Hotel Manaus in L'Arenal

Manaus hotel is a lovely hotel with exceptional staff 👌 ALL of the staff here are so friendly and kind. It was my first solo holiday and they made it so easy with there friendliness. Breakfast was amazing as was dinner so much choice and exceptionally good food. Something for all tastes.. I was upgraded to another room with a better balcony so I could relax and read without distraction on the balcony. Nothing is too much trouble. I was lucky to get another room as tje hotel is constantly full which says it all. The rooms are spotless and cleaned regularly. The pool is small but was perfect and not at all noisy. The ladies at the pool bar are so lovely and friendly. I honestly can say this has been the most amazing experience as a first solo holiday because the staff were just so welcoming and kind. Thank you manaus hotel for making my first solo holiday experience amazing 👏

A small run Hotel of 120 rooms I think with one lift.. Be prepared for the Hotel Tax on check In at reception, payment may be made by debit card.. I've paid for two excursions arranged by the Hotel but payment was only made by Euros. Joanna the receptionist was very helpful to give Me directions to the nearest bank.. All the staff are so friendly, the food has always been to a very high standard.. House-Keeping are excellent and there is a safe in the room, for a small charge.. At poolside there is a hot-tub but pack your own beach towel, as this facility isn't catered for.. This Hotel is suitable for Family and for quality of food. There's no nighttime entertainment, the poolside bar closes at 21.00.. I'd come back again for value of Money..

This is the 6th or 7th time I have stayed at the hotel. I used to go with a travel agency, now I go by myself. It is enough to agree with the owner of the hotel Jordi - a very nice and caring person. The hotel staff will always provide you with the necessary assistance and information. The hotel is a bit old fashioned but it has its own charm. Food choice is never a problem. Breakfasts are generally repetitive, but dinners are great. Many thanks to the chefs and waitresses. The room is always clean, clean towels every day. Air conditioning, refrigerator, internet in the room. You are paying for the price of a 3* hotel, so don't expect 4-5* hotel services. In general, the hotel is very quiet, few families with loud children travel. Sometimes - a little noisy company of young people, but they mostly come for 2-3 days in the summer holidays. The proximity is full of shops and restaurants, car, motorcycle, bicycle rentals, to the center of Palma 20-30 minutes by bus (No. 23, 25), to the airport 25 minutes by bus A2, to the beach 10-15 minutes on foot. The choice is yours, come and see for yourself.

Having arrived following a long flight delay we got our keys early hours and just went straight to bed, when we woke up and open the curtains we were literally touching the noses of the people in the hotel opposite, we asked if we could move rooms which they were able to accommodate the following day to a room over looking the pool which was much better. There were lots of Spanish teens staying here but to be fair they were a little noisy but not too intrusive to us. The pool area was mostly quiet and relaxing. Our room door wouldn't open but the manager fixed that and gave us a bottle of wine with dinner for the inconvenience and the staff there were very nice and friendly. The only thing I really wouldn't rave about is the food, it was edible. Would I stay here again, yes - for the money it was good value just ensure you request a room overlooking the pool and forest as its a smashing view from a hotel nicely tucked away with a nice pool area.
