It is a really nice place to stay. All inclusive is only 3 drinks lunch and 3 at dinner due to laws in the city. BUT the customer service is so good. Activities everyday with Coco (an absolute legend) and the pool is a nice place to chill. Recommend eating out a couple times as the food is repetitive but it’s an all inclusive so you expect that. The food was very good though and the people who work here are very kind. Is exactly what you pay for. A nice break with comfy beds and a nice atmosphere. Karaoke on saturday nights is where it’s at too!!!

Just come back from here, upon arrival we were a little early for check in but the friendly man on reception changed our room to one that was ready to be able to get checked in. Once we checked in we realised that ‘all inclusive’ didn’t mean all inclusive you were allowed 3 beers or wine during lunch 1-2.30pm and 3 beers or wine during dinner 7.30-9.30 this was to do with the law in the area, we didn’t know this upon booking or would have considered somewhere else.
With it being near the end of season we expected places to be shutting etc but hotel entertainment was dead nothing started until around 9pm not even music playing, nothing to keep kids in the hotel entertained. We were all just sat in a room with our drinks pretty boring to be honest. There were families of 4/5 that would have paid a lot more than us in the same situation and if I was them I’d have been really annoyed I chose this hotel. This hotel is ideal if your a couple that want to venture out most days and just use the place to sleep but all inclusive wise it’s just not even worth it, food weren’t the best we ended up eating out mostly. Same stuff staff were helpful and can’t be blamed for the food etc, but not impressed worst holiday we’ve been on

Lovely friendly staff that will help you anytime when needed. The food had lots off choice and the dining area always clean and tidy the whole hotel was clean and tidy the pool was clean lots off areas to sit in the shade or sun rooms where good beds comfy big balcony overall great experience thank you

Location at the start was a bit rubbish but as our holiday went on it got better the location wasn’t too bad beach close by. Food wasn’t great, all the same and not much variety. All inclusive we paid for. We weren’t told cocktails were not included so first night we find out we have to pay for them.. bit of poor communication there. Rooms were okay, beds were fine sheets were very small and thin. Balcony view okay. Pool area was nice. Swimming pool reasonable size. Staff were friendly. Overall hotel and holiday was pretty good just a few little bits that needed addressing.

I would say this is more of a 2 star. The hotel is very out dated, needs all new furniture etc. swimming pool area is very small, restaurant is very small and the food is awful! Not much choice at all, we chose half board and you do not get any fizzy drinks with your evening meal. Evening bar is poor, only one bar tender and queues are long. If we could we would have left and gone home early 2 days was more than enough for us. Beds are rock hard with a tiny sheet. The cleaners do not do a good job, replaced our towels with all hand towels? No idea how they expected us to dry ourselves with those. Just as a whole I would not come back here, lucky we was within walking distance to the beach as we just stayed out all day.

I booked a late getaway for couple days for me and my mum, wasn't expected much for what we paid. I was already aware of the inclusive rules so wasn't a problem for us. Staff were super friendly and hard working and very helpful. This hotel is last on the strip of hotel's. Bus stop right outside that has airport bus and just up road bus 23. Also short walking distance to aqualand. About 10-15 walk to the main strip. Room was cleaned daily. A bit of work could be done with the shower area but was ok. Balcony was quite small and a bit slopey. (View of back of hotel) Air con worked lovely Pool area was nice wouldn't like to go if hotel at full capacity. Entertainment while there was one man band but he tried hard funny on the karaoke....killed my fav song ♀️,quiz night and bingo, during the day there was yoga and other activities but end of season. Food we ate was fine chips were delicious I would say if you expecting lots of choice and selection this isn't the hotel for you but for our short stay was enough choice, breakfast was good and the bread and rolls always tasty. I tried a bit of everything Lovely outdoor sitting area. If you have walking difficulties then pick a different hotel although my mum has stick and managed (had hip replacement just over year ago) and she is quite fit for 74 For a short break I would recommend overall you get what you pay for so we got a bargain for this break

We booked this as we previously stayed in a Blue Sea hotel in Torremolinos which was lovely. This was a bit disappointing. Don’t think they should be allowed to advertise as A/I. It should be advertised as limited A/I. I hadn’t noticed this when booking and only realised when reading some of the reviews. 3 small beers or 3 large wines lunch & dinner. Obviously all soft drinks & coffees included. Food was ok. You’d need to be very fussy not to get something to eat. Unfortunately food was not very hot. Need to sort that out. Rooms were basic and walls very thin. Balcony was really narrow. We were unfortunately at the back of the hotel. Balconies to the left of us were bigger. Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Bar, seating area & pool area were nice. It’s in a quiet location but bus stop right outside the hotel. Bus to town and to the airport. Around 10 minutes walk to the marina. Restaurants and bars along the way. We were only there for a 4 day break so was ok and was reasonably priced.

Booked 3rd party so not surprised to be given a room with a balcony facing another building. At least we 'enjoyed' the man having a shower directly opposite with semi opaque glass. Rooms basic but clean, pool nice. Food very poor, nothing vegetarian except salad and plain pasta with sauce that tasted like tomato ketchup. The all inclusive white wine is quite nice but the orange juice is disgustingly chemical.

We Spent 4 Nights & 5 Days at the Costa Verde. We had previously stayed at a BlueSea in Cala d'Or which is why we booked another BlueSea hotel... First impressions was it seemed a little out of the road, but quickly learned the beach, shops and bars were all within walking distance of the hotel. We picked the this hotel as this was also All Inclusive but as we booked in at the desk it was quickly realised that all inclusive has a different meaning compared to my previous experience with BlueSea. As the receptions explained how the All Inclusive (AI) worked and I was a little bit taken back when he explained the AI limits in the hotel. On further research of this, I found that a law had been passed in 2022 restricting AI drinks to 6 a day to prevent anti social behaviour. The areas include Magaluf, Playa de Palma, and El Arenal. But El Arenal had a quiet vibe with sports bars being the main areas of entice. In the hotel, there was a simple area for sitting at the bar with an outside area for the smokers. Its a small hotel with a quiet atmosphere with ample loungers around the pool. The staff in the hotel were brilliant and the cleanliness was of good standard. Our room was massive with a balcony, my only snag would be the size of the bathroom. The toilet was quite cramped and was a little difficult.
