The hotel is situated near one of the most famous beaches of Mallorca. Directly before the hotel a bus stop of the regular bus to Palma. Recommend active tourists without children.

Location: 30 km from airport, 14 km from the centre of Palma, 250 m from the sandy beach.

Consists of one 9-storey building.

Beach: public, sandy (Playa de Magaluf), 250 m from the hotel (2-coastline). On the beach umbrellas, chairs, mattresses: free. No towels. At the pool umbrellas, sun beds: free of charge. The beach is 1.5 km away.

This was he first time we had gone all inclusive and it was a great experience. We were checked in early 10am as opposed to 3pm as usual. The room was spotlessly clean and we had a lovely view of the pool and high enough to have a sea view too. All the staff were amazing always smiling and very helpful. Food selection and quality was too notch, I like to try different types of food and quite adventurous and there was always something to chose from and also staples for the less adventurous. I cannot recommend ths hotel highly enough, with no complaints at all.

clean and comfortable hotel. Great breakfast buffet, everyday the same but hugh variety of food, same for dinner buffet which I used only once. Nice pool, relaxing massage. There is entertainment/games/bar/drinks but I used non of this. Room from back side windows is quiet and not direct sun. AC not very strong, could be not enough in summer (I was in October). Bicycle rental in the same building. Overall highly recommended

We had an amazing stay at this hotel; From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Our room was spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, perfect for a relaxing stay.
The food was absolutely delicious, with plenty of variety and great quality at every meal. We really appreciated how kind and helpful everyone was throughout our visit.
Overall, we both had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Overall a lovely place to stay in Magaluf! We went in October and got a great deal for half board, which was definitely worth it! The food is nothing to write home about but it definitely does the job and there are a good amount of options at the buffet. The rooms were very clean and the view was nice, we were lucky enough to have an extra large balcony, and the clothes horse was great for drying our swimming things. Good atmosphere generally and a nice central area with good access to the beach.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach, shops, and other amenities. Staff are mostly friendly and have a positive attitude. Food is decent, with some variety. However, it’s not a family-friendly hotel – no playground, nursery, or children’s facilities. Music and entertainment go on until 11pm, which can make it hard to sleep. Also people were often noisy in the corridors at night and early morning, which kept waking us and our toddler. Overall, it’s more suitable for adults who enjoy nightlife.

Hotel was ok , but cleaner was knocking on the door at 10:50am telling me to leave , me and my daughter only arrived at 4:30am that morning

The hotel is extremely poor, with poor hygiene and poor environment. The quilt is moldy and the toilet is smelly. I do not recommend staying here, and the price is high. I really do not recommend staying here. I do not even want to give 0.5 points.
