azuLine Hotel Llevant in San Antonio Abad

I have never been more disturbed by the hotel while sleeping after partying all night 🤯. They're literally drilling, pushing furniture, cleaning and talking super loud by your door from around 10:00. I had 2 terrible nights of sleep thanks to them. There's also no fridge in the room. Overall, the room is fine.

My experience at Hotel Azuline Llevant (San Antonio, Ibiza) could not have been worse, and I believe the responsibility lies mainly with the hotel’s management.

First I want to really highlight the reception staff very positively, especially Irene. She was very very kind, professional, and genuinely tried to help at all times, despite not having solutions from management. They are, without a doubt, the face of the hotel, and it is not fair that they have to deal with problems and complaints that the management does not care or handle properly.

During my 4-night, 5-day stay, we did not have air conditioning at any point. From the first day, we reported the issue at reception, where we were told it would be checked. Day after day, we were told they were waiting for the technician or that he would come to fix it, but that never happened. On the third day, we were even advised to leave the room early because the technician was there and might be able to repair it, which we did. After we left the room, the technician was at the hotel fixing air conditioners in other rooms, but he did not even enter ours to check it or try to solve the problem. Despite this, when we returned at night, we still had no air conditioning.

We ended our entire stay without air conditioning, in a room facing an alley and without a balcony, which made it impossible to ventilate. We were forced to sleep with the window open, enduring constant noise from people partying throughout the night. Rest was nonexistent.

The handling of such a basic issue has been nonexistent. I understand it is not a luxury hotel, but air conditioning in Ibiza in summer is a minimum requirement, and if it fails, it should be resolved quickly.

To make matters worse, I had a very very unpleasant situation in the bar at the pool area with an employee (Debbie). I was waiting for my partner while having a coffee in the morning, and he had just come down from the room and handed me two pieces of fruit and a bottle of water to put in my backpack as a snack for later. With no intention of consuming them there, this employee, from a distance and in an inappropriate tone, told me that food was not allowed in the pool area. Despite explaining several times that I was only going to store them and that I did not even plan to stay in the pool area, as I was just making time for him came down from our room, she insisted rudely and raised her voice, even telling me that I had to leave if I had food.

After three nights without sleep, encountering a situation like this in the morning and being treated that way is especially frustrating and completely inappropriate for someone working in customer service. I understand the rules but she could approach to me in a nice way and explain.. I am very understanding person. She make me felt very embarrassed shouting me on front of others customers.

I really had a very negative experience that directly affected my holiday and birthday!!! . The lack of management and solutions from the hotel’s leadership is unacceptable and very very very poor.
