The accommodation was nice and beautiful, close to various places and convenient for travel. The only downside was the breakfast; there wasn't much variety, it was repetitive. For the last two days, my boyfriend and I didn't go down for breakfast. We ate outside instead.

The resort was lovely, and the staff made the experience even better. As vegetarians, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety at the buffet and how accommodating the chefs were. Beautiful area for walks, and with plenty of activities, we were never bored during our 7-day stay.

We enjoyed staying at the hotel. Everything about it was superb. The location and lovely views of the sea made our stay so enjoyable and relaxing.

It was only a one night stop over but thoroughly enjoyed it. Staff very gelpful and hotel was clean our only thing we noticed was the area around the pool was very slippy. Normally a hard brush is used for cleaning the alghi build up but wven to touch you could feel it slimmy.

We really enjoyed our stay it was relaxed and quiet which is what we wanted. The staff were all helpful and courteous, and we found the variety of food to be good at the buffet. The hotel was further out of the centre of Playa Blanca than we realised but we did walk back from the main port in Playa Blanca one day. I think it would be helpful to hire a car.

I really can't say enough good things about this hotel. I cannot for the life of me work out why it is only 3 star. The staff were wonderful, helpful and happy. Staff are lovely. We arrived late evening after the restaurant had closed. They had plated up some cold meats cheeses fruit and bread for us to have once we were settled in our rooms. Pool is lovely but I must say it is full of salt water. Rooms are spacious and clean.

The slow and un-syncronized elevators can really become annoying, The 17th floor is a missed opportunity for a nice place for drinks and music, instead it is like a cafeteria that has alcoholic drinks. The AC maintains the rooms very cold even in winter, that can be uncofortable for some people like me.

Very nice hotel. Staff really friendly. Stayed for two days used relaxing spa and had a very energising deep tissue massage. We loved the suite the comfortable beds and the rich breakfast. It was clean but really needed an update needed more plug sockets couldn't use kettle and microwave at the same time. Short of utensils not even a decent small knife no mugs only small cups. No instructions on how to use the oven

Cleaning was done nearly everyday if I needed staff were nice never ate the restaurant and never drank at the bar but overall I was happy.

Accommodation satisfactory, clean. Only downside of the apartments complex Is all the stairs….. not recommended for disability or elderly who struggle with stairs and especially a lot of them.

What to say about the BV Aquarius. On first arrival we were less than impressed. The complex is large. There are many steps, no lifts, no ramps. Impossible for anyone with mobility issues to navigate. Our room was a 1 bedroom apartment with a mattress set on top of a sofa in the lounge as a 3rd bed. Great place to stay for Porter del Carmen old town and harbour. Accommodation is great value for money as a whilst the food in the restaurant was limited choice, it was fairly good for all inclusive buffet. We enjoyed our stay here but was mainly a base for us. Great holiday, kids loved it and only a short walk to the town and on the beaches doorstep! Food was reasonable too, cats everywhere which I absolutely loved as a cat mum of 3 . Weather was just nice and pools were lovely too,we had a room right outside pool which was great for an evening swim. Would definitely return.

Arrived Thursday 10th April @ 9.00pm, great reception guy, told us eat first, leave our cases and come back to check in or we would miss dinner. Friday morning checked the events board, first thing listed was a hike up a volcano. 10 minutes later I was on the hike, Laszlo the guide made sure everyone had a drink, giving me a bottle of water. Maria is a fantastic representative of the hotel staff she’s always showed excellent service. The hotel has a great service as a whole. But Maria always goes out of her way to meet the customer demands. As been on reception she goes above and beyond.

Very much enjoyed our stay here. We were upgraded so that was an added bonus, room was very nice, big comfy bed, lovely big sun beds on our private balcony and great bathroom/shower. Food was very good, so much choice, drinks and entertainment was great. Would definitely recommend. Staff were extremely friendly, special shout out to Emiles in the restaurant.
