The Ritz-Carlton brand speaks for itself and the expectation is high when staying here, as to be expected. The hotel was wonderful, and the staff were exceptional and attentive, and the food was also truly at a 5* level

However, they didn't replenish the drinking water. After calling for water, I waited almost an hour to get it. The towels had mold and black spots. These issues shouldn't occur in a hotel of this caliber

The staff here is very well trained. The room we had is beautiful with views. The location is beautiful and right next to the beach. They even have a free shuttle from the hotel to plaça Catalunya

I've also stayed at hotels from this brand in places like Shanghai and Nanjing, and they've always been great! Planning to book 'her' again on my next trip to Barcelona, it's truly wonderful!

The rooms are huge and the decor is very suitable for summer – you could even shoot a movie here! It's really good, and there's also a Michelin three-star restaurant to dine at

Stayed last September for 7 days ( wished it were longer) 3 adults and 3 children 17, 12,1. Couldn’t fault any part at all. From food, rooms, entertainment, pools staff and the bonus of its own private immaculate beach

Amazing hotel with friendly staff en paradise for children with a water playground with multiple slides. A warm inside pool and a nice outdoor pool The beach is beautiful

These all have bar areas with the main pool also serving snacks. (This pool is always busy and you have to be quick to get a bed). The beach from the main pool is a lovely little spot to spend the day just relaxing

In the room was a hairdryer, bedclothes were changed every three days, towels each day, in a toilet there wasn't an extractor hood, as a result, the air in the bathroom was constantly humid and poorly ventilated

The rooms are small and basic but cleaned on a daily basis (leave the towels on the floor in the bathroom and they are replaced). There is a hairdryer but no kettle

Ideal for picky kids because of the neutral flavour of some basic foods like spaghetti or lasagna. My kids liked the fresh baked pizza the most. The beach was very beautiful

Bring your own towels or walk into Guardamar & buy one for 6. Direct beach access & all rooms have side sea view. There is free parking outside but it’s always full. Indoor pool 3 euros for 2 hours

Nothing like the photos, nice pool area with seating, although on the beach no deck chair or sunbeds for hire

We have stayed here before and it’s a lovely hotel near the beach staff are lovely room cleaning is very good.entertainment is good especially for children would come back here again

Good size pool & plenty of sun beds. Rooms are basic but have what you need including toiletries. Dined in restaurant 3 times but food was Luke warm at best but good buffet for 17 euros

The staff gave me room options based on a request ahead of my arrival which was very appreciated. As a coeliac traveller it can be tricky but the hotel try hard to ensure you are catered for the best they can

There are some things still I would suggest the hotel can improve in this area such as correct food labelling in restaurants, correct labelling on menus on the apps, more choice for coeliacs - particularly desserts and also an offering in the new sorts area as currently only fruit as an option

The kids club and all of the staff were fantastic including the entertainment. The rooms are cleaned daily and the cleanliness of the hotel was great. We couldn't fault it here and loved our stay!

We had the most amazing stay here! The hotel is lovely and in a great location. The beach is just behind the hotel and airport is a 5 minute drive. All of the staff were friendly and helpful

One person made this trip super successful and special and that was Naiara Fuentes. She works incredibly hard to ensure guests have the very best holiday

I think the hotel itself is ready for a revamp as some areas/rooms are a little tired. It’s a great location for the beach and clubs in walking distance

Good choice Nice clean hotel, good variety of food options, always free sunbeds. The entertainment was lacking and drinks not the best, but friendly staff and value for money.

The Beverly Park Hotel is in a great location by the sea, with easy access to the beautiful boardwalk. Staff were very friendly and are very good workers, in particular Maria Lucque who worked in Restaurant and Bar

Our first time on holiday in the Canary Islands. Good location, friendly staff, lovely welcome. Plenty of sun loungers in the area. Large selection of different dishes in the restaurant

We stayed here for 10 nights and really enjoyed ourselves. Here are some of the tricky bits: We Struggled to find breakfast. A member of the kitchen staff pointed and gave instructions and we continued to get lost

We saw him again and he looked annoyed that we hadn’t found it. He then waved his arms and gave us new instructions. Eventually a very nice woman from the hotel physically took us to the breakfast area

I requested at the front desk for it to be made into a king size bed but it wasn’t done until day 4 when I chased reception again. One of Robes hanging up in our room had makeup on the collar

You have to walk outside the back area of the hotel, pass the fountain area then go down a winding set of steps directly in front of you

The best swimming pool is unavailable and without water (imagine someone, in a restaurant, shows you a dish of lobster and tells you that you can't eat it because the local government doesn't allow it)

Make the big swimming pool available again and bring an all inclusive option, and I will change my vote to 5*****

Had a vacation week with family. The hotel is nice but clearly is not an outstanding hotel. Bedrooms felt a little empty but were clean and comfortable

Very difficult to go to the beach, which as I said is dirty, in the town its different and clean. the hotel should have a space for the guests, you have sit on the sand and take your own chair

The sea view was spectacular, we watched the sunset in the evening. Kettle was €8 to hire, €30 refundable deposit for beach towels and free room to freshen up before leaving for the airport

I understand that investments happen piece by piecey Bed and mattress are perfect, the hotel calm and no animation outside 💪🏻 A good place for a deep sleep with sea waves

It is really nice for traveling! And the location is very close to city center so you can walk around.

I did have one issue with the fact that you have to pay a 15 Euro deposit per pool towel and you have to use it for the duration of your stay. If you want to get a new pool towel, you have to pay 1

We were missing the hand-written receipt (which was supposedly given to us during check-in) that denoted the deposit we put down for the pool towels

The balcony faced the sea, but it was on the side of the room, which meant the room didn't get much sun and felt a bit dim. The sun loungers by the public pool felt a bit cramped

Staff on reception need to be more helpful and not so disinterested as there were a couple of issues within our group with the room where water had leaked in due to heavy rain and towels had been left on the floor

An excellent and welcoming stay for families, couples and also larger groups of people. Very welcoming staff who was having fun while working, making the stay even more fun

Fantastic hotel, very friendly staff, beautiful beach. Only problem was no amenities open in the area. We did have a great night in the bar though.

Amazing place for holidays!! Perfectly located in front of one of the best beaches in south of Spain, with direct access to it

What we didn't know prior to coming was that there was a Reuse station where various accessories for kids could be found

Probably not enough to satisfy all of the hotel guests, but good to know to not have to bring too much from home

I booked this hotel for my first solo trip away as I have an extremely hectic busy life and I just needed life to stop and reset. I booked for 2 weeks half board and it was an amazing hotel

Room was clean, beautiful view. Staff super nice and the food brilliant. We didn't had a car so the location was perfect for us to use public transport to visit the island.

Beautiful interior and great lay out!! The cleanliness is 100%. the rooms are cleaned every day with fresh bedding, fresh towels everyday and a few bottles of water are put in the room free of charge daily

Very nice hotel, good location with restaurants and shopping nearby. Nice rooms and the hotel has all amenities you need. Nice gym and the breakfast is really good.

However, last year the German masseuse was incredible - the luck of the draw they say. The morning breakfast was good. Need improvement on the coffee. ☕️ Evening meal was great - enjoyed the menu very much!

This is the 2 stay at the Hotel. It is one of our favourite stops on our journeys. The room, fantastic and roomy with a bathtub, the view of the Atlantic across the street, spectacular

We had a wonderful stay at PuertoBahia & Spa! The staff were super friendly and always helpful, making us feel truly welcome. The food was delicious with great variety and quality

Nightly entertainment enjoyable too. The Spa massages could use improvement. A full 60 min massage requires the hands, feet head & face to be done

Priorities for us are entertaining a small child and feeding a coeliac (gluten free) adult and the hotel has been perfect. Everything is immaculate, it's incredible. The heated pools and outdoor softplay are excellent

Amazing hotel super clean rooms, very helpful staff, great pools, lovely food and drink. Lots of kids activities included like high ropes and trampolines. Can't fault it

What we really liked is a baby club service where you can leave your baby for one hour a day included in the price if booked via hotel website. The babysitter was really nice and friendly and our baby actually enjoyed it

We had our first family vacation with a baby at Hotel Landmark Costa Los Gigantes. Overall, our experience was really good and the hotel offers many activities for families. Here you can find everything one might need

A special mention to Orlando, who looked out for me each meal he was on, knew exactly what dishes I could and couldn't eat, respected that I had to avoid cross contamination, which I really valued

We would especially like to thank Ivan from the Teens Club, who was very warm, friendly, and took excellent care of the children. We would love to come back again if we have the opportunity

We went for the fully-inclusive package and wouldn't hesitate to do that again. The pool was inviting and we appreciated the ease and stress-free management of booking sun-loungers!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. Santiago, Carmela and Oscar were fantastic at the pool area and managing the sunbed reservations. Their customer service was excellent. I can’t thank them enough for their help

So much thought has gone into the running of this hotel. Right from the moment we arrived we received fantastic attention from staff, all of whom were cheerful, helpful and caring

Our room was amazing, with a huge bed and magnificent view. Absolute comfort was ensured. Food was delicious, in great quantity and with various cuisines

Booking system for sunbeds so no one can put towels to save. Food was allways fresh and a large selection. House wines really nice as were spirits, beers etc on all inclusive

My daughter and I went for a four night break, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and cleaned every day, the food was lovely but could have been warmer, the entertainment was fabulous

The sun-beds had to be booked the day before this was a great system no anxiety trying to get a bed! I would highly recommend a stay in this hotel

  Restaurants were a let down even as Platinum customers, if you booked the table for 8pm the staff tried to hurry you up stating the kitchen closed at 9pm where the normal restaurants stayed open later!!! This was very frustrating when you think tha we paid more for the platinum experience

  Would I stay again, probably not as when paying for a premium service I’d expect to be treated better and not rushed, this was the same with breakfast as well

The bathroom lacked space to store our toiletries (just a minor point really). We tried the indoor pool which was free and very nice indeed

The outdoor facilities were fine except the hot tub appeared to keep the lifeguard busy managing it owing to its over popularity. However we felt a little captive and ended up taking a bus from the bus station to Lloret

A nice touch was the restricted access pass system for the luggage room - it would be nice to see that in other hotels. The room was adequate for two adults and our thirteen year old. And the cleaning service was good

On some days we found some enjoyable options but others not so though we were always able to fall back on the cold meats, cheeses and salads. Breakfasts were okay with eggs and “Spanish” bacon cooked to order

We were considering a score of 4 but have downgrade to 3 upon final review. The hotel overall is a nice family hotel sited away from but not far from the beach. We experienced undisturbed sleep

Food selection and quality was too notch, I like to try different types of food and quite adventurous and there was always something to chose from and also staples for the less adventurous

Just a wow resort with many entertainments many restaurants just loved everything needed a longer stay

One downside is no indoor pool but that didn't bother us. Our room overlooked a nature reserve and had a sea view, so we were able to watch birds from our balcony

They turn up the music during activities and sometimes leave the volume really high. People put towels on the sunbeds and claim them for hours while not using the sunbeds, so no one else can use them

On the beach hotel, family-friendly, amazing pool! A very big family-friendly hotel with a wonderful sea view and direct access to the beach! Obviously very crowded in the middle of August

A special note for the amazing Tahiti's style swimming pool with pool bar and daily funny water activities. There is also a nice small fitness-room with Technogym equipment

The nicest experience was a beach , clean and quiet and also big swimming pool. Schame the bar by the pool was close, couldn’t get a sun lounge on the beach either, no animation group too. Overall we had nice time there

Otherwise people keep their stuff on them all day and you have to either stand in the pool or leave the grounds because the indoor spaces are not kept cool

I liked everything, next to the Hotel are so good Restaurant and the beach was very nice. The Rooms are so good. The Service was perfekt, they were friendly and helpful.

The local restaurants are very good plus the is an excellent ice-cream restaurant opposite the hotel with and excellent variety of freshly made produce at your disposal. Murcia is about an hour's drive

It's so close to the beach it was perfectly placed for a beach swim in the morning with lots of nice bars and restaurants. Walk up to the main town and port and there's even more to enjoy

The hotel has ample parking with disabled parking also available. The location is close to the local beaches which are clean with very soft sand

Large and comfortable- nice and pleasant staff. Easy access to the beachfront. Poolwas busy with families and usual suspects hogging the sunbeds by placing towels in the morning. Safe bet for a stay in Torremelinos

Everything was top-notch, from the cleaning to the room service. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and you can get the best views of the sandy beach from your room.

Great large place, nice food and very close to the board walk. We had a family room for 4. Pay attention for balcony, we did not have a balcony and that was very sad, kind of expected for the price of the room.
