On arrival when I told I was the first floor I asked for a room higher up but receptionist said it was a nice room even though I had asked for elsewhere for the noise of being on a lower level. My friend and i stayed for a long weekend. We had a wonderful time and met some amazing people (shout out to Andy, Chris and Mandy!) Staff were very accommodating and service was quick. Always a good selection for the buffet, we preferred the cold options rather than hot. Was a bit of a walk to the main strip and the old town but we were prepared for this and would definitely stay here again.

Recently refurbished and very clean. Nice pool area and dining room set out well for buffet style service. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was reasonably priced and good selection but a little cold. The hotel is located close to the old town [full of character] and not far from the superb sandy beaches. The hotel is superbly clean throughout, the staff are most friendly and helpful and as a major plus was the superb and large variety of food at breakfast and evening meal. Hotel Mareny is situated near to the beach and the old town just a five minute walk to both. This is a great hotel on the seafront, we have stayed twice now, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and well stocked with toiletries. The rooms gets cleaned every day. There is a fridge in the room but you have to ask reception for a kettle - €10 returnable deposit (which is fab as other hotels charge you the full €10 for the privilege of using it). On arriving early at Hotel Rocamar, we needed to temporarily park our luggage until our room was ready. This obviously saved us hanging around and allowed us to go and look at our surroundings. Big thanks for that gesture. When we actually checked in we were upgraded to next level of room, another big thanks for that. Good location in a quiet part of the old town, clean and good value budget hotel. On the down-side possibly the worst breakfast in Benidorm.

Great short break for a birthday get together. Hotel was clean and comfortable, friendly helpful staff. Location was great for both the old and new town and quiet. Good value and they very kindly left a bottle of wine and some tasty muffins as a birthday surprise.

This hotel is mainly for the Spanish that are on holiday. But we really liked this hotel. They do speak a little English but I also speak a little Spanish. Okay for what was paid - had a few issues as in very outdated. Aircon didn’t work too well and rooms very hot and no fan in bedroom. Lift took a long time to get to floor. Pool area and reception area very clean. Rooms looked after every day and towels (very thin) changed daily if required. Food was adequate although paid for 3 meals a day and only ate 1 as timings were late or 1pm-3pm for lunch...

Quite disappointed by this hotel to be honest, Room was very small and outdated. The Balcony’s are tiny and the view from them is shocking. Dirty walls and balcony’s surrounding. Only thing that was good about the room was the Aircon which kept the room cool at all times. So the hotel itself is loverly an clean when u book here via a travel agent an go half board please be careful as if u are to take the wine from the machine or the water from the machine it’s at a charge the evening meal comes with no drinks to have drinks included u have to booked from there website to stay but so far apart from this it’s a loverly hotel

Looking at previous reviews they are fairly accurate. The hotel is aimed at older Spanish guest . It's not really a family hotel. But for us 2 friends in our 50s it was a perfect base. It was a very reasonable price for us . The staff are very helpful and genuinly friendly. Its location is in the old town 5 minute walk to beach and I dont think iv been in a cleaner hotel . A very good hotel. Clean rooms, Good staff, correct breakfast. They should only make improvements on the bathroom products (shampoo, gel, soap…). Worthy of 3 stars.

Great hotel, the room was very spacious, Queen size bed, bathroom good and great size balcony with two sun loungers. Hotel location is in easy walking distance to old and new town.

Nice hotel, basic in amenities and the room we have is quite small for it will be okay for 2 of us. Just about clean but for what we paid can't complain

2 star hotel with 3 star service. A bit out of the way, but not a massive walk into the Old Town. Clean rooms, serviced every day, with air-conditioning in the rooms. Staff are very attentive. I was offered a bottle of chilled water on departure because it was a very hot day. I can't fault this hotel, and I'm very picky.

Very kind, very helpful, changing sheets almost every day, rooms are always very clean and neat, overall a nice small hotel in beautiful Benidorm.
