The receptionists are not acting professional, claiming a guest wants to have a better room for paying a cheaper room is not what I am expecting. Especially, if later the hotel managers recognise that what ******* offers is not what the hotel has provided to the guest.
The breakfast is very standard, three out of four coffee machines are not working with long waiting times to get a coffee.

Staff was great. Pretty isolated from most things without a rental car. There were buses constantly running but it wasnt real easy to navigate the bus routes to get around.

Everything in the hotel is fine. Lot of facilities. Not a place where you can lay on the beach. Too small and next to a busy road. Mosquitos in the park deliver discomfort.

Great stay - kids loved the pool area and the bedroom for 4 was fine for a young family. Buffet is as you would expect for an all-inclusive package, but the grill restaurant (extra cost) was delicious on the 1 night we had it.
Location is fine, in between Porte Pollencia and Alcudia, but plenty of bus and taxi services available to get you where you want to go.

Critical Stay – Disappointed by Security and Service
We stayed as a family for five nights at the Port Blue Resort and Spa. During breakfast, €300 was stolen from our room, including money from a child's backpack. The door was undamaged, and room service was on duty at the same time.
Our report to the Guest Relations Manager was dismissed with platitudes ("Our staff is trustworthy," "Valuables belong in the safe"). No sympathy, no help – customer service was not solution-oriented. We reported the theft to the police and later discovered that other guests had similar experiences.
On the positive side, the friendly and dedicated service staff in the dining room deserves special mention. However, the buffet atmosphere was hectic and crowded, and the vegetarian food was monotonous.
The only usable family pool was murky and questionable in terms of hygiene.
Conclusion: A stay with significant weaknesses in terms of security, service, and quality. We cannot currently recommend the hotel.

Nice resort
Serge at the front desk was very helpful with our checkin. One of our bedsheets had a shoe mark on it and we encontered the same issue with the prevoius resort in Mallorca as well. Other than that everything is fine. Breakfaat is decent with enough choices. Room is spacious only problem waa the mosquitos.
