Visited 24th Feb this year, a late review but a positive one, stayed on the 6th floor facing the sea it was absolutely beautiful! Room, service, cleanliness, staff, food everything was spot on I cannot wait to revisit! Close to the airport and city centre as well. Reception staff were really kind though there was a new member been trained it didn’t effect their professionalism towards guests! Thank you.

This Hotel is saying it’s for adults but…pool closes at 7pm, music on the balcony is not appreciated at all and at night, the security is really aggressive. Way too pricy!! There are much better offer’s around

Probably one of the first hotels on the beach is more than 50 years old - renovated and decent buffet food, terrible bed and quality rooms - book the ones facing the seaside. The bar has a terrible bartender doing awful Mojitos while they have others doing a good job. Overall a pleasant hotel not expensive just opposite the beach do quality /price ratio worth it

I will definitely come again. My experience here is unforgettable. The hotel is beautiful in a perfect location. The staff is very friendly. The rooms and the hotel itself are very clean, hygiene is at a high level. The food is delicious. For my birthday, I received a gift from the hotel, a bottle of nice champagne with a card saying happy birthday to me, phenomenal. The overall impression is simply perfect. Thank you for the wonderful atmosphere and accommodation. Greetings, all the best.

A bit crowds by German teenager’s, beer capitans. But is out of the hotel. You can spend good time in it, or on the beach.

I have many words to say for this hotel and every single word is 'perfect'. Everything in this hotel is in the right place.
From the room, pool, adults pool, warm pool, the restaurant, bar, spa, massage... This is one of the best hotel in Palma.

Nice location. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff. Amenities in room do not work well.

Great hotel. Staff is amazing! A bit loud but it's the price you have to pay by being in such close proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops

Great Hotel, near the beach and in the middle of Playa del Palma. Great place to spend the holidays and with nice rooms, great sea & pool view, swimming pool's, spa, tenis courd and grat morning breakfast. Fully recommended!

Good points:
very good food
very close to the beach
close to the airport
Bad points:
not child friendly atmosphere - definitely don't go there with small children
cold water in the bathroom - better take shower in the sea...
staff doesn't speak English, just Spanish and German - difficult to communicate
seems that it's a German colony... it's not nice that an English-Spanish speaking family with a small child is treated worst by the staff and all the German tourists treat non-Germans as aliens...
