We arrived at this hotel, on Tuesday evening, check in was painless. Rooms are spacious and spotless. Perfect location for seeing all the different genres of this wonderful place

Stopped here after booking another hotel that wasn't good. Asked if the had a sea view room and they did. Stayed here from the 28th October through to the 1st of November and it was great. Rooms were huge and very clean, staff were excellent and the location was excellent. We stayed on a B&B basis and this suited us due to going out most of the evenings. Hotel was in a great location but was very loud some nights ...taxi rank right outside..beautiful beach right across the road..shops and restaurants literally on the doorstep..the hotel and rooms were very clean ..staff were friendly..I thought the only thing that let it down was the food..I found it discusting didn't cater for vegetarians...Nice holiday but wouldn't go back...

Hotel brilliant, rooms large with good sized balcony and immaculate all round. Breakfast OK and catered very much for the Spanish. We were on the 4th floor road side and found it very noisy both day and night (all night) not the hotels fault but the vicinity of the hotel which may put us off from returning. Staff brilliant.

We stayed at the Hotel Alameda during Easter week as part of our third visit to Benidorm, and I have to say this place really impressed us. The location is absolutely spot on - right on a pedestrianised street in the heart of the Old Town, about a hundred metres from Levante Beach. Tapas Alley is right on your doorstep which we took full advantage of, and the surrounding streets are full of great bars...

Booked direct with hotel and really pleased to have a free upgrade with partial sea view. Room clean and very quiet despite busy location. Stayed half board, really great to be able to choose lunch or dinner wine or water included. Pretty decent food too. I Would stay again, but sadly full for my dates in May

Absolutely fantastic stay in this gem of a hotel ,from the warm welcome at reception too the lovely meals prepared daily.rooms are immaculate and the balcony with sun loungers are so nice to just to sit and chill under the Spanish sun especially after the dark cold ,wet months back home. A nicely located modernised hotel. Check-in was easy and quick. The toom, for two, was a little small but cosy. The shower room was very large by comparison to the room size. Ample pressure and hot water. The AC in the room was new and though it is slow to respond, it works very well. The buffet breakfast, had many choices but unfortunately all the hot choices...were cold.

The hotel was great, spacious room, with terrace + fridge and the shower pressure was great too. They had events in the night but you couldn’t hear it from the room, which it was nice. Parking is possible if you ask reception since it’s chaotic to try and park on the street. Overall I had a great stay!

Despite the advertised and website info stating that there is Wi-Fi at the hotel, there isn’t, at all. In 2025 zero Wi-Fi at a hotel is unheard of but Hotel Rambla doesn’t have WiFi. The reception service was wonderful, cleanliness was phenomenal, lunch and dinner were bad, the same for lunch and dinner without replacement, they took away your cutlery, unfinished dishes, little variety of food, desserts, almost nothing, the only saving grace was the breakfast, no ice cream or yogurts nothing at all in meals

There's a need for multilingual receptionist, its not everyone that speaks Spanish. The communication problem has led to many unanswered request by clients who don't speak Spanish because the receptionists don't speak other languages than Spanish. Put a call across to the hotel line now and tou will know what am saying.

AMAZING winter brake. Unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy outdoor pools, but beside this almost everything was perfect in this hotel. Yes , majority of guests are Spanish, and entertainment was in Spanish,but this is Spain, and this is what we Expect from foreign holidays 😀. Stayed here for a week in May 2025. I think I was the only English person staying which suited me just fine. I stayed b&b - there was always plenty to choose from and it was good quality. The room was cleaned every day and towels changed. Spotless. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back. Muy bien!

The hotel was just off Poniente beach. No view and overlooked by the apartment block across. Not an issue. Plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants around. 15/20 min walk to the tram station. Hotel stay was prity good. Nice roof top pool which was different. Food was good but was very limited but what there was it was ok. Over pleasant stay and rooms was what you expect. One thing that was bad though was the drainage from the bathroom was shocking having to turn the shower on and off so it didn't flood the bathroom.

What a stunning tranquil hotel set a stumble from the beach. A stunning well fitted out hotel with modernist furniture clean friendly. Ideal space for conferences. Food was stocked with a variety of options absolutely top hotel.

All the staff are always helpful and very friendly. The swimming pool is sufficient with a very nice bar. The rooms are medium in size with a good air conditioning. Having visited many years ago I can say that not a lot has changed apart from the clientele which are mostly Russian tourists. PROS- Great location only a short stroll to the main strip, fabulous sea views. The staff are lovely, the hotel isn’t the best but you get what you pay for it’s a little dated don’t like the fact that there’s no balcony’s the food has been woeful for the 5 nights we’ve been here breakfast has been cold after getting down there 10 mins after start. The hotel room was clean and tidy, a great position close to beach and restaurants not far from old town as well. We were there when the power cut happened. This place is great, took us in without notice when we had a problem with another accomodation, staff is kind and helpful, located in a very nice area with all kind of services around, room are spacious and sparkling clean with great A/C and the buffet breakfast is delicious and varied !!

arrived after a tiresome journey the owner came out to take our cases in,checkin was swift room with a balcony at front of hotel daughter in next room great the room was great beds wow and soft, all the staff wwere great food a ok bottle of wine on the table at meal times although the hotel was 90% full no waiting for a table staff were on the ball would I use this hotel again YES.

Lovely apartment and so close to the beach and sea, albeit uphill on your return! Lovely bars & eateries nearby. Bed was ok but not particularly comfortable. Bathroom needs some attention as mould in places and bath mat is like a hessian sack! Overall, would return here as location is so good and views are beautiful. Can walk to Benidorm which takes about an hour or so.

Apart hotel is a good place to stay we hade 3 apartments and the service was really good. The location is perfect 2 minutes from the beach and restaurants and the view is amazing.

Incredible location overlooking Finestrat beach, easy walk to Benidorm over the other side and to Finestrat beach. We parked the car and walked everywhere, views are out of this world, apartment is a bit tired but clean and great value for location. Parking available underneath the building for 12 euro. Will definately come back.

FANTASTIC venue. We had a 4 bedroomed apartment, sleeps 8. Clean. Huge patio. Plenty of areas to sit out. It is on top of a hill...quite steep but the views are stunning. Theres a cafe onsite, they play relaxing music...food looked delicious. Seemed to be popular. But go down the hill and theres a lovely sandy cove, lots of bars and eateries. Its a great location.

well located hotel Well located property in a quiet area and close to the beach, although our taxi driver got lost! The apartment was clean and comfortable with clean towels provided on alternate days. The only downside was the pool was very small and dirty which was disappointing.

Booked for a solo long weekend. This hotel was perfect for me. The view is spectacular! My room was dated but everything you needed including a full size fridge. The shower was powerful and hot. Extra blankets and pillow in the wardrobe. Free use of safe. The breakfast is small but plentiful, Sausages were my favourite. A bin for the room would be better than just the small one in the bathroom.

It's pretty good for a cheap 2-star hotel, the food has little variety but is quite delicious. Bad, the bathroom needs urgent renovation, very old and the air from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. is very bad, in the mornings you get hot in the room, and when it works you can't set the temperature you want, it's standard

Just back from a weeks stay. Rooms dated but lovely and clean. Breakfast is hit and miss. Beans came out then 10 mins eggs but then no cutlery and no staff to get any but apart from that its ok. The location was great as it located just on the edge of the old town. You can walk for about 15 minutes to get to the center of new town or old town. The beach is just down the road and it is 2 alleyways away from Tapas Alley. The rooms are just basic hotel rooms. The beds were comfortable enough, the shower is great. Cleaners make your bed and change yours towels everyday. Personal prefer new town...

Had a lovely stay here for my first time in benidorm. Very welcoming staff who were more than happy to go the extra mile to help you with anything. 24 hour reception, rooms nice and clean and a fresh breakfast every morning. Thank you members of staff. I will definitely recommend to others 👌

Santa Faz was absolutely above what we expected! Ok the rooms are tired after 70 years but for a 2* rated hotel it was amazing. It’s located in the middle of old town and less than 200m from the beautiful beach. Breakfast is good and filling. Stayed for a week just before Christmas. Room 10 on the first floor. The room was quite spacious and the bathroom had everything we needed. Huge shower with plenty of hot water. Very well located in the old town, breakfast was good, some of the staff were miserable. Room was dated with no fridge and a view of another building less than 10 ft away from the balcony. Bathroom was ridiculously small that I could wash my hands while sitting on the toilet! Noise a big issue with some groups staying there. The location is unbeatable, right in the center, and the service is very good; everyone is very friendly. However, the room wasn't very clean, and you can hear a lot of noise from the street, other rooms, and even the elevator. Breakfast is a la carte and worth it; it was very good. Great hotel, I went with some friends and had two rooms. Friendly staff in the hote. We had only once breakfast on site , which was great. The other days we ate outside. The hotel is close to the streets with souvenirs, restaurants and tapas. Not far from the beach, so ideal for us. Clean hotel.

An hotel in the heart of the Old town Simple in design and very clean. My room was on the first floor. Compact but All you need. A balcony to sit out on with a table. I found the bed comfortable. Breakfast was in the dining room. A buffet style where you helped your self. Always being replenished by the staff. Location is perfect to explore the local shops and bars. Enjoyed my stay.

Highly recommend this place!!! Great location, very clean, and fantastic breakfast with gluten free options (just request ahead) but most importantly, the service of the staff from the cleaners, to the cooks, to the reception, was amazing. Everyone is so helpful and so lovely! The beds aren’t suuuper comfortable but other than that this place is perfect.

Some of the Stars must have fell off the sign this is much higher than shown . A bargain and a great hotel.

This hotel lives up to its fabulous description. Better than most 3 or 4 stars I've stayed at. Clean fresh and central look forward to staying again in the autumn 🙂

Hotel Rosabel is perfect for couples and the older generation as it's in the quiter older part of Benidorm which has a much more Spanish feel to it with the classy bars & restaurants! The hotel itself has a lovely room with ensuite & balcony and can also use it's sister hotel across the road for it's facilities such as their pool and restaurant. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends & family

Firstly after reading reviews I contacted on 3 occasions to find out from Sunshine Holidays were to check in,no answer, so reviews told me check-in at Splash, walk about 5mins walk,find it and it's CLOSED UNDER CONSTRUCTION, Had to ring sunshine and was told i had to travel over 5kms away to get checked in at a different hotel..€20 in taxi,and €150 deposit later ..2hrs after drop...

Since they are apartments they are mostly populated with Spanish residents, some of which don't seem to like tourists. The pool area is OK but there's no life guard so pretty much everything is prohibited, you're better off walking across to the Hotel Monika and using the pool there. Taxi drivers don't seem to know where the place is either so you'll be walking back from Monika when you get dropped...
