we stayed 10 days. dragging 6x1,5L bottles every second day from the supermarket a mile away was a huge inconvenience. there is no water delivery service provided. there's just no drinkable water. except fancy and expensive glass bottles in the bar. unsustainable for long stays.
hotel ok for short stay until you get thirsty.
but do not recommend for longer stays as no free drinkable water for full board is somewhat an unexplainable misunderstanding.

We visit the hotel for over 25 years now, we have seen a lot of changes. I won't say they all are positive but for us the hotel is fine. I agree that 4* is to high back in the day the hotel was 3* but since the spa is there they get 4*...
What people wrote about unclean rooms with dust and insects ect I have never seen that. That the rooms are bit out dated i agree, but I know they are busy with planning a renovation what also is really needed!!
Location is perfect it's close to the beach and shops. Food it's okay don't expect super high standards and one day the food is in my opinion a way better then the other day ( but no complaints).
If you go 2 weeks expect the same dishes the second week, the menu won't change.
For us the price quality is perfect and we keep visiting!

At the hotel, a few people speak English, maybe one at the bar. Everyone speaks Spanish. In the restaurant, if you ask for meat to be fried, they don't know what's going on and they serve it half-raw. This is the first vacation I've ever had where I didn't have anything to eat. Breakfast was always the same for dinner, and I basically only ate vegetables because the meat wasn't edible. It tasted like toilet paper. Lunch was the same every day, and there was no choice. I bought the all-inclusive option, as always, and the bar only had vodka, beer, and cheap whiskey, some rum. I went to the bar for ice cream. I had to pay for the coffee. The coffee was terrible. There was an expresso bar where you could get better coffee, but you had to pay for it. What kind of all-inclusive is this? You have to pay 20 euros a day for sunbeds on the beach. I don't recommend this place. I've been on several vacations and there was always plenty of everything and it wasn't free, so I have a comparison.

This hotel is fabulous. So central to everything.
Food - where do I start. Such a selection and the freshness of it was lovely.
I’m coeliac and oh do they know how to cater for coeliac people. Miguel and Vanesa looked after me each meal time as we were full board. Able to pre-order for lunch time and evening meal but if not they took me around every single item to advise if I could eat it or not. They went above and beyond. All the staff in restaurant were lovely and so friendly and built a repoire with you.
The animation team were absolutely fantastic.
Javier and his team worked so hard entertaining everyone.
They even allowed my daughter to work with them and she starred in the Michael Jackson show with them.
They are a great team of people and so enthusiastic.
Rooms were clean and nice. So quiet in the evening allowing a good nights sleep.
Our flight was not until late home and we were able to pay to keep room until later as no one was due to arrive that day which was great.
The only disappointing thing - it was our 30th wedding anniversary when we were there and my husband advised me later that he had informed the hotel but there was no acknowledgement of it on the day. Even a card in your room would have been nice.
Thank you AQUAMARINA & Spa we had a lovely time and enjoyed our 10 days with you.
