Just returned from a 5 night stay here. Went half-board and booked direct through the hotel. Great location, 5min walk to the bus stop which accesses the airport and Palma. 5 min walk the other way to the beach and main strip of bars, shops and restaurants. Was very surprised at how good the food was at both breakfast and evening meal. So much selection and different every day. Staff there worked so hard and were all super-friendly. There was free water available in the mornings, but not at night which was a shame. A water dispenser would be a good idea for the hotel too, including the gyms. The gyms were great, spread over 3areas, indoors and out. Rooms were small and basic but clean. Ours had balcony with sea view which was nice. The only negative was that you could hear everything from adjoining rooms and corridor, talking, snoring etc. There wasn’t a lot of loungers around the pool, and constantly busy, plus the pool didn’t open until 10:30 which was strange. Walls must be so thin, was hard to sleep at times. I’d 100% recommend this hotel, just for the food and gyms!

Arrived late after a storm. Was given the worst room. Asked reception could he change. He declined. I thought he just couldn’t be bothered. Neighbours were banging on the wall since 2300, complaining about noise. Reception promised that I could upgrade to a better room in the morning, but that didn’t happen. Dealt with Yvonne on day 2, who was excellent. Upgraded on the last day. Room was so much better, but no stopper for bath, I had to use a glass so I could fill the bath. The area is artful, dated, low class and dirty

Great food and good service! Dinner had lots of variety and freshly cooked food. The room was a fine size for 2 people, with good aircon and bathroom was a fine size however, water pressure was not good on the higher floors. The reception staff were very welcoming and moved us to a double room after we were originally put in two singles. however, even the ‘double bed’ is two singles joined by a double mattress topper, so be prepared for a gap between the beds. The gym and pool facilities were lovely and the poolside bar was affordable and added to the experience. The walls however are very thin, and we were often woken up by guests returning from nights out, singing and shouting. This could be helped if the 24h reception intervened to ask drunk guests entering in the early hours to be quiet! Overall, a decent 3 star hotel and we enjoyed our stay.

Hygiene, noise, and unclear information issues

Review:
I stayed at JS Paradise Sport - Adults Only from 23 to 27 August 2025 and experienced several issues:

Hygiene: One of the bed sheets had a blood stain from the first night and was never changed during the 4-night stay. Bath towels were also not replaced on two occasions.

Noise: I requested a double bed but was given two separate beds. On some nights, the guests in the next room were extremely noisy until 6–7 a.m., and the hotel did not resolve the issue.

Meal information: My booking was on a half-board basis (breakfast and dinner), but it was never mentioned that drinks during dinner had to be paid separately. Prices were high (e.g., two soft drinks for €7.40).

While the staff was friendly and the location is excelente, but these issues significantly affected my stay. I recommend future guests consider these points before booking.

The location is the only real positive here it’s close to the beach, public transport, and plenty of restaurants (including halal options). Unfortunately, the rest of the stay was disappointing.

From the moment I arrived, my room had an unpleasant smell that never really went away despite keeping the balcony door open and airing it out. This made the room feel uncomfortable and unhygienic.

The walls are extremely thin you can hear every conversation, door slam, and movement from the rooms next door and the corridors. On one night, at around 5 AM, a guest was loudly banging on a door and shouting for a long time, disturbing everyone nearby. Daytime noise from other guests was also constant, making it impossible to properly rest.

For a so-called “sports hotel,” the environment was far from relaxing. The combination of the bad smell, poor soundproofing, and constant disturbances made this a frustrating experience.

Don't expect too much. Definitely not a luxury hotel. Small room. Close to the nightlife area. Buuut... Perfectly fine. Pool and clean room every day. Quite tidy.

Disappointed with Our Stay

I stayed at this hotel for a week and unfortunately, the experience was not what we expected. The room was far too small for three people — it might be fine for two, but definitely not comfortable for a group of three.

The breakfast was okay, but one morning the scrambled eggs were so salty they were practically inedible.

We also had an issue with noisy teenagers disturbing the peace every single night. It made it difficult to sleep, and to make matters worse, the room phone wasn’t even plugged in, so we couldn’t contact reception to report it.

One of the biggest letdowns was the false advertising on their website. It mentioned that the hotel offers massage services, but when I asked at reception, I was told they don’t actually offer them. That really sucked — they shouldn’t advertise something that’s not available.

Overall, we expected better. A few adjustments and more honesty on their website would make a big difference.

The hotel was full of young people who were into sports, the location was good, close to the beach, the rooms were clean and tidy, the food for breakfast and dinner was good, the simple air conditioner in the room was a bit of a nuisance, it was cool when lying under it, and hot when turned off.

It is worth adding a kettle to the room, and a mini bar. Breakfast is the same. There are no free drinks for dinner.
