This is no way a four star hotel, it’s a three star at best, day one we had a problem with ants and that didn’t go away for our entire stay despite them telling us they had sprayed our room and sorted it out

A smaller issues was people leaving their towels poolside so finding a place was a bit of a task as we only required sunbeds now and then and not all eight together either. The bathrooms could do with some updating too

We asked for a kettle and they wanted to charge us £20 also had problems with loss of hot water, breakfast was ok but just ok with everything eatable, best thing about this hotel by far was its location, but there’s no way I’d stay here again

We were there during challenge Peguera. End of season yet the staff was always smiling and very helpful. Rooms were nice, and the fridge is a great bonus! The breakfast was also really good

This Hotel is very central and located directly on the beach. The food is very diverse, perfect for vegetarians! Would be great to have water slides here. The snack bar is also great, located directly by swimming pools

Cleaning in the room was not the best, I got sheets with stains on once. The swimming pool area was very nice and the beach view. It was easy to take the bus to nearby cities like Salou and Tarragona

Got a 3rd floor poolside room which was great and had a lovely sea view

When we arrived the view outside the hotel was great. Lovely wee cove at the bottom of quite a steep hill, so if you have knee problems, maybe not for you. Inside the hotel is very glam, lovely chandler as a focal point

There was a nice nature walk close by the beach that you can use, there was a great and delicious Indian restaurant nearby with tasty food. There's a supermarket nearby and cloth store - Holiday

There was a huge disappointment though, NO KETTLE, I love my tea and it's the first hotel I've ever stayed in that didn't have one, you have to buy tea at the bar, this is a big no no

It was often very smelly from the street (trashcontainers and toilet pipes) and from all people who smoked around

The rooms are very small and the entire hotel could do with an update as some areas are very tired/run down (for example one of the toilets for the ladies in reception doesn’t have a toilet seat - a basic requirement for a 4* hotel I think)! The rooftop swimming pool is really nice and the evening entertainment is very good too

Cool location! To PortAventura 10-15 minutes leisurely pace! The sea side! Cafes on every corner! The only disadvantage the noise from animation to 23-hours, and then the noise from the road - the balcony overlooked the pool!

Lovely hotel, excellent location within walking distance of everything. Rooms really clean, reception staff were pleasant along with the restaurant staff however a couple of bar staff not so much. Food was yummy!!

Lovely holiday. Food excellent. Always a sunbed when we were there in middle of July. Hope to return sometime.

The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was very clean and the balcony spacious with a great view of the pool

The payment system for drinks and other items was poor. Cash or card payment had to be pre-loaded onto a band which also worked as a key card for the room. We would prefer to give card details then settle bill at the end

There was lots of space to sunbath around either of the 3 pools. Free WiFi and lovely sea views from the balcony. We would definitely visit again!

All good. Out room was not cleaned one of the days but no big deal. Good amenities but disappointed that tobuse the warm indoor pools you had to pay even on all inclusive

We come back because we feel it's great value for money and the facilities are great for the whole family including our ASD son. Plenty of food and drinks to choose from although the restaurant can be a bit chaotic

The all inclusive was brilliant with a variety of food and drink available. The Mexican restaurant was outstanding but did require prebooking which was hard to get! The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily

Food, swimming pool for adults great During room service, water and coffee was not filled in during stay, only at the end

Just little niggles where it's not been finished properly! Massive pool areas, all poolside drink's are served in paper cups, so bring your own reusable if you don't like paper cups

There was no space anywhere, nowhere for kids to play football, no grassy area, and the music was non stop. Not a very relaxing holiday but the kids had fun in the pool

I found the hotel a bit small and I prefer to go out for a while to enjoy the surroundings, but if you wanna stay by the pool all day, you'll have everything you need

Lovey hotel, clean and comfortable room Staff were very nice Location is good Plenty of food choices Only downside for our trip here was waiting for lifts… As able bodied fairly young people, we didn’t really mind walking up and down 7 flights of stairs to and from our room, but for two mornings of our stay the stairs were cordoned off for vacuuming / carpet shampooing… at the busiest time of day...

The room was basic but clean, view was of the dual carriageway. The pool area was very busy, difficult to get sunbeds and after 3pm was just dirty with left plates and cups lying around

Towels were hard and at times frayed, maybe fan in bathroom

Another great stay Great stay. Staff friendly and very hardworking. Good food and hotel is kept very clean. Room a little tired but hotel is in process of refurbishing so hopefully this will be resolved soon.

There's a large shopping mall with a supermarket directly across the street, and plenty of restaurants nearby, including many century-old establishments in the old town

Seville is known as the 'City of Oranges,' and the scenery is lovely. Even though the railway has been a bit unreliable lately, the hotel's location is excellent, right by the train station

Getting to attractions from the hotel is convenient: it's about 4-5 bus stops or a 10-euro taxi ride, which takes around 25 minutes on foot

A common issue in Spain is that check-in takes forever. The room itself was decent, quite clean, and the location was okay too

My only complaint is that the restaurant the front desk guy recommended was just so-so and a bit pricey

The room was spacious and we paid the small extra fee for a room on the higher floors so the sea view over the pools was lovely

It’s perfect if you wanna stay in the hotel all day with a book by the pool and nothing else

We paid for drinks and extra lunches we had and felt it was reasonably priced vs the All Inclusive price for which we wouldn't have got our moneys worth! Everything can be charged straight to the room to avoid carrying any money or you can pay on the spot if the preference is to control spending

Entire property was clean & well maintained. Staff were friendly & incredibly helpful. Huge amount of drinks to choose from. The spa was just divine!! Will absolutely be going again

I had two bookings and only stayed one night before going to another hotel for two nights, then returned for three more nights under the other booking

This one night stay was fine, but I have some complaints about the all inclusive upgrade on my second booking, but that is for that review

We arrived and the porter and staff we all so helpful and explained everything to us. They upgraded us for free as we had a baby. Loved every second of our stay. The grounds are Hugh and they have a beautiful pool

There are 3-4 pools , golf court,tennis courts, children rooms for entertainment, bars and so on. The room we were in was relatively clean and spacious and had almost everything (but not bedstands) you'll need

They clean it everyday and change towels. There was a lot of choice and variety when it came to the food(and I'm a vegetarian)

A little gem of a hotel Have stayed here 3 times now and everything about the hotel is fabulous from the service ,food ,freindleness ,thet cant do enough for you

Everything was great at the hotel from the first day to the last.

the food was tasty though and well worth the aggravation. Staff smiling and efficient and we will miss this great deal for a pleasant affordable holiday on La Palma

Don’t get carried caught with flies on you Excellent hotel resort. However, you have to pay extra for spa pool , tennis and more well known drinks. By the pool we were sometimes pestered by flies

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Tenerife! The atmosphere is so peaceful and welcoming — you instantly feel relaxed the moment you arrive. One of the highlights was definitely the pool area

Note: the hotel need to do something about the ridiculous sun lounger reserving. People putting towels on sun loungers at 8am, and not turning up until 1pm, using them for an hour and leaving again

Our holiday exceeded all expectations. Dreams Jardín Tropical Resort and Spa is a beautiful hotel. The facilities were fantastic, we used the pool and gym daily, enjoyed the spa, and treated ourselves to a massage

Francis and Melina at the fitness suites made our trip even better with their care and brilliant, enjoyable classes—a real highlight! Our room was spacious with a great-sized balcony, perfect for our little one to crawl around safely

The suite we stayed at had an amazing view right in front of the ocean ( we were watching the sunset and the sunrise every day) the balcony was like a football field large with tables, chairs and sun beds, the room was clean and the staff were so friendly and always ready to help

What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was the team. Every member of staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and at ease, their warmth and hospitality really stood out

The Halloween celebrations were particularly entertaining, with the staff dressed in costumes and scary makeup, and the feature pool above the reception transformed into a "blood bath"—a creative touch we absolutely loved! The staff were friendly and welcoming, with the receptionists being especially helpful and enthusiastic, particularly the Hungarian lady

My stay at the HM Martinique Hotel in Magaluf was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. The hotel has a great atmosphere — lively, modern, and spotless throughout

The bar staff kept the drinks flowing, and the entertainment team made sure there was never a dull moment. The food was much better than expected for an all-inclusive — plenty of choice and good quality

Ive heard the same comment of some other guest, when trying it for the first time. The pool area is very well mantained and the sunbed are all in excellent shape

The staff were friendly, helpful, and always had a smile on their faces. You could tell they genuinely cared about making sure everyone was enjoying their stay

The main one was out at the pool area. Light snacks and drinks until late at night. My one question is in relation to ordering a bottle of coke instead of the font cola

Great hotel been back 20+ times. Staff are great especially bar staff. Hotel and rooms are very clean. We generally eat out for evening meals as loads of place we love in the area to eat

Freshly cooked food in both mornings and evenings. Pool area cleaned every morning and extra sunbeds stacked to stop “sunbed wars”

Usual do bed and breakfast as evening meal in hotel is not for us. Definitely recommend and we will be back next year

Allocated a good room with pool view, great views. If I could put in a recommendation for the room, have a full length mirror in it as the only one was in the bathroom. The hotel has 4 bars, all open at various times

Stayed here during October half term with my partner & 7 year old and already looking to book here again for next year!!! An immaculate hotel with super clean rooms & facilities, with a fresh smell throughout - all day, everyday!! The staff are friendly & helpful and the entertainment team are wonderful - they provide fun for all the family during the day & night

The balcony was large with a place to hang and dry towels and clothes if needed there was a kettle and a mini fridge

I’d be up early in the morning for a run and see staff washing windows top to bottom washrooms floors very busy trying to keep the place spic and span

Pros: Staff do their best to accommodate your stay and work through any issues. Decent amount of food selection for those without dietary restrictions. Shuttle to the beach although the schedule is limited

Something my father ate the last day did not sit well in his stomach the entire last night. Towel change service only open until 2pm even though the pool is open later

Rooms so so, no air conditioning TV not working, even if paid. Cleaned every day, but cleaning it to call difficult. Yes, change towels, assure toilet paper, soap. But at the expense of washing floors as it is difficult

Many people know Russian, will always help if that. Drinks are not watered down, all at altitude. The food is always fresh, diverse, fruit, pastries all very tasty. To sea to go about 10 minutes -15

2 weeks never and not washed under the bed. But if you don't pay attention to it, you can live. Was in June, no idea what's going on in July or August. The staff is very friendly, smiling

Of the minuses: noisy in the Dorm, zero soundproofing in the rooms, no konduga, the interior is not modern, repairs made on 3. 5/5, wifi paid (5evr day 20 for 7 days)

However: the water is hot always and immediately, bathroom rules, there is even a bidet, bed sheets changed every day, fed for slaughter

The apartment itself was a good size and practical for a family, although the decor is a little dated in places. That said, everything was clean and worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay

Large pool good food but didn’t like killing 59 cockroaches in my room in 2 days and had to ask twice to clean my room properly. Front desk staff we’re great shame about lack of communication

After we checked out, we realised we had left a water bottle behind. When we went back to ask, one of the ladies at the hotel was really kind and helped us find it and return it to us, which we really appreciated

The evening shows were actually really good – much better than we expected – and it was nice to have something to do after dinner without needing to go out

Everything was first class, reception, room was fantastic, staff, food and the entire hotel was faultless. 5 Star for sure.

Great get away in a perfect location next to loro park at the north of the island. Easy check in and out with 24 hour reception. clean rooms big pool friendly staff and entertainment team

Just finished a 7 night stay at Alua Tenerife with my dad and can't fault anything. You read some of the other reviews and of course everything comes down to someone else's perception and experiences so here is ours

Room was beautifully cleaned, towels replaced as needed, items topped up. We loved having the mini fridge in the room Thank you to housekeeping

Suggestion for the hotel - display the menu on arrival so people can see the variety of dishes available. We shared a twin room, it wasn't split when we arrived, by the next morning it was

We were in room 1409, it was warm throughout the day and a good spot to sit on later in the afternoon when the pool area got a bit cooler, we still had sun until about 5ish

Actually the hotel buffet had different potato dishes each morning. After 7 days I still didn't try everything on the buffet in the morning. Plenty of coffee machines and juice machines

The atmosphere is lovely, staff super-friendly, professional and caring, pool area and sunbeds exceed capacity, entertainment programme good for kids and families. Food is a very diverse mix, but we never went hungry

Staff always greeted you with a smile on there's faces. Cleanliness was spot on towels changed everyday. If you do holiday here the tap water and pools are salt water. This hotel is also suitable for the disabled

The people working there are very friendly and welcoming. The location is great, there is a nice beach with turquoise water 5min walking from the hotel. The swimming pool is very big and quiet

Excellent hotel! Lovely people and hotel staff! Every day has activities for kids, and also in the evenings has shows and entertainment!! It is definitely a great hotel that left a long lasting experience in our hearts!! Every family should visit! Also the Food is Greaaat! And the beach WOW is super near by!

The cleaning staff does their best. However, it is a shame that you are not allowed to use inflatable swimming animals other than at the beach. The lifeguards are not super active

We love Majorca and this is our 4th visit to the island, but this has been our favourite place so far

Considering the high price, the rooms are spacious! Clean! There's even a bathtub so you can take a bath. Considering you're paying for peace of mind, this hotel offers good value for money, including its location

The subway station is right next to it, so you can travel to the Royal Palace and Reina Sofia Museum with just one train ride (you need to purchase a special card at the ticket gate)

The tourist centers of Atocha and Sola are a quick taxi ride away, and the Santiago Bernabeu is just a few minutes' walk away, so it's in a great location

A very good service was provided by this hotel. The rooms were very neat and modern as well as the rest of the hotel’s facilities. The location is excellent for travelers in Madrid

The outdoor pool is impressively large, with plenty of sunbeds available. The entire property was immaculately clean, and the green spaces were greatly maintained

The view was far beyond “partial”: they could admire the sea, lush gardens, outdoor pool, and all the hotel terraces all at once. As for me, I made two separate bookings for a three-night stay

Entertainment for kids: - although there was some program for kids under 3, in reality it just meant the kids could join the older children, but the actual activity in the calendar started 30-40 minutes into the scheduled time - sometimes it seemed like the staff couldn't handle so many kids who sometimes preferred playing on the playground instead of joining the games they didn't understand - there...

We stayed here for a very special family holiday last week and the hotel, staff and food was excellent. I can't fault any aspects of the hotel, we each had excellent rooms, the staff were friendly and very accommodating

Since the same room wasn’t available for all nights, I was upgraded to a superior apartment, an unexpected and much-appreciated gesture. We opted for half-board, and the food was outstanding in both quality and variety

From the moment you walk into the hotel, it feels as though you've entered the Alhambra itself. The architecture of this Iberostar is truly stunning: Arabic-inspired, colorful, with high-quality materials

I'll start with the positives; the pool areas were nice, room massive and well cleaned daily. The staff are brilliant, really friendly, nothing too much trouble. They deserve plenty of kudos for their hard work

My comments below are for the management. Negatives; as other people have said, the common areas are poor. Carpets worn, gaffer tape and what can only be described as underlay in areas. Areas that are carpeted look dirty

It was as if they were in ny room!! There was also vomit on the stairway in the morning, which in fairness to the staff was cleaned up promptly. Lifts; the management really need to make this a priority

One of the lifts doesn't work and not once during my stay have I seen anyone working to fix it. A good reason to use the stairs if able bodied as I am but not so good for those who aren't

Precious holiday time shouldn't be spent waiting for one working lift. Food; only ate breakfast but it was great! Not sure if I'd stay again which is a shame because the staff are great

Going away in Europe is a lot more expensive than long haul these days and the hotel didn't give good value for money for what it was
