The hotel was very well positioned in the middle of everything. The staff were lovely and incredibly friendly from the moment that we arrived. Hotel was lovely modern and clean, everything you could want without some of the crazy hotel prices some charge for great locations.

Room was lovely and clean, topped up with coffee and tea everyday. Close to everything. Staffs were amazing. Very helpful and friendly :) will defo come back!

The rooms are bad in general. They are not up to the international standards

We're currently staying at this stunning hotel, right in the heart of Benidorm. The room is beautiful, it has just about everything you need and all kept spotlessly clean but the cleaning staff. Visited last year in summer and had a fantastic stay! The rooms were so spacious and so beautiful. Had lots of wardrobe space, bathroom was big and the balcony was great. The breakfast at the hotel wasn’t the best so I’d recommend booking hotel only. Disappointing stay for a 4 star sup. Air conditioning didn't work. When it rained the lobby ceiling leaked, the entertainment area has no atmosphere, the gym is tiny, outdoor pool was freezing and the indoor pool was too deep.

Lovely pool. Cooked breakfast was quite cold , hot plates not doing job of keeping food warm , therefore omelettes were the best choice

Stayed here May 2025. Its a very short walk to the beach and about a 10 minute walk to the new town. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. The food was good and had lots of options. Stop by at Benidorm and travel to Altea, this hotel is good as a middle point. It's convenient to get to the highway to Altea. The direction for the hotel car park is not clear.

Staff are lovely. Straight up the main road to the beach, about €5-6 for a taxi. It was equivalent to a Premier Inn in the UK. Breakfast was standard buffet breakfast. Pool and rooftop was nice. Bar staff were friendly and put the football on when I asked. First drop on the coach from the airport, 2nd last pick up on the way back to the airport.

The location is excellent and the hotel is very clean. The front desk staff were especially helpful. The pool is beautiful! 🤩! We have just got back from our week holiday staying at this hotel, We arrived on a late check in approx 0015hrs, 6 of us where processed fairly quickly. No intorduction to the hotel was given, just a sheet of paper with meal times and swimming times. The first thing to note is that a transfer coach won't drop you off or pick you up from the hotel due to the tightness of the access road. I stayed here for 5 nights as a solo parent travelling with three children. We booked via easyjet holidays. 1 - arrival was great bus transfer with beni express no issues. Nice welcome from the hotel. We arrived late though meaning we had missed dinner. Just back after 8 days here. Very good hotel with fantastic views over Poniente beach and Trossal de la calla. Breakfast selection was great and dinner was good too. Lovely hotel for the price. In a great location for all of Benidorm. Got a Seaview room was ok not as big as I expected but otherwise couldn't fault . 2nd time staying at the Primavera Park, this time for a month so we opted for B&B in one of their comfort rooms. We have a small kitchen with hob, microwave/grill, kettle coffee maker, toaster and fridge. A mini apartment with a balconh and a large lovely supermarket up the road. This is a genuine review and we could honestly say it was a fabulous hotel. We booked a Premier room which has extras like bathrobe and slippers and little treats. Perfect place to stay if you like both the city and the beach. It's in "Centro" of everything you come to Benidorm for. My full recommendation. I will add that the breakfast buffet was excellent (but very noisy)

Room great on the whole, we had a superior triple room, with a lovely view of the sea and bay and town, but is lacking some basic features to reach its 4 star status. - hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on when used and do not need to have towels changed. - small ledge in the shower to put shampoo etc. - hand held shower head should be higher as it is at waist height...

This was a much needed break in the current crisis and it more than exceeded our expèctations. We have stayed here many times and really recommend this hotel. Cleanliness was fantastic, our room was spotless as was the pool area and diningroom and their rooftop bar is amazing. Loved it!

I stayed only for 4 nights in November to be honest absolutely fantastic from check in to check out ! Breakfast was excellent 👌 Nadia who serviced my room was brilliant absolutely spotless . Indoor pool for winter and gym were great additions. Cannot wait to revisit

Returned to same hotel as we enjoyed it in September and equally enjoyed the hotel again. Breakfast good rooms good staff and location good. Room overlooking side street can be noisy so be prepared but definitely go again.

First time in Benidorm so wasnt sure what to expect but wow what a find. Hotel is fab,clean, friendly staff and lovely food, two mins from the beach and on edge of old town. Lovely hotel in a great location 2min from the harbour. The hotel entrance, reception, dining room and bar all very modern. The reception staff very warm and welcoming. The rooms are small but adequate. The beds very comfortable with spare pillows and duvet in wardrobe. My Husband and l stayed for a week at the Voramar hotel , and would certainly recommend it to anyone. The staff in all areas were great , really enjoyed the breakfast and lots of choices in the evening meal. The rooms were cleaned daily by the hard working staff . I would like to give a special mention to Dave the Tui rep at the hotel , on the last day of our holiday l fell very badly while out shopping...

Great hotel visit again! My wife and I went to the Avenida Hotel for a week and what a great stay it was. Our balcony room was clean, bright and airy and well cleaned every day. The food was lovely, mainly catering for the Spanish visitors but also plenty of choice for us brits and the desserts you could die for! The Staff are brilliant and nothing too much trouble. Great location, Staff friendly and easy to get on with very helpful, Food was very nice as expected although more choice than other hotel's in the area. Rooms were spotless and very modern. We were there for 1 week end of October so the snack bar and air con were not on this in no way made a difference to the great holiday we had. Fabulous hotel in a perfect location right in the centre of the old town. Rooms are always really clean and fresh. Wide variety of food and great staff. This visit was my 5th or maybe 6th and we took 6 friends with us who all loved it too. Yes, the lifts could do with updating, but they were there when the building was first built. I love this hotel and we will definitely be back again for Christmas...

Arrived Saturday 14 February with Jet 2. Some sun! Reception were great, room 242 looking sideways to the beach from the balcony.
