The room is very small, barely enough room for the luggages to open wide. Location needs about 15 mins walking to get to the main attractions.
Pool view is superb, staff are very friendly.

It was an incredible stay. The room was spacious, clean and well designed. Service was superb and everyone was incredibly helpful. I would totally recommend everyone this hotel in Palma. Location was very convinient to the old town and many good restaurants.

El Llorenç felt enchanted from the moment we arrived. Every person on the team was exceptional—warm, attentive, and eager to help us discover the island’s hidden beauty while handling our taxis and restaurant bookings flawlessly. The property itself was pristine, crafted with exquisite attention to detail. The décor, lighting, and overall design looked like it belonged in a curated gallery.

Our room was deeply comfortable, and housekeeping went above and beyond, generously replenishing our water and toiletries each day. We genuinely felt cared for, and after five nights, it was hard to imagine having stayed anywhere better.

A special thank-you to George and Toby for their wonderful guidance and the effortless check-in they created for us—they set the tone for an unforgettable stay.

Everything was superb. The staff are incredible and everywhere is spotlessly clean. Spa facilities are calming and decor too.

Amazing rooftop infinity pool with a great view. Super friendly and accommodating staff, especially Alessandro. The room was great and spacious. We will definitely be back when we return to Mallorca. Highly recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is excellent in the old part of the city, the hotel service was also excellent. My only disappointment was the size of the room. It was tiny both the bedroom area and bathroom. For the price of the rooms I did expect something slightly bigger but we were maybe just unlucky. Only for this reason I would not stay again.

We only went for one night and it did it’s function. Very simple but nice and renovated. The attention of the staff was great, breakfast was good too. The only negative thing, was that the rooms are not good isolated and if there’s someone noisy during the night, as the hotel is in area close to where people go party, then you hear it all.
All in all, amazing for the price.
