The hotel its self was really nice, good value for money. Good location if you like to be away from the crazy nightlife and get a good nights sleep. However, I can’t say that the housekeepers were great. I had a full bottle of expensive perfume stolen from the room (of course it was taken on the day before we were due to leave so that we couldn’t approach the cleaner ourself). This put a real downer to the holiday, you don’t like to think this would happen especially when you really liked the hotel. We were lucky to have had our money in a safe as if we didn’t I would hate to think how much money they’d have taken. Advised reception of this but not sure if they’d have acted on it

The hotel was just off Poniente beach. No view and overlooked by the apartment block across. Not an issue. Plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants around. 15/20 min walk to the tram station. Probably same to get Levante beach. Room was basic but ideal for my needs as a base. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was OK. There is something there for everyone. I would stay here again if needed.

Hotel stay was prity good. Nice roof top pool which was different. Food was good but was very limited but what there was it was ok. Over pleasant stay and rooms was what you expect. One thing that was bad though was the drainage from the bathroom was shocking having to turn the shower on and off so it didn't flood the bathroom.

Benidorm was a great holiday, love holidays was easy to use but this hotel was terrible! Food caused stomach issues for me and my son, the shower was impossible to use, air conditioning remote was under a bed and found it on the second day 🥵😡 If you're looking for a room with just a bed with no fridge, kettle, etc and flooring in the hallway that needs to be repaired this is for you. Unfortunately the holiday cost a lot more but Benidorm is a great place and will go back but not here!!

Just got back from a week away and I must say this was a perfect find.. nice welcome on reception friendly .. room was on 6th floor lifts were a bit temperamental but got there ..room very clean and beds so comfy and pillows soft ., cleaned every day with clean towels .. we were in bed and breakfast only but a wonderful breakfast choice , all hot a a good choice , fresh orange choice was amazing, all staff are so friendly and helpful .. was a brilliant location 5 minute walk to shops and bars in old town .. overall would definitely come back

Excellent, recently-renovated hotel, just a 5 minute walk from Dove Park and the old town area. I had two bookings as I was breaking my stay with an overnight trip to Valencia. The hotel kindly kept my luggage while I was away. I was given a huge room with balcony and sea view on the 6th floor. Such a comfortable bed and an amazing shower room. Lots of storage and space. Stayed full board. Excellent choice of food which changed from day to day. A microwave was available if the food temperature was not warm enough. Two speedy lifts serving all floors. Friendly staff throughout the hotel from reception to restaurant and cleaners. The availability of the rooftop pool (spotless, with great city views) leads me to think that this hotel deserves a 4* rating! Wonderful experience from start to finish. This is a well-run establishment offering spacious rooms, friendly service, great food, and is in a central location. Base your expectations on the hotel's 3* rating. You will be pleasantly surprised. Can't wait to return.

Stayed at the Fleming, unfortunately does not feel like a three star. Having been recently refurbished, the foyer area looked promising, however the rooms are lacking. The flooring in the hallway and room looked unfinished, gaps near the skirting boards. The skirting, door frames, walls etc all look badly fitted and painted. The walls in the room were dirty. I took cleaning wipes to clean the room and it was very dusty. Bedside tables, dressing table etc had not been cleaned. The beds were awful. Two different size single beds pushed together, one higher than the other. One bed was squeaky which we reported to reception but the bed was not changed. The beds were cheap. The headboard looked modern but had holes in that had been stitched. The biggest disappointment was the balcony door. They were old and wooden, single-glazed, the door was warped and not flush to the frame, which meant it let a lot of noise in and rattled. Everytime other people closed their room doors, the glass in the balcony door would shake and wake us up. The balcony door was only lockable by a very basic latch you would have on a garden gate. It made the room feel very unsecure. The bathroom appeared to be modern, but the shower was a nightmare to find the right temperature, it was either too cold or too hot. The mirror was also marked. The WiFi in the room was poor. Although a smart tv, we tried to watch apps and the internet kept going off. The walls were very thin. I could hear every conversation from next door. On a positive note, the breakfast was okay, and the price we paid was very reasonable. The room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels and bedding were regularly supplied. However I’d rather pay a little more for the above to be remedied as I probably wouldn’t stay again.

On entering this hotel there was no hand rail as it was up a few steps to reception, the staff on reception were very polite,we had to pay a deposit for breakages ( which I haven't had to do this at other hotels) The rooms are modern which needed some snagging if you looked round ,also rooms are cleaned every day but bedding is clean but it didn't get changed we were there for 5 nights. We did half board the food is ok, the evening meals were better than breakfast, the only disappointment in this hotel is the thin walls , you could hear everything . No English TV not even sky news. the staff were pleasant but we will not be returning as the noises were unbearable.

These are reviews for the other fleming hotel,dont be fooled the fleming centre has no pool,no catering,no kettle or anything else in the room.most of the reviews are for the other fleming.dont be taken in by reviews.on arrival there were no towels or blankets ,shower broken,no plugs for shower or hand basin.lacks kettle or basic needs.more like a contract workers digs than hotel.avoid
