Great holiday, kids loved it and only a short walk to the town and on the beaches doorstep! Food was reasonable too, cats everywhere which I absolutely loved as a cat mum of 3 . Lovely stay. Hotel fairly quiet during our stay over new year. Pools on the colder side but that was expected. Overall it was a good stay. The rooms could be a bit more updated as there was a lot of dust and holes in the corners of the room. We had an issue with the bathroom but had the cleaner attend the next day. The pools outside the rooms are very convenient. The staff are helpful and on hand 24/7 to provide advice and guidance.

Unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. While the complex is large and has plenty of pools, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, the room wasn't very clean, and I was shocked to find hair on the fresh bedsheets, which is completely unacceptable. We also noticed there were no slippers provided in the room, which added to the lack of comfort.

Great Hotel and location. Main problem was that the hotel does not have central heating in any rod the rooms.  Rooms get cold in the winter. This should be made apparent in their brochure of the facilities. If I had known there was no heating I would not have booked this hotel

Stayed at the Hotel Lancelot for the weekend. The rooms are spotless and beds were super comfortable. Appreciated having a mini fridge in the room. Had 10 days at Sandoz Atlantic Gardens, it was all great, our bungalow 312 was newly decorated and very comfortable, it was kept spotless and tea & coffee replenished every day, The restaurant is quite good with plenty of choice and the staff so friendly and helpful. Great pool area with plenty of beds. It was a very enjoyable stay. Every body from guests & staff made you feel welcome.

Our Second trip to Sandos, and won’t be our last. Such a relaxed atmosphere, everyone is friendly. The staff all work so hard, and they’re always cheerful.

Gorgeous view right on the beach. Good sized balcony. Spacious twin room. Nice, plentiful cooked and continental breakfast. Lots of restaurants and shops just steps away from the hotel. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

Arrived early and there was no problem getting early access to the room. Very helpful staff.

Great position, right on the beach

A charming, peaceful hotel with a view of the ocean. Nearby there are many cafes and restaurants where you can eat well and drink delicious Spanish beer or colorful drinks. Hotel service at the highest level. It is very surprising that the hotel has only 3 stars. The hotel is worth recommending but I recommend booking rooms with a view of the ocean

Stayed here from March 30th to 8th April this is a great hotel and all the staff were lovely and friendly. Stayed in room 1107 back door led out to table and chairs by the pool 2 large cactus gave you privacy got sun there up to mid afternoon then shade. Loungers around pool started to get filled up from 8am onwards but we preferred the large round beds and cantilever parasols down the 2sets of steps...

The location is very good. Right behind the main strip, close to all bars and restaurants. It is on the hilll but we had a traveller with mobility issues and hired a mobility scooter, we did have to use alternative routes as the hill was too steep for the motor but it wasnt an issue. Our stay at the Gloria Izaro - 10 days half board - was everything we could have hoped for. Our Apartment was spacious, food very good, staff friendly and polite plus the cleanliness in all areas was exceptional. We will definitely return and in the meantime many thanks for a lovely stay.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Location was ideal, everything within walking distance. The apartments were fully equipped, extremely spacious and cleaned every second day if you wish. In future I would definitely recommend asking for an upper floor apartment. Half way through the week a family moved in upstairs and could hear the children running and jumping up and down a lot.
