A nice little hotel with good value for money. Staff seemed nice, breakfast was fine. Lots of fruit options and you could make a healthy breakfast if you wanted to (which I didn't!). Would recommend as a good value base to explore.

Probably one of the first hotels on the beach is more than 50 years old - renovated and decent buffet food, terrible bed and quality rooms - book the ones facing the seaside. Our stay at the Bluesea Mediodia Hotel was excellent. The hotel's location is impeccable, and the room was almost perfect. The reception staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean. Although our bathroom had a loose shower screen, we reported it and nothing was done, so the bathroom kept flooding. The elevators are very slow and can't keep up, and the one on the left on the second floor makes a terrible noise. The room insulation is poor; you can hear all the noise from other rooms, the street, the elevator, etc...

First of all, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired: there was a blood stain on the sheets, and they were never changed during the four days. The bed was barely made daily, and the towels weren't replaced either. Basic maintenance was simply not up to scratch. I visited this hotel with my partner for our anniversary, we asked the staff if they could do something special for us, and they truly went above and beyond for us, our room was clean and spacious with a nice large balcony. They left us champagne and decorated the bed with rose petals. Truly an unforgettable experience that me and my partner will cherish for a long time.

Typical budget hotel. Service was painfully as the person behind reception spent the whole time on their phone while serving me and other customers, painfully slow and unfriendly. Beds were rock hard and everything was an 'extra' including Aircon and WiFi, even the TV didn't have a remote. However the hotel and rooms were clean and in a good locations to pubs bars and shops . It's cheap, and that's reflected, ig ore the weirdos who want a 5 star hotel for 60 quid a night. If you don't mind cheap then come, I've payed more for worse. It's also 10 mins from the beach, bars about, and plenty of spars. For the price is exactly what you expect, maybe a bit better.

This hotel was nothing fancy, you're literally paying for convenience. It's mixed in with residential and hotels so it's not an up to date area. But walking distance to the beach/boardwalk, shops and restaurants. Our balcony door did not lock properly but it wasn't a big deal for us. Towels were limited. If you're going to be out all day then this hotel is a good deal.

Great and convenient and affordable

Okay for a short stay The walls are very thin, you can hear the other neighbours from all directions. Bring earplugs if you want to sleep, especially at weekends. The location is excellent.

It was really good walking distance from the beach! It’s nice and clean and has a lift. The staff are friendly and helpful. We booked the courtyard view room and got a view of the street still. I really enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is really good! Everything was clean and relatively inexpensive. The walk to Megapark and other attractions is about a 20-minute walk, but we personally found it convenient.

I had a lovely stay at Fenix Hotel in Mallorca. The whole experience was very good, but what stood out most were the staff. Yerhenii at reception was so welcoming and helpful, and Yanna in the café was always friendly and attentive. They really made my stay special. Thank you both!

The hotel makes a good impression in the entrance area. The rooms themselves are stuffy, suits are impossible, the bathrooms are very old, everything is practically falling apart. Curtains are broken... Breakfast is very meager...

Just had a week at Hotel Fenix really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice. All staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Great place and no problems. Away from too much. There was a bit of noise around the hotel but it's not unbearable and is probably just because it's close to a main road. There are good shops nearby and you can bring food into the rooms although whether they allow that I don't know

Not bad to be honest. It's in the quieter part of the town. The 3 guys at reception I met put up with my bad spanish with good grace. Breakfast was not bad, bus stops for Palma AND the airport bang outside the hotel. Absolutely no need for a taxi. Mainly Germans, a few Brits but that's cool.
