This time, during the end of COVID, the hotel is better than ever. Maybe it’s the quieter time and less people or that the hotel have improved during shutdown. The location on the beach is amazing

A wonderful quiet family beach hotel with quick access to the sea. The food in the restaurant was delicious, quite a good choice. Breakfasts are almost always the same but you won't go hungry

I would like to see the possibility of free water at dinner, because drinks are all paid and that's understandable, but at least water should be free. Cleaning is good, towels are changed very often

As others have commented, a bottle of water is somewhat pricey in the restaurant (for dinner), and one is not allowed to have their own water bottle. The beach was stunning, albeit at times rather windy

Everyone in the hotel was very helpful. The hotel is very clean; however, the housekeeping in the apartment was somewhat inconsistent. We always found a calm and quiet place in the hotel's grounds

We enjoyed it a lot (it’s worth paying the few euros extra for the dinner) - the indoor playground was a life saver while the outdoor one could use some upgrades - we loved the beach and heated pool - to us the staff was friendly (reception and restaurant) - the room cleaning was good enough and the ladies were very friendly - we could park by the hotel for free - the wristband with chip is really...

The hotel was clean and modern. Got a room on the ground floor with the pool view. Didn't get much sunshine inside the room or on the terrace. The food was delicious, really enjoyed the variety, especially ice cream

The pool was a little bit cold both outside and inside and the sauna smelled a bit poorly

The hotel is very good, good location, comfort, views and everything perfect. But what is really REMARKABLE is the staff, they are very nice, friendly at all times, very efficient

Since we walked through the door at reception they have explained everything to us wonderfully and all the employees are lovely. Thank you very much for everything ❤️

Large and comfortable- nice and pleasant staff. Easy access to the beachfront. Poolwas busy with families and usual suspects hogging the sunbeds by placing towels in the morning. Safe bet for a stay in Torremelinos

Everything was top-notch, from the cleaning to the room service. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and you can get the best views of the sandy beach from your room.

Great large place, nice food and very close to the board walk. We had a family room for 4. Pay attention for balcony, we did not have a balcony and that was very sad, kind of expected for the price of the room.

Perfect location, amazing amenities, the room was absolutely perfect, and best of all, the service was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the VIP team took such amazing care of me

I also had the sweetest surprise set up for me in my room on my birthday, and that was so special for me especially since I was traveling alone and was all by myself on my birthday

Beach access was great as well the food options. Pool had limited seating unless you want to pay premium. All The staff was super polite and helpful

The staff super friendly (mister Andrea at reception for example )super kind and competent. Pitty thought for the inconvenience of the incident on Monday when I arrived from the UNVRS club

Hired the room for a stag do so we could fill it with booze and have everyone in the garden bit. Worked a treat, saved a fortune rather than getting a table or everyone buying booze from the bar all day

The AC in our room did not function as it should and the sofa did not appear to be cleaned properly. Having a view of the party was pretty cool. Next time we will try staying at the the unexpected

Would just be careful with what you use in the room most of its chargeable so you’ll get a hefty chunk taken off your deposit afterwards if you aren’t careful

Instead they insisted I go back for it which took 2 hours £150 in taxis and I missed the start of the event! I suggested phoning the other hotel, gave them my photo copy but no my friend had her copy with her too so such a carry on made

The restaurant offers great quality food (though not very varied), and the hotel is very clean in general (apart from the pool area, which could be cleaner)

Inma, Marta, Melody, Miguel are very good at customer service. Thank you all for your excellent hospitality. You all made our stay very remarkable. Inma was very helpful with drink proposals

Marta made my son feel very welcome. Melody provided excellent services throughout and gave us directions. Miguel was very customer friendly especially during the night shows

Me and my fiancé has the absolute best time here on our little September get away! Not only did I get engaged at the hotel we had amazing service from all the bar team especially Marta she’s a brilliant lady who really cares about everyone she serves she definitely made our time extra special!! The rooms are immaculate and the pool is amazing many sunbeds for all to enjoy and the animation team did...

All Inclusive - Simply the best version of all inclusive I have ever seen. The amount that is available on the All inclusive is just amazing. the snacks are tasty and made to order

I travelled alone with my 6 year old son to celebrate his birthday and I have been amazed by everything at the hotel. All staff are amazing and friendly

High quality hotel, amemities, and great location. 2 pools, rooftop bar. Nice rooms, most with sea view! Note: Lots of older tour groups here and in area fyi if seeking younger crowd.

Buffet was included and it was great with a lot of choices. Pool area was large, clean and not short of loungers. Pool was not heated so water was cold this time of year

Perfect beach locale Good location across the street from the beach. Rooftop pool/bar nice as well. Not in downtown Malaga so you'd have to cab into old town area

The room was clean and the view of the beach was gorgeous. The only thing I would mention is that it is an older crowd and the staff seemed to cater to them. They weren’t as friendly or receptive when we asked questions

The cleaning staff was super friendly. Otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel. Room was comfortable and very clean. We had a car and parking was not included but you could park on the street for free

Just spent a week here with my family. Great hotel and staff, food was great and the pool area and slides were great. Location was good centred between portaventura and the beach

Entertainment at night for the kids, the staff played games and dancing with them before going on to live acts. We were there during there Halloween time and they had the haunted tour for the kids which was brilliant

Sometimes it was a bit difficult to get a sunbed. Drinks were reasonable for being inside a hotel (3. 5 soft drink, 7 cocktail, 4 beer). Beach is about a 10 mins walk, portaventura 15 minute walk, so very good location

Nice stay but just a few ideas to improve the hotel. 1 have signs up in the corridors to keep quiet when walking down. People coming home late at night having full-blown conversations heading to the room

Pool was nice, no floats over a certain size allowed and they will tell you to remove them. No people running for sunbeds although people were reserving from 8am when it opens at 10 and towels weren't removed

The room was clean and spacious with a delightful pool that never felt too busy as long as you selected when to go well

Room is kept spotless and I enjoyed the view and the balcony There are loads of restaurants under the hotel and massage shop is also very professional! All good and beautiful! It snowed down for about half an hour on the day! Gracias!

Airport shuttle service is very punctual. The shuttle schedule is as advertised. Excellent bathroom facilities. Their in-house restaurant also serves great beer on tap and the ramen is quite nice as well.

Free shuttle bus from the airport. €5 per person to go back to the airport from the hotel with the earliest shuttle at 5am. Good enough to spend over night stay

Hotel was very good. The only point is the airport shuttle, it wasn't clear where it is so had to take taxi

The only negatives are that the check-in procedure is unreasonably long, and there were large tour groups that were making a lot of noise in the corridor, and were leaving all at once with loads of luggage occupying all available lifts

Also, very oddly there weren't any USB plugs in the room. The bar fridge wasn't working, but they promptly sent a technician to fix it

The food is really good they have a lot to offer even if you’ve a lactose intolerance, gluten allergy etc. For adults and kids there are lot of activities hosted. The animation team is really amazing

I agree that 4* is to high back in the day the hotel was 3* but since the spa is there they get 4*. What people wrote about unclean rooms with dust and insects ect I have never seen that

Thank you! The lobby and buffet restaurant area are modern and appealing. The meals were tasty, there was always plenty of choice and the breakfast buffet includes drinks such as orange juice, coffee and tea

That the rooms are bit out dated i agree, but I know they are busy with planning a renovation what also is really needed!! Location is perfect it's close to the beach and shops

Food it's okay don't expect super high standards and one day the food is in my opinion a way better then the other day ( but no complaints). If you go 2 weeks expect the same dishes the second week, the menu won't change

The hotel is old but has everything you need. The staff is helpful. Breakfast was great, really enjoyed it. Would stay here again.

Due to the "quality" of the food, all of us we had daily gases and indigestions. Also, have the same deserts every each day is not at all a pleasent experience!

The only down side was that you need to bring your own pool towels or pay €18 to buy one! I have never been yo a Hotel where you do not have a complementary towels with a deposit!

You can watch the sunrise over the sea from your room. It takes just a few minutes' walk to get to Peniscola Castle. It's so wonderful and refreshing to take a stroll and enjoy gentle sea breeze around the castle

Fabulous hotel, just in front of the beach and views to the castle. Great food quality with lot of choices and friendly staff.

The Papa Luna is a bit of a Peñiscola institution. Very comfortable rooms, great location, pleasant staff and amazing food at the buffet. Your waistline won't thank you if you stay too long! Highly recommend.

the smoking area at the pool bar is a bit too forgiving so for non-smokers its not always easy to sit and avoid the smokers. the late night snacks to be a bit more choice and to be until at least midnight

Beautiful hotel - Definitely worth a visit! Room was bright, very clean and spacious with a lovely balcony, had a stunning bathroom with nice toiletries and plenty of towels and lots of nice touches like a fridge and plenty of sockets

The gardens and pool are stunning with plenty of sun beds, parasols and even has poolside massages and hairdressers. The hotel also has a nice gym, handy shop and a Dr's as well as pcs at reception

The cocktails were excellent and good choice of local spirits available on the all inclusive. We liked the poolside bar as a good option for day time snacks and the table service was excellent

The hotel was very friendly clean the pool area was also very clean and tidy, The food at the hotel was really nice and a big variety.. really enjoyed my 3 days and higly reccomend this hotel

Tbh, I'm shocked I came back home 😅 - this place was amazing and surrounded by an absolute paradise! Definitely going back!

Staff was great. Pretty isolated from most things without a rental car. There were buses constantly running but it wasnt real easy to navigate the bus routes to get around.

This hotel definitely lives up to its reputation as a social media favorite. The room was spacious and I was lucky enough to get one directly facing Plaza de España, with a view of the Cervantes Monument

The location is fantastic, right by the Spanish Steps, and it's an easy walk to the Royal Palace. The breakfast spread is excellent with lots of variety, and the rooftop view is absolutely stunning!

I even saw a stunning sunset from my room on the day I checked in – it was a fantastic experience. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety, but it was very crowded, and the staff seemed quite indifferent

Super convenient location and many restaurants are around. The facilities of the hotel is amazing. The sky terrace is very impressive . We had drinks and snacks there daily. Will come back again.

A couple of issues for considering, other than opening the window, it was difficult to keep a comfortable temperature as the air conditioning was off ( I understand this is due to regulations), so on occasion the room was too hot

The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The location was excellent, within walking distance to nearby attractions and restaurants. I booked a room with breakfast, but due to cell synthesis, I missed it

The best hotel i have ever stayed. The pool is spacious and the hotel ambiance is rather chill and relaxing, which I really liked. The staffs are very attentive

There's a drinking water station/purifier at every floor and you can refill the water bottle - this was the best part of the stay. Had an amazing time!! Highly recommended

Amazing the hotel and location. The rooms are clean and modern. There are fruits and drinks by the pool all the times for free

Good hotel for family with kids because there were nonstop events until post 10pm so it’s quite loud and noisy. The bed was not very comfortable-it’s too soft and squeaky and not giving much support for my back

We found the gardens and outside spaces excellent no problems getting sunbeds and the pools were very good, also the room service was excellent cleaned everyday to a high standard

We made good use of the excellent gym facilities and enjoyed lovely walks along the beach. The pool area is also very nice. We were bed and breakfast only, but the breakfast offerings were superb

Instead of the All Inclusive we did the Half Board which provides access to the morning and evening buffet in the big dining hall. You could never imagine the quantity and variety of food served here

Wonderful venue right on the beautiful playa de muro beach. The perfect size of hotel, not too big, yet everything you could want or need. All the staff were brilliant, so helpful and friendly

Good size swimming pool with plenty of sun beds, hotel is ideal for families, couples and solo travellers who will never be alone I would highly recommend the hotel is available for booking direct with MedPlaya or through Tui Reception are always available to help and guide you whether you book direct or through Tui, in addition to a very nice accommodating lady on Guest Services opposite reception...

TThe restaurant is kept clean and orderly with handwashing facilities to be use on entry. Plenty of food choices snacks are available off season in the restaurant at selected times

The entertainment is mostly available in the show bar and occasionally in the Piano Bar

The hotel is immaculately clean all through to a very high standard

Entertainment was good for the kids, pool clean although cold but expected, didn’t try the indoor pool but looked great. Games rooms clean and tidy and a couple of them, football pitches were great too

And the lifts enough said The hotel itself is very clean rooms cleaned every day and of course it in a fabulous location

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and the hotel requires a cash deposit for almost everything, from a beach towel (10 euros) to even an iron

Would be even better if they had more sports facilities for slightly older kids, eg football goals, put an extra table tennis table in the shade but they did offer some fun alternatives like water polo, pool volley which they were very inclusive about getting adults involved in

The drinks weren’t great, so we typically used another bar on site by the pool, which had a lovely seating area, however these drinks are not included with the all inclusive service and everything needs to be purchased

No where to get alcohol after the pool closes at 7pm. Room was in decent condition apart from the shower floor & bathroom ceiling was in a state. Friendly staff & good value for money

The pool is large and clean and they have a bar at the pool service drinks which is included in your stay if your all inclusive

Overall the hotel has good facilities, the pool area and bar is great but the rooms are a bit tired and need a refresh

Fun walk the trailers from the beach to the centre of Salou. The hotel itself has a swimming pool, the kitchen is gorgeous, champagne in the morning

Lovely location/ great views/ food was normal for Spain / the meat was quite salty/ reception staff need to smile a bit more

Pool staff were great / nice beach walks / nice food restaurants local especially the Mexican just down the road 👌 also the steak house 👌/ you need to take a kettle and cups if you want tea otherwise you can loan one for £20 a week / refundable

We have had a fantastic time at this hotel! Entertainment staff were incredible and we could definitely tell how much they love their jobs. The theme nights were enjoyable especially when trying all the yummy food

Also There's a few nice beaches nearby and plenty of bars to go to! The negatives are, the walls in the rooms are thin and you can hear next door having a conversation at night and the air con isn't great either

The sea view was spectacular, we watched the sunset in the evening. Kettle was €8 to hire, €30 refundable deposit for beach towels and free room to freshen up before leaving for the airport

I understand that investments happen piece by piecey Bed and mattress are perfect, the hotel calm and no animation outside 💪🏻 A good place for a deep sleep with sea waves

It is really nice for traveling! And the location is very close to city center so you can walk around.

I did have one issue with the fact that you have to pay a 15 Euro deposit per pool towel and you have to use it for the duration of your stay. If you want to get a new pool towel, you have to pay 1

We were missing the hand-written receipt (which was supposedly given to us during check-in) that denoted the deposit we put down for the pool towels

The balcony faced the sea, but it was on the side of the room, which meant the room didn't get much sun and felt a bit dim. The sun loungers by the public pool felt a bit cramped
