Where to stay in Benidorm

The hotel is in the residential area , good atmosphere the rooms are clean and maintained daily, the staff at reception are very helpful

2 star hotel with 3 star service. A bit out of the way, but not a massive walk into the Old Town. Clean rooms, serviced every day, with air-conditioning in the rooms. Staff are very attentive. I was offered a bottle of chilled water on departure because it was a very hot day. I can't fault this hotel, and I'm very picky.

Stopped here after booking another hotel that wasn't good. Asked if the had a sea view room and they did. Stayed here from the 28th October through to the 1st of November and it was great. A nicely located modernised hotel. Check-in was easy and quick. The toom, for two, was a little small but cosy. The shower room was very large by comparison to the room size. Ample pressure and hot water. The AC in the room was new and though it is slow to respond, it works very well. The buffet breakfast, had many choices but unfortunately all the hot choices...were cold.

The hotel was great, spacious room, with terrace + fridge and the shower pressure was great too. They had events in the night but you couldn’t hear it from the room, which it was nice. Parking is possible if you ask reception since it’s chaotic to try and park on the street. Overall I had a great stay!

The reception service was wonderful, cleanliness was phenomenal, lunch and dinner were bad, the same for lunch and dinner without replacement, they took away your cutlery, unfinished dishes, little variety of food, desserts, almost nothing, the only saving grace was the breakfast, no ice cream or yogurts nothing at all in meals

There's a need for multilingual receptionist, its not everyone that speaks Spanish. The communication problem has led to many unanswered request by clients who don't speak Spanish because the receptionists don't speak other languages than Spanish. Put a call across to the hotel line now and tou will know what am saying.

AMAZING winter brake. Unfortunately it was too cold to enjoy outdoor pools, but beside this almost everything was perfect in this hotel. Yes , majority of guests are Spanish, and entertainment was in Spanish,but this is Spain, and this is what we Expect from foreign holidays 😀. Stayed here for a week in May 2025. I think I was the only English person staying which suited me just fine. I stayed b&b - there was always plenty to choose from and it was good quality. The room was cleaned every day and towels changed. Spotless. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back. Muy bien!

Apartments are on top of a steep hill. There is a bus from hotel to beach on the plus side. Three lifts for 34 floors can sum times be really slow and very busy. Will have various pots and pans but may need to ask for more to accommodate making a full meal. Not alot of noise from other apartments only if their having a party🤔🤔. As our flight was delayed the reception was closed but it wasn't a problem with clear instructions we gained access to our room easily . Hotel stay was prity good. Nice roof top pool which was different. Food was good but was very limited but what there was it was ok. Over pleasant stay and rooms was what you expect. One thing that was bad though was the drainage from the bathroom was shocking having to turn the shower on and off so it didn't flood the bathroom.

Having visited many years ago I can say that not a lot has changed apart from the clientele which are mostly Russian tourists. The staff are lovely, the hotel isn’t the best but you get what you pay for it’s a little dated don’t like the fact that there’s no balcony’s the food has been woeful for the 5 nights we’ve been here breakfast has been cold after getting down there 10 mins after start. Would give the Hotel possibly 6-7 out of 10 however the hotel is having a major refurbishment in November so can only score the hotel as it is today. The hotel is very hot in the communal areas, no air con in reception or lifts or hallways etc which was really disappointing for a 4 star hotel. What an amazing hotel! For the money we were shocked, fantastic staff, spotlessly clean and they even bought me a cake, flowers and cava for my 50th. Service in all areas was exceptionally courteous and professional. Cleanliness was impressively high. The room could do with being a bit larger but it wasn’t a problem- the ground floor rooms do not have the best ambience due to a prisoner cell gate to the balcony but I understand it assists with security. Not a 4 star hotel. No way of having coffee before 8 am , paper cups in the room and if you ask for glass you have to be prepared for an argument. No air condioning(broken apparently) so if you're at the back of the hotel and have to have the balcony doors open for air, it's so noisy you can't sleep. Balcony lights come on and off when they feel like it. Downstairs looks lovely, don't be fooled.

Lovely big apartment pool fantastic, we are 2, 71 year old lady's, we had a bed each (which is what we wanted because we are friends) BUT we would have appreciated 2 bed sheets each instead of 1 each, and we would have liked pillow cases on the pillows, apart from that lovely apartment.

Especially reception lady Mary who checked me in and given me all information I need. Very professional and friendly customer service. Dinner staff especially lady with short black hair was also a super nice! Will definitely be back!

The hotel room was clean and tidy, a great position close to beach and restaurants not far from old town as well. We were there when the power cut happened. I cannot praise the staff enough for the way we were treated not only that day but everyday we were there. 100% would recommend and return again. Mike & Sue Miles.

This place is great, took us in without notice when we had a problem with another accomodation, staff is kind and helpful, located in a very nice area with all kind of services around, room are spacious and sparkling clean with great A/C and the buffet breakfast is delicious and varied !!

arrived after a tiresome journey the owner came out to take our cases in,checkin was swift room with a balcony at front of hotel daughter in next room great the room was great beds wow and soft, all the staff wwere great food a ok bottle of wine on the table at meal times although the hotel was 90% full no waiting for a table staff were on the ball would I use this hotel again YES.

We stayed three nights. It's a a very reasonable hotel for the price you pay. Their staff is very friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel, got the best room in the house on the top floor with the most beautiful views. The room was big and so clean. The staff were friendly and so helpful throughout. We ate in the restaurant and the food was lovely too. Beautiful boutique feel to this family run hotel set footsteps from the beach at beginning of old town. Clean rooms, great breakfast and very friendly staff. Highly recommend for exploring Benidorm town!

Lovely apartment and so close to the beach and sea, albeit uphill on your return! Lovely bars & eateries nearby. Bed was ok but not particularly comfortable. Bathroom needs some attention as mould in places and bath mat is like a hessian sack! Overall, would return here as location is so good and views are beautiful. Can walk to Benidorm which takes about an hour or so.

Apart hotel is a good place to stay we hade 3 apartments and the service was really good. The location is perfect 2 minutes from the beach and restaurants and the view is amazing.

Incredible location overlooking Finestrat beach, easy walk to Benidorm over the other side and to Finestrat beach. We parked the car and walked everywhere, views are out of this world, apartment is a bit tired but clean and great value for location. Parking available underneath the building for 12 euro. Will definately come back.

FANTASTIC venue. We had a 4 bedroomed apartment, sleeps 8. Clean. Huge patio. Plenty of areas to sit out. It is on top of a hill...quite steep but the views are stunning. Theres a cafe onsite, they play relaxing music...food looked delicious. Seemed to be popular. But go down the hill and theres a lovely sandy cove, lots of bars and eateries. Its a great location.

well located hotel Well located property in a quiet area and close to the beach, although our taxi driver got lost! The apartment was clean and comfortable with clean towels provided on alternate days. The only downside was the pool was very small and dirty which was disappointing.

Restaurant is lovely. Sadly they have put a water sports thing in front of restaurant so it spoils the beautiful view but food very good. Not stayed in hotel. I did look into that but not sure the hotel seems very good but restaurant is. I had the most gorgeous lunch of garlic prawns.

Booked for a solo long weekend. This hotel was perfect for me. The view is spectacular! My room was dated but everything you needed including a full size fridge. The shower was powerful and hot. Extra blankets and pillow in the wardrobe. Free use of safe. The breakfast is small but plentiful, Sausages were my favourite. A bin for the room would be better than just the small one in the bathroom.

Great position 5min walk to main strip of bars . Quiet away from.all the noise .amazing views from balcony of the sea. Small hotel very clean hot powerful showers.comfy big beds rooms dated and basic but clean. Fresh towels everyday but very thin and hard. Nice hot breakfast plenty of choice. Lovely staff. No brewing up facilities in the room so had to buy a kettle as I like a brew in morning.. Safe...

It's 3 star hotel but it's just great. Easy to get to, no parking but street parking not too far away. Lovely view of the whole bay
