Hotel Primavera in Benidorm

Amazing hotel after recent renovations. Staff are excellent. The receptionist helped us loads. Roof top bar with a pool has spectacular views over Benidorm

Would give the Hotel possibly 6-7 out of 10 however the hotel is having a major refurbishment in November so can only score the hotel as it is today. The reception staff are absolutely fantastic, they really make you feel like nothing is to much trouble and go out of their way to accommodate your every need, they even left a bottle of bubbly and a cake in our room as a surprise for our anniversary, the staff really do make this hotel a warm and inviting place to stay. Towels were changed every day and your room was serviced every day even though it is not needed to be done as often. Would definitely recommend the Primvera as a place to stay in the old town and that is mainly down to the exceptional staff. Thank you for everything

Great location close to old town. The rooms are lovely and modern and the rooftop pool and bar are lovely. The staff are pretty friendly overall. The hotel is very hot in the communal areas, no air con in reception or lifts or hallways etc which was really disappointing for a 4 star hotel. Food in the restaurant is ok but not the best quality, and probably not 4 star worthy

What an amazing hotel! For the money we were shocked, fantastic staff, spotlessly clean and they even bought me a cake, flowers and cava for my 50th. This is a 2 star but don't be fooled, if it had a pool it would easily be a 4, nothing is too much trouble for the amazing staff. Everything has been perfect! Book it quick as this hotel is going places!! 10000% recommend thank you Primavera xxx

We went to Benidorm for the first time for our anniversary and we loved this hotel. We've stayed in 4star and hated the service/beds/cleanliness. This hotel is run so well. there was work ongoing at a building nearby that was loud but we were up and out early and our room was at the front too. The reception staff are so incredibly lovely. Always helpful and pleasant to us. It felt incredibly safe and the doors lock after 11 and guests are given a code to enter after that time. The hotel was quiet each night with guests being respectful of each other. There was one disturbance but i overheard to dealt with really quickly in the early hours. our beds were so comfortable and the maids did a fantastic job daily for us. We will definitely return and probably would with our children now we know the location etc. It's perfectly located so close to the beach and old town and about a 30 min walk to the strip which aa we enjoyed bar hopping along the way. upon checking out the receptionist told us they're having a big refurb over the next year but honestly, I'll return if they don't. Upon arrival I was treated with 2 friendly smiles and so helpful.very knowledgeable off the hotel history and the area .nothing was to much trouble. I will definitely go back .room eqs clean,big,fresh,nit what I was expecting, cleaners in every day and not too early 😆

The hotel is a modern bright hotel. It is so clean you could eat your dinner off the floor( you don’t have to) The rooms are very specious with large comfortable beds Up on 17 th floor is s bar with pool you get glorious views of Benidorm On a Saturday they have music at night. The food is varied and plentyful.( they did jave Apple Crumble snd custard for breakfast)! Staff friendly and helpful. Would i go back and recommend this hotel definitely A lovely hotel with plenty to do Give it a go you will be impressed.

A really great hotel , we stayed there while taking part in the Benidorm running weekend. Two great bars. an excellent breakfast and the staff were great as well. Nice big rooms.A easy walk into Benidorm maybe 5 minutes from the beach and about 20 minutes to the tram line

Fantastic small hotel, the staff are brilliant, rooms are great and kept so clean, close to the beach and old town, free air con and WiFi, small bar in the hotel , drinks are very well priced, nothing to fault at all, definitely should be more than a 2 star
