Lovely location,in middle of the strip but not that you would know. So quiet real peacefully. Breakfast something for everyone, cooked and usual cold meats breads juices. Pool was very nice, was 32 degrees so was popping in to cool down regular. Mainly couples. Will be back september for sure. Only thing for me consecrated lounge. It's a glass partition so no privacy it your a night owl.watching tv....
Fab hotel , lovely staff , close to everything, we were there in 2024 and 2025 and hopefully in 2026 , I would like to see the steel wire chairs around the bar and in our rooms with something more comfortable
Stayed at the Barcarola from Feb 17th for 9 nights ( B&B). The apartments are in a lovely setting, with the pool at the centre of this circular complex. There were plenty of available loungers etc to suit all needs. We did expect average weather and packed a case for all occasions but the temp didn't drop below 23, reaching a high of 28. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard with friendly staff...

Nice hotel, clean, located in the back of the southern part of the ***** in Puerto del Carmen, the part where you will find the more lower budget Brittish holidaymakers. Check in was very late, only after 15.30pm. Pool was nice, though rather chilly because of the heavy winds. Even if temperature reaches 24 degrees February is still rather cold, in the evenings temperatures drop very quickly. TIP:...

Great place for families plenty food choices but only 1 resteraunt with 2 seating areas pool bar food not great but on all day apartments basic but spacious but the beds are terrible barely slept & kids beds are just sheets and pillow made up on 1 side of a corner couch that was like a play centre material both beds and couch like sleeping on an ironing board we all had sore backs! Didn't need to get...
Everyone says honest review and this is mine some will love it and some will hate it, Hotel: To be fair the hotel is fine, basic and AI food standard with watered down alcohol same old same old, but you can’t pay peanuts and expect champagne like some, Our room was spotless with cleaners coming everyday (who are very polite) we also don’t live like farm animals and kept our room clean and tidy...
Rooms: Rooms were cleaned daily and were spacious enough for a family of four. However, several maintenance issues stood out. The balcony lock (ground/first floor) was not working despite reporting it, the locker safe didn’t function, and there was no exhaust in the bathroom. Basic conveniences like mirrors were missing. Towels, blankets, and bath mats felt worn and in need of replacement. Door locks...
Hotel staff are lovely and attentive, very patient with amount of mess residents make. Food is mediocre, very greasy cooked food but a fresh wide variety each day. All inclusive drinks package is mediocre with basic choices e.g wine, beer, local spirits and machine made cocktails. Animation/entertainment team were excellent and went above and beyond with their evening performances always involving...
Can't complain. Did what it says on the tin. Great for kids, nice complex layout and lots of areas pools slides . Food is what you expect from all inclusive... Good size rooms with lounge area and sofas big balconies with modern bathrooms and fittings... If I did have a complaint, its the beds, they are like camp bed mattresses.. Bed sheet thin and bit tea towel.. We slept on the sofas... But yea all...
Absolutely stunning gardens and surrounding areas. The room we gave a 4 star as we were located in room 204, it was just behind the Hotel washer and dryer area or service area so it was extremely loud from early hours of the morning, If you like being awake at 6.30 to 7.00am every day on holiday this is the room for you. No water or coffee/tea in the rooms on arrival and the mattresses and pillows...

We stayed at these apartments for the Easter holidays we had 2 1 bedroom apartments. Both apartments were very clean and well presented there were good facilities in the apartment we cooked breakfast bacons, eggs ect a few times. The apartments were kept very clean during our stay even the outside areas when we had the sand storms. In the apartments we had there was a small enclosed outside space...
Recently returned from another wonderful 2 weeks at Palmeras Gardens. My daughter and I have holidayed here 2 or 3 times a year for many years. That in itself says how much we love the place! If you like clean spacious apartments set around a beautiful, quiet pool area then it’s perfect for you! We love the peaceful location away from the slightly busier areas. It is an easy relaxing walk by the sea...
Our 3rd visit, nice room, staff were very helpful & friendly as always, just a shame you can’t get a breakfast till nearly dinner time & the pool bar opens at 12 & the shop on site closes early ! Very mixed weather for mid march, booked for next April but not at the palmeras.
Unfortunately this will have been our last visit despite liking Palmeras. My husband's mobility has decreased over the last year so I sent several emails well in advance requesting a level bungalow like we have had the last few years. Only 1 of these was answered and when we arrived found we were up the slopes! We tried to.manage for a few days then had to hire a wheelchair! This was quite difficult...

If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday with good food, this is the place to be! Location is excellent, would highly recommend for all age groups.
Excellent location near the beach the hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were excellent my 6 year old daughter loved every minute of it. The swimming pools were good quality albeit the tiling around them is in need of improvement. The food was decent but a bit samey after 8 days. Great location right on a sandy beach. Very fast transfer from the airport. Food plentiful at meals, snack bar & drinks available all day. 3 pools clean but chilly, no problem getting sun loungers Rooms cleaned daily, were large & well furnished but bathrooms are very dated, with over bath showers & depressing brown tiles. Really nice hotel Rooms lovely and clean Cleaners each day No complaints about food Entertainment good day and night Right on beach front
I couldn’t rate this resort more highly! First of all, perfect location! It’s right next to the beach so if you fancy a chill day it’s perfect you can either walk out of the gates to the beach or lay by one of the pools. There’s also shops either side a short 5/10 min walk away so very convenient if you need anything or fancy another restaurant to try. Food was amazing! So tasty and fresh and the variety...

Arrived home a few weeks ago ( April 2026 ) from Lanzarote. We stayed at the Casas del sol villas . This was about our 7th or 8th visit, first since COVID. I had forgotten how nice this complex was. Stayed in villa 2A . Recent reviews stated villa in poor condition. Work as been done on the villa, now clean and tidy. Improvements on going. Staff helpful and friendly. ( Big thank you to Lewis...
Third time staying at 33A, booked via Lanzarote First. The grounds continue to be well kept and immaculate. Comfortable villa with washing machine and two bathrooms, one with a walk in shower. Towels changed twice a week and full clean after a week for longer stays. Reception close by for any problems or requests. Not far from the bus stop or port area and plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and clothes...
Great location by the port but not noisy. Close to the taxi rank if you don't want to walk to the Marina. Atmoshere very respectful, no noisy radios etc. all the "casas" face the sun all day which is terrific if high winds get up and you can't stay by the pool. The cleanliness everywhere that's communal is super, ground manicured by the ground staff, very meticulous. Reception super easy to deal...

7th time here for us. Just returned home from another lovely stay. Complete relaxation. Fabulous staff. Delicious food. Spotlessly clean bungalow. It was so nice to meet up with other return guests too. This place has such a great friendly welcoming atmosphere. Already planning our 8th trip. Thank you for a lovely week.
I cannot recommend Sandos Atlantic Gardens enough. From start to finish, this hotel exceeded all expectations. Before arriving, I contacted the hotel to let them know it was my partner Mark’s birthday. What they did with that information truly made our trip unforgettable. When we arrived, our room had been beautifully prepared with a bottle of prosecco, and we were upgraded to a stunning sea view room...
Bungalow has more space than your average hotel room/suite, if your partner snores, bed can easily be moved into the living room. Bungalow has tea/coffee, hairdryer and tv with a few English channels. Roja volcanos just behind hotel, walk to top and around crater. Takes just over an hour. Drinks are ok. What you would expect for a 3 star AI. Wine in a carafe, that does it for me. Entertainment...
We had fantastic stay at this resort to celebrate my 50th birthday from start to finish we had a fantastic time we was greeted with a nice bottle of wine and chocolates on arrival in our room which was an unexpected surprise the rooms were spotless and spacious and cleaned daily and we got lucky with a sea view which was a bonus and very handy to get straight on to the promenade which we enjoyed daily...
Had 10 days at Sandoz Atlantic Gardens, it was all great, our bungalow 312 was newly decorated and very comfortable, it was kept spotless and tea & coffee replenished every day, The restaurant is quite good with plenty of choice and the staff so friendly and helpful. Great pool area with plenty of beds. It was a very enjoyable stay. Every body from guests & staff made you feel welcome.
Our Second trip to Sandos, and won’t be our last. Such a relaxed atmosphere, everyone is friendly. The staff all work so hard, and they’re always cheerful.

Good place for family vacation, quiet place, near supermarket, shops and restaurants. Apartment with kitchen is fine, comfortable bed, bathroom equipment is a bit 'old', but everything is working fine. Nice hotel with lovely outlook A little dated, but warm and friendly staff Only slight downside is lack of air conditioning along with traffic noise from road outside hotel, too warm to close windows.

The location of these apartment are fantastic with no up hill, food is lovely and reasonably priced, the girl in reception is very helpful and gav3 great advice on activities and excursions. The rooms are spacious and well equipped although our shower only stayed hot for around 3 minutes meaning nobody else had a hot shower, I didnt let them know as it wasnt a big deal for us so not the their fault...

Excellent location and no slopes to walk up.
We arrived 14/01/2026 first time to stay at this property. Location was perfect, 2 minute walk from the middle of the strip/beach. Heated pool & hot tub/jacuzzi. Great food. Fantastic atmosphere! The staff where lovely and friendly. Weather wasn't great we had some rain for January, so we had a couple of nights in the bar. Few drinks, bingo, quiz and we could choose our own music. All sports shown...

Our last night at this lovely well equipped villa. Very quiet location, beautiful sunset views. Very clean and spacious too. Will definitely be returning next year.
We have stayed in many villas but in terms of location, cleanliness and customer care, this by far was the best. We did hire a car but it is not necessary. Aldi was 5 minute walk from the villa and Playa Blanca 15 minutes walk where all the shops, bars, restaurants and many beaches are. Lots of water sports on the beaches. Different beaches depending if you want quiet or lively again in walking distance...
We just arrived back from a week at villa suseata we stayed in villa pino 27 . The villa had everything you would need all very modern and homely . It’s close to the main strip but far enough away you can’t hear all the noise . We had an amazing stay and would recommend, the house keeping team left us lovely welcome food and wine it was much appreciated as we arrived very late .
Wonderful stay, villa had everything we could need. Nice and peaceful if that’s what you like. Good location, not a bad walk into playa Blanca if you enjoy walking, car might be recommended if you don’t. Communication with Daniela was great couldn’t fault. Wi-Fi was good, had no issues with this. TV with English channels in the lounge, also smart TV to access Netflix etc. Only downside was the pool...
This was our 4th time staying at Villa Susaeta. The villas are perfect. They are quiet, private, and spotlessly clean with super helpful staff managing and cleaning the villas. This time, we noticed lovely little upgrades such as new white goods and artificial grass around one of the swimming pool areas (we had 2 villas) . The safety that the grass added to both children and older people around the...
We had a lovely stay here in 2 villas 17 and 19 both were well furnished had everything you needed and were kept clean both by the lovely cleaners amd the pool guy who both visited several timez in our 10 day stay. Management were just a text away and made sure we were comfortable and happy. The only thing i could find that slightly bugged me was the ensuit bathroom had no shutters on the window and...

As most say it needs updated but can't fault the staff or how clean the rooms are kept. It suited us that the pool bar didn't stay open all night as we had went to relax ... think it was the timebofbyear we went but there was sunbeds if needed and yes ppl did have towels on them from early... had a few drinks at the pool bar. Plenty of entertainment just a few minutes away aswell as shops and places...
10 minutes walk from the main beach area this small appartment complex is in a quiet street but with all the amenities nearby, Pubs, places to eat and a very well stocked Spar shop all within a 2 minute walk. The complex is spotlessly clean, towels changed every other day and bedding change twice a week. We had a self catering appt, kitchen was more than adequate, with a fridge, toaster, 2 hob cooker...
Arrived in the afternoon, scan a QR to self check in took 5 minutes. Room very spacious, spotlessly clean. Plenty of storage for clothes. The balcony on the back was a great sun trap. Only minor issue is only 1 plug in kitchen area. Wasn’t a massive issue. Pool was heated, for was decent at the pool bar. Great location stayed in the area twice before.
Where do I start, what a Gem of a place,we stayed for a month The whole complex is spotless, the cleaners work so hard all day,in fact all the staff are hard working and do their very best to help you and make your stay fantastic The rooms are dated, but spotless and it's like being home from home The bar is run by a lovely lady called Eba,she works like a trojan, running the bar and making Beautiful meals...
Be really good if they modernised the apartments. Promised this year but could be next year now Building next door but not too much of an issue Also refurbishment behind but again not too bad
Whilst spotlessly clean and with comfortable beds, this apartment offers no real comfort. No soft furnishings which makes the very large kitchen, diner, lounge very echoey. The floors are very slippery as are the staircases leading up to our apartment no. 225. A doormat would help and I think is essential as we've had a lot of rain this week. The kitchenette is well stocked with a modern microwave...
