Our favourite hotel! Absolutely spotless, smells so fresh and clean. Breakfast is the best ever and the service is second to none. My only little snag is that it can get a little noisy outside in the early hours of the morning, in our experience loud Spanish men who have had a few too many!!

Just returned from a 3 week stay in this very Spanish Hotel. Could not have asked for a better holiday. Every thing was faultless. The staff are great the food was good. The rooms are adequate and well heated. No English TV unfortunately. The cost was cheaper than some of the other popular hotels in Benidorm.

This is a wonderful hotel with amazing bedrooms and the staff a great. However, for a 5* hotel, the breakfast was barely warm and in some cases cold, this was everyday we stayed there. On our last day I purposely went down for breakfast as soon as it opened but still the cooked breakfast wasn't warm enough to eat. That is a disappointment for a 5*hotel.

This hotel is a short walk to virtually anywhere you want to be. Bars are not too close which is great for a good night's sleep. Plenty of options for bars nearby. And the old town is approximately a 20 minute none strenuous walk away. Plenty of sun loungers to top up your tan top.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. Overall, a pleasant stay with good service and decent facilities, offering a comfortable and relaxing experience.

Bedroom, staff and breakfast buffet are excellent, dinner buffet could improve. Temperature of dinner buffet food is cold and sometimes sandy. Disappointing.

Fabulous hotel. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. We were able to keep our room longer on check out day as a Barcelo member, which was great as we had a late evening flight. Had a suite as 3 of us which was perfect.

A Great little hotel. I booked at last minute and normally stay in an apartment in Benidorm. I was not disappointed. Lovely room, clean and perfectly positioned 5th floor overlooking pool so got the sun most of the day. Food was great some of the best I’ve ever had in a hotel. Great hotel lovely staff was in room 203 pool view, food was fantastic waiting staff were very attentive Only downside was walls were paper thin could hear conversations in next room Would definitely stay there again

Clean, Tidy and well presented Hotel. We had room service each day, clean towels each day. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast choice was really good with lots of hot and cold options. Location 5 minutes if that walk to beach. Also close to nightlife areas. Only grumble would be rooms not great soundproof wise, from outside and room next door

Very surprised at our stay here, The sleep quality was very good, The breakfast was superb,proper English bacon and corn flakes, Will definitely be returning

A little gem.staff very helpful. Went at easter saw the parades from the balcony prime spot. Spanish hotel so entertainment in spanning. Food nice and hot, a good choice was surprised.

Brilliant hotel but with two minor points. Had a really nice experience at this hotel. Couldn’t fault the room or the dining room. We only had breakfast here as we prefer to eat out during the day and evening. So many choices for breakfast that I would be here forever, needless to say many choices and not limited to portions. Loved the hotel. Good staff. Breakfast option good. Location was ideal for me. Great Spanish people. Swimming pools good. Roof top pool ideal for a relaxing time. Bedrooms clean and cleaned everyday. Shower and bath. Shower had a lot of power Drinks bar very flash and modern. Loved the place.. Very well priced good value for money..

Except the pool on the roof, everything was very good, the food and cleanliness were phenomenal, I loved the foam party, the cleanliness was very good, the restaurant was very clean and varied, the views of the hotel are not very good. It only faced a narrow street but generally everything was fine, but they didn't give me the all-inclusive option and it's one of the things I always look for.
