Fantastic! I don't know what else to say. All the staff were great and the atmosphere is lovely. The hotel is ultra clean and modern with a great pool and outside areas and lots of great food
It was the best weekend!!
First the room is big and clean. It has a sofa and balcony with a view of the sea and swimming pool. The staff is great, nothing is too hard. We had dinner the first night, and it was great
The local restaurants are very good plus the is an excellent ice-cream restaurant opposite the hotel with and excellent variety of freshly made produce at your disposal. Murcia is about an hour's drive
Great views, easily operated air conditioning controls, modern bathroom, comfortable beds, good size balcony. The staff were very friendly throughout the hotel. Lots to do for young families
It's so close to the beach it was perfectly placed for a beach swim in the morning with lots of nice bars and restaurants. Walk up to the main town and port and there's even more to enjoy
On arrival the reception staff are friendly and efficient, we didn't wait long to be booked in. We asked for a room as high as possible, we were given a lovely room on the top floor
The hotel's swimming pool is also quite nice. Bad points are also prominent: The rooms don't provide tissues, and there aren't even water glasses, which is very inconvenient
Spacious rooms , beds, all very clean nice design !
###########update##################
No iron in the room, I am joining the MSP GLOBAL event with wrinkled shirts!
###########update#################
The minibar fridge is empty guys! Usuallt 4 stars hotel provide some merchandise and we pay for what we consume!
Also no kettle and coffe sachet or Nescafe or coffe machine, other hotels do have those
Good points: The hotel has a great location and a nice environment, with direct access to the park. The rooms are spacious, and although the facilities are old, they are relatively clean
##########update##################
Please try to add a drinking water bottle at least one per night, it will not cost much🤭and a set of tissues near the bed or the TV Unit
Bigger TV would really be a nice touch , the office underneath doesnot have a visible plug, I had to “redecorate” the room just to plug my laptop
The USB plugs near bed are a nice touch
I hope my reviews help you guys improve your guest experience to earn the 4 stars and more. ##########update##################
Buffet is really nice and tasty, wide variety
Only negative points were checkin took forever and queues in parks were loooonnnng. Hotel is clean and tidy and prices for food and drink are reasonable for a resort hotel
Great olinklyuziv: great choice of drinks, tasty food. 3restorana Ala carte in which you can walk not limited. 3 large pools, animation, kids club with animators, Spa and a cosy gym with a veranda
A very nice hotel, super friendly staff, clean rooms, and great food. We felt completely at home and would love to come back!
The hotel hardware is pretty good, the service is also good, except that the food is a bit average, there is a great restaurant on the beach at the entrance
My wife and I went there last September. We had some issues in our suite, including a complete power outage one of the nights. The reason I'm writing the review is to highlight the manager, Carina Farrera
Just a wow resort with many entertainments many restaurants just loved everything needed a longer stay
One downside is no indoor pool but that didn't bother us. Our room overlooked a nature reserve and had a sea view, so we were able to watch birds from our balcony
They turn up the music during activities and sometimes leave the volume really high. People put towels on the sunbeds and claim them for hours while not using the sunbeds, so no one else can use them
On the beach hotel, family-friendly, amazing pool!
A very big family-friendly hotel with a wonderful sea view and direct access to the beach! Obviously very crowded in the middle of August
A special note for the amazing Tahiti's style swimming pool with pool bar and daily funny water activities. There is also a nice small fitness-room with Technogym equipment
The nicest experience was a beach , clean and quiet and also big swimming pool. Schame the bar by the pool was close, couldn’t get a sun lounge on the beach either, no animation group too. Overall we had nice time there
Otherwise people keep their stuff on them all day and you have to either stand in the pool or leave the grounds because the indoor spaces are not kept cool
I liked everything, next to the Hotel are so good Restaurant and the beach was very nice. The Rooms are so good. The Service was perfekt, they were friendly and helpful.
Food options were good, themed evenings. Bedroom and balcony overlooked the pool, which was lovely. The hotel bus shuttle is very useful. Pool areas were good, we particularly enjoyed the family pool
Was a quiet hotel except for the gay pride pool party which also made the pool area not very accessible for guests, thought that to be a bit insensitive to staying hotel guests on holiday specially as family's used that area more
The buffet was amazing, lots of choice and the foods was in small trays so it was always super fresh and replenished when needed, best food in a hotel we've had in a long long time
Some people would say that the location is not ideal; there is a 20 min walk to the beach, which we enjoyed every day after breakfast and lunch
Would highly recommend this hotel as the service & overall experience for us was great
The hotel offers a bus ride, but the 20 min walk to the beach is perfect after having food, and the way to the beach is beautiful enough to be enjoyed every day. Food - the food can get boring, but it is of good quality
We lost €75 euros on 3 meals the first day in the park, The pool facilities we're great however there a few wasps around(not overly aggressive and cant be helped)
Sleeping right inside the park is definitely part of the experience: I highly recommend it, as it's very pleasant to be able to walk to the attractions and soak up the atmosphere
The rooms, in a "small villa" style, are adequate but lack any particular charm. The very large swimming pool seems almost disproportionate, but is still pleasant
The hotel and facilities were very nice including the big pool with kids area , sand volleyball court, billiards tables, and the bars/ restaurants on property
The buffet was really samey and quite bland but its too be expected with large scale catering, we visted the park 3 days and only found out on the 2nd day that the all inclusive has QR codes for the park to claim free meals while you are in portaventure
Just back from a week at the hotel, Dont trust all the 1 star reviews, the rooms can do with some modernisation however all was clean and cleaned daily, The bathroom restocked daily, The staff we're all great and nearly everyone speaks english
Had a lovely stay unfortunately we were only there a few days, next time we will book for longer. Great location, lovely pool areas and very nice room.
Very welcoming staff on arrival, our first assigned room was disappointing, and we got an upgrade to a sea view balcony with a private plunge pool. This was a great idea of my wife, who normally has all the great ideas
Extra thanks to hotel stuff (especially Ayose, who helped us to find breathtaking locations on the island), everybody was so friendly and willing to help, we appreciate this so much! This hotel made our honey moon perfect ❤️
We had our honey moon in Cleopatra hotel, and it was truly amazing! We had a room with sea view and we were enjoying it every day. Seeing and hearing the ocean from your bed felt like a paradise to us
perfect setting for shopping and restaurants right behind hotel. you can walk for miles in either direction stop eat and drink along the way. ignore the negative reviews shit happens everywhere
Stayed in the hotel in September. bags taken to room right away. Rooms can’t be faulted clean as you will get. Breakfast choice for all tastes including yes more champagne if you fancied it
Love this hotel
This was our second time staying at this hotel and it did not disappoint. Great location you are 20 mins from Palma but also 20-30 mins from other popular areas. It’s not in the loud Magaluf area
The hotel parking is limited so they may not have a spot for you to park and the public parking outside of the hotel is always packed as this is a busy area
Parking is a bit tricky, but everything else is amazing. I recommend the buffet, as it has a lot of variety, and jazz in the mornings!
"Very new. Amazingly clean and comfortable! The location is perfect , quiet and at the same time, a 5-minute walk from the busy center. Ideal for any purpose of the trip !"
Hei, very good, they have give me suit rom, same price, last day give me one gift in rom.
My stay at this hotel was very good. It really has a great location. You're right next to the hotel, the beach, beach bars, nightclubs, supermarkets, etc. The facilities and services are all great
Very disappointing and over crowded. Food is not 4 star, dining room is chaos. Very noisey and pool area is over subscribed by day guests to be relaxing.
Lovely hotel and staff. Situated in a great spot right on the beach, rooms immaculate and included safe and aircon in price
Only 2 little niggles goodness not always very hot but there are microwaves available and no tea/ coffee facilities in the bedroom but this did not spoil a great week. Will definitely be back again
The large pool area is good for both adults and children and includes 2 small water slides, giant chess and crazy golf. The food was varied, fresh and plentiful
Some had a supplement but a lot were part of the all inclusive deal Wi-Fi seemed fine throughout the hotel and a reasonable speed On the downside - Pool area is very small for the size of hotel so you’ll be lined up like kebabs alongside others Pool rules not enforced with beds frequently taken by 08:30 and left for hours contrary to the 30 minute rule the hotel prints on the welcome information...
The location was right on the beach )it isn’t sandy though so be warned) and we had a lovely large room overlooking the pool and beach. We stayed for 14 days and everything does repeat after 7 so keep that in mind
This not only makes the area look bad and smell unpleasant, but it also really affects the poolside experience for everyone else. We hope the hotel adopts a stricter smoking policy by the time we return
The hotel is so nice! Love the food! The service from Mila have the best help we gets! That is a very high service minded women!
Rest of some people is so happy and see us! So good
The room has been cold from first day!
Pool area is so good to!
Overall, this hotel has become a special place for us. The entertainment team makes every stay unforgettable, and we can’t wait to come back in February!
The hotel is beautifully located, and the family rooms are large, spacious, and bright. There are beautiful views, plenty of attractions for children, and the food is tasty
The dining room has an outside dining area for alfresco dining. Amazing 🤩
It was Half Term so lots of families with kids but that was to be expected. There is an adult sunbathing area which is worth seeking out
A special mention to Juan and Nicole and the whole team at the beach cabanas working tirelessly under the sun, always with a smile. Carlos, always so attentive, kind and genuine with an incredible team at the Beach Club
Maite, she’s everywhere! Always so helpful, caring and attentive. Yeray at reception — friendly, polite and always ready to help. And Rosi, from the early mornings at breakfast, she makes you feel truly special
We’re so excited about the upcoming changes and new name! But what truly makes this place so special are the people who work there. They’re the heart and soul that make every holiday unforgettable
Thank you again, to all the staff at Hard Rock Hotel, and especially to the VIP TEAM!!! Every single one of you made this trip such an incredible experience for me and I will never forget it
Jose and Dani, you’re both such a delight, always so charming and friendly. María, my “music twin” from Hugel, so lovely and full of good vibes. Cristina at breakfast, absolutely wonderful
Perfect location, amazing amenities, the room was absolutely perfect, and best of all, the service was exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the VIP team took such amazing care of me

There was a restaurant that was delicious, the staff helped us get signed up for the airport shuttle very easily, the airport shuttle left on time and got us there safely, the beds were nice, the showers were nice, everything looked very beautiful and comfortable and clean, overall just a really great experience, I felt so comfortable
That was really important to because I was feeling really anxious going into it coming from our previous day which was not very good
We walked into our room and just let out a sigh because it was so nice
The room and breakfast were both very good.
I especially appreciated the high-quality toiletries from Rituals — such a nice touch! Everything was just perfect

We had not realised that it would be so noisy, so not the best choice for us as our room was right above the Pool area where all the activities take place
The hotel’s facilities are excellent: a large outdoor pool, relaxing spa area, and a well-organized buffet restaurant with a wide variety of fresh, delicious food to suit every taste, including vegetarian and kid-friendly options
Biggest grumble was that all of the ‘hot food’ options on the Buffet were tepid at best, Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner 🤷♂️ Nice location, Nice Hotel but if you are after a little more peace and quiet this is not the hotel for you
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5
Our stay at Gran Hotel Peñíscola was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel’s warm hospitality, spacious layout, and its unbeatable location right on the beachfront
Only grumble with the room was the faulty air-con sensor on the Balcony Door, reported it and it was fixed, only it wasn’t, the sensor box was cracked so everytime the door was opened it came away, it needs replacing
Definitely a retirement vibe here and we were there before busy season. But the hotel was great, food was great. Having laundry services were an added bonus. We got to catch up on laundry
Or if you just want a quiet relaxing time there ample places for this. There are three pools&a babby pool. They now have tea&coffee facilitys in room
Beautiful hotel with nice and spacious rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff members. Perfectly located with lots of restaurants and, supermarkets and just a short walk from the Beach *****. Loved my stay here.
It is kept immaculately clean. There are plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas to go around the many pool areas - which you cannot reserve with a towel as it will be removed
No taste, every day the same menu. Pool is very nice a lot of lounges. They should change pillows and bedding. They are closing hotel by the end of this month for renovation. I hope they will change certain things
The hotel is very exotic, with lots of vegetation, large hallways and open spaces to hide away from the sun. One at 0 level for everyone including kids and one on the roof, adults only (the best!!)
Many restaurants, table tennis, billiard tables, squash, etc. Take a room with the mountain view, it's more quite (the opposite of the main pool)

I absolutely loved the design style – modern and minimalist, yet with thoughtful details. The color scheme and furniture placement were very tasteful, making it perfect for photos
This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The room was impeccably clean, every corner spotless, and the bedding had a subtle fresh scent that made my stay incredibly comfortable
The public areas were also well-maintained, giving the whole place a feeling of both luxury and warmth. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!
There's a mall across the street, which makes dining very convenient. Getting to tourist attractions requires taking the subway or bus. It's perfect for a relaxing beach vacation
But there's a good shopping mall with plenty of dining options, including American staples (McDonald's, Taco Bell, KFC, Five Guys, etc. ) and Metro train station is less than 10min walk
The lounge offered very little in terms of food, especially hot dishes. The room itself felt a bit old. Otherwise, no major issues. The minibar was completely empty.
Cleaning in the room was not the best, I got sheets with stains on once. The swimming pool area was very nice and the beach view. It was easy to take the bus to nearby cities like Salou and Tarragona
Got a 3rd floor poolside room which was great and had a lovely sea view
When we arrived the view outside the hotel was great. Lovely wee cove at the bottom of quite a steep hill, so if you have knee problems, maybe not for you. Inside the hotel is very glam, lovely chandler as a focal point
There was a nice nature walk close by the beach that you can use, there was a great and delicious Indian restaurant nearby with tasty food. There's a supermarket nearby and cloth store - Holiday
There was a huge disappointment though, NO KETTLE, I love my tea and it's the first hotel I've ever stayed in that didn't have one, you have to buy tea at the bar, this is a big no no
It was often very smelly from the street (trashcontainers and toilet pipes) and from all people who smoked around
Just little niggles where it's not been finished properly!
Massive pool areas, all poolside drink's are served in paper cups, so bring your own reusable if you don't like paper cups
Yes the bungalows are tired a lick of paint new footpaths and what a difference it would make
The staff are excellent couldn’t do enough for you from maintenance housekeeping front desk manager staff in the restaurant staff in the bar in the kitchen Couldn’t thank all of them enough they made our holiday so very special
All the people that we met again as the return guests are plenty as the sandos Atlantic gardens has something very special going on can’t wait to go back again well have booked two more visits so looking forward to seeing all the fabulous staff and the wonderful area Atlantic gardens is in x
We never left the hotel grounds this time to hot to walk about in it. would definitely recommend it for couples not a lot for children today. But the hotel it's self do have entertainment on at night
Although there isn't alot around you 5 euros will get you to playa blanch in a taxi. This is the 2nd time we have been this year. The hotel has everything you need
Entertainment is mixed, 2 areas, one is usually a show the other is live music. Some of the musicians are good, others you can see why the do the hotel circuits!
Seaview is a must, beautiful views from the room!
Didn't use the pool as it was not really the weather for it, but what I saw of it it looked lovely. For the location and price we couldn't have asked for better!!
The pool and outside area looked a lovely area to use, but unfortunately the weather wasn't on our side, if we were to come back to benidorm again it would definitely be back here to the Hotel Rio Park
The hotel was excellent and spotlessly clean. We arrived around 11:00 and were able to access our rooms straight away. The room itself was very comfortable, featuring a good shower, a balcony, and a small fridge
We were half board and the breakfast and evening meal was fantastic, loads of choice, very good quality and tasty couldn't fault it. The staff were all very helpful and friendly
The Rio Park Hotel is conveniently located—about a 10-minute walk from the seafront, 10 minutes from the main bar area, and around 20 minutes from the Old Town
Fridge in room and a safe bonus if I were to be picky the shower head kept falling off the holder and drowning the bathroom, but again not a major problem

Property is clean with nice breakfast choices. Hotel staff are professionals and helpful. There are a few restaurants around the hotel areas. But you need to take taxi to go to central. Enjoy our stays!
Lovely stay
We only stayed one night but the hotel was lovely. The bathroom had a big tub we didn’t get to use but the kids (and myself) would definitely love if we had more time.
This property was perfect and conventiently located to many areas of interest in town. I would HIGHLY recommend.
Excellent location, good service and very good attention.
Lovely hotel. Didn't do or see much as I was in and out .
Nice little trip in Gran Canaria in October
Internet was great, no drops in service. Room always tidy, beds made every day and fresh towels. Also pool towels in the room so very handy as you don’t need to bring any
Everything about this hotel is bang on, location ace, if I was to say one thing my husband has a bad back and the bed, for him, was too soft and aggravated his sciatica
Really lovely place. Staff lovely, food nice but usual all inclusive mix of dishes. Really great holiday would definitely recommend
Staff were very attentive and all were very nice, especially Cleopatra who was a wealth of knowledge and an absolute star!
Rooms good, clean and spacious - although ours spelt of cigarettes. Could provide name for desserts, not so much pork and more jelly flavours
My only negative would be that the lifts were small and there always seemed to be one out of service, which meant waiting a while for them
