I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and I especially appreciated the friendly and attentive breakfast chef. The reception team and the entire staff were always very welcoming and helpful.
I was also very happy that my room request was taken into consideration and that I received a room on the 10th floor with a great view. The room was very clean, as were the bathroom and the shower. I also appreciated having a minibar/refrigerator in the room, which was very convenient for keeping my own drinks and personal items cool.
The location of the hotel was very convenient, and overall I felt very comfortable during my stay.
I was celebrating my birthday during my visit, and although this is not something I expect, a small gesture from the hotel would have been a lovely surprise. Nevertheless, I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel for its friendly service, great breakfast, cleanliness, and pleasant atmosphere.

Friendly staff, but overall a disappointing experience.
We were placed in an extension building next to a noisy street, which was not clear from the photos. When we asked to change rooms or pay for an upgrade, we were told no other options existed. Furthermore, our pre-arranged cold breakfast for early checkout was completely forgotten. The reception staff were very kind and polite, but the service management and room location fell short.

I honestly don't understand how some people can complain about this hotel. It is excellent. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, the food is delicious with a great variety, and the swimming pool is spotless. I really have nothing to complain about.
Before arriving, I was a little worried because I had read so many negative reviews, but now I truly don't understand them. I think people should sometimes be a little more realistic and appreciate what they are getting. Most of us certainly don't prepare a buffet like this at home every day.
In my opinion, this hotel absolutely deserves its four-star rating. I travel a lot, so I have plenty of hotels to compare it with, and I can honestly say that I had a wonderful stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it.

Would not recommend.
I was charged a €15 deposit for a towel and never received it back. I spent around 15 minutes trying to resolve the issue with the staff, but nobody was able to provide a proper explanation for why my deposit was not refunded.
Losing €15 may not seem like much, but the principle matters. The poor communication, lack of accountability, and unwillingness to solve a simple problem left a very negative impression.
Be cautious when paying deposits at this hotel. My experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Breakfast was varied and tasty, and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The free parking is a great plus, as well as the location – just a 4-minute walk to the beach. However, in my opinion the hotel does not fully meet a 4-star standard, more like a solid 3 stars.

I booked this hotel at the last minute without checking reviews, when i couldn't book my normal hotel a few miles away, but became quite concerned when i did get round to reading the reviews, but i can honestly say i was very happy with my stay, im a firm believer in you get what you pay for, as this hotel was less then half of my usual hotel it was a little concerning, but everything has been wonderful and you definitely get more then you pay for, i will definitely recommend and be returning 👍👍

This is a lovely hotel in a great location, about a 10-15 walk at most from the beach and various restaurants and bars. Multiple Spar supermarkets nearby which was useful. I thought the pool was decent, with plenty of sun-loungers and a great pool bar. The pool area gets the sun for most of the day until around 6pm. The Spa facilities are definitely recommended, and the food (breakfast and evening meal) was all very tasty. The walls are quite thin and it was a bit noisy in the room but sort of to be expected with the area it’s in. The room had a great balcony with a reasonable view. Would definitely stay again. Thanks to the staff who were very helpful.

Staff lovely and friendly. Lovely reception area, spa, dining and cafe area. Pool area good, always beds even though large hotel. Half board, however no drink available on evening meal, you have to buy water or other drinks! No tea/coffee in room although there is a fridge, small bath towels and although dispenser in shower, only small amount comes out. Need to bring your own bring toiletries. Room adequate and comfortable, however our view from balcony not great, overlooked road and other buildings. Although we weren't in the room much. Food okay, not a lot of variety, especially if you're vegetarian, like my sister. Food not always hot. However, had a pleasant stay, beach close by and other amenities.

How this is a 4 star hotel I will never know. Pool dirty, no entertainment, food very basic and walls in rooms paper thin so you can hear everything day and night from other rooms (struggled to sleep most nights). Will add staff very friendly doing best they can and also room very clean (cleaned daily). Feel it’s 3 star at best
