Hotels near sea shore in Valencian Community

Too cold to use the po,ol but the pool area looked lovely Definitely my "go to" hotel if visiting Benidorm, as it offers excellent value for money. Staff were all cheerful, friendly and helpful

The hotel room was immaculate and I was upgraded to a much bigger room with a massive balcony, which was thoughtful of the hotel. Breakfast was incredibly busy, so my advice would be to go as soon as they start serving

This was my second time staying here. I like where it's located, maybe a little too far away from everything for some people, but if you prefer a quieter spot in Benidorm this is ideal

Always enjoyed the walk up to the hotel and going into the big super market and buying our water and crisps etc. Only problem was the food was a hit or miss bit bland at times

Plenty to choose from and things were replenished quickly. Tables were cleared efficiently so the whole process moved smoothly

Went there with my parner for a few years before he passed away always had a good time. the room was clean And staff frendly

Unfortunately the lounge was shut off due to restrictions but I feel that could of been managed better with limited seating and adequately spaced out. Pool was good but not open long enough

Convenient location near the beach and shops. Comfortable beds, basic but clean bedrooms. Would have appreciated more healthy food for breakfast.

It was only open from 11am until 2pm. When the guard left the pool the pool was out of use. Not much use for an afternoon swim. The gardens were well kept and surroundings were tidy

This is a beautiful property with a stunning, small beach and views of the ocean

A beautiful view of the sea and room is spacious. However need to ask reception for hair dryer and kitchen amenities is limited. If plan to cook make sure be prepared

There really isn’t anything around the property worth seeing but it was an incredibly relaxing 48 hours in the middle of our busy trip to Spain. We enjoyed playing in the ocean and sitting on our rooftop deck

Absolutely fabulous location in a quiet sandy bay. The apartment was clean, well equipped and warm in the evening even in January.

away; - as these apartments come with huge teraces, some noise from the neighbor's can be heard; - we did not use breakfast, SPA, the swiming pool or the restaurants so cant comment on that - I guess these get very busy and there may be no enough spaces for everybody through the high season

Good value for money - disappointed in gym The apartment was great, we had an apartment with a roof top terrace. Kitchen was well equipped and overall clean. Nice access to the beach and pool area also ok

Amazing place to stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Location is also great. Only 8 minutes to the beach 🏖️ The service was kind😇🥰 The hotel deserves more stars than it currently has

Honestly ignore all the bad reviews, this place is clean, staff are friendly, yes it's a little dated but it's cheap away from the mentality of the strip near the beach and plenty of shops, bus stop and taxi rank very close

Your room is basic just a bed 2 bedside tables a small tv and somewhere to hang your clothes, we were in 402 no view really as over looks the next building but your minutes from the sea anyway

If you want somewhere clean welcoming to use as place to sleep and that's it this place is perfect. If you wanting 5 star with a swim up pool and strawberry dacaris maybe give it a miss

Great hotel, the room was very spacious, Queen size bed, bathroom good and great size balcony with two sun loungers. Hotel location is in easy walking distance to old and new town.

Lovely helpful staff,special thanks for the help they gave me when husband suddenly became unwell, phoning us a taxi, sending us to the right hospital and waiting til taxi arrived even though he had finished his shift

The rooms are cleaned every day, the buffet is great with variety and ample healthy food, the staff were always polite and friendly. The swimming pool is a great bonus and the location very good

The worst thing is the lack of parking, and finding a spot can be difficult in high season. The good thing is there's an open area nearby with both free and paid parking, and if you find a spot, it's not far away

A bit dated, but for a beach getaway, it's not too far away and acceptable. It's fine for a short stay; the buffet has limited variety, but the food is decent

Little swimming pool but nice and nice food also forma the starts the hotel has. Un muy case really good rooms with nice terrace, and they clean it up well. Definitely not bad forma the price

They booked us into a fabulous paella restaurant nearby, pre ordered our paella for us and informed the restaurant of my food intolerances (gluten, egg, soya, milk) liaising with us several times regarding our choices

The Cullera Holiday Hotel was the site of our conference in October. The staff were incredibly helpful, the food great and the meeting rooms were set up and functioned as we required

The dining room buffers offered a delicious variety of food, for kids and adults alike. The hotel, although not right on the beach, is very close to the beach and the lovely promenade for walking and buying ice cream

Plenty of on-site parking (although it isn’t high season yet) and not too expensive at 12£ per night which is comparatively cheap

I planned and hosted a conference at the Cullera Holiday Hotel recently and I was extremely pleased with everything. The staff was courteous, helpful and professional

Good Valencian staff, English speaking, helpful to our disabled guests from England. New hotel in very central Alicante. Good bathrooms and fittings. Could do with proper shower floor mats and bedside rugs.

Our first room was on the first floor, and the entire floor reeked of *********. The front desk kindly moved us to a higher floor room facing the main road, which was just as clean and tidy

Stayed in this hotel for 5 days and had a very good experience. The staff was polite and welcoming. The bathroom only had shower gel and water and a plastic cup for washing, but no toothbrush or toothpaste

This is a nice little hotel in a great location. We were able to walk to the port, old town etc. Street parking was easily available, not free but 1. 80E for two hours plus after 8pm to morning was free

This hotel is aimed at Older Spanish holidaymakers. If you are likely to be offended by no Engerlish tv, having mainly wonderful Spanish food, the staff not speaking engerlish fluently then please don’t go here!!!!!

Room only in this place, but you get what you pay for. A reasonable size room that sleeps two comfortably and it gets cleaned every day

We are in the hotel and the cleanliness and the food are very good, great value for money, very friendly treatment by everyone, to return. We have been in hotels with more stars and there is not so much difference

The big thing that let's it down is the food, there is not a big choice. It was chip's nearly every night, some nights there was 1 meat choice and fish. There was not a very good choice of desserts either

Comfortable accomodation, cleaned daily, but could have done with even just the one english tv channel. Superb location for the old town, food was very good and not the same every night

It’s a comfort room with a huge balcony, two sunbeds and two chairs where we have enjoyed the weather and the views. The pool area is clean with pretty spectacular views across the Med towards Alicante

We are still here and it is coming to the end of the season so very quiet but in a way that makes it more special. Every individual we have spoken with has been friendly, helpful and courteous

Both are good - the formal restaurant was outstanding if you love fine dining! The gym is functional with a sea view and we plan to check out the spa later

Plentiful and fresh and you are not rushed. We have eaten in the relaxed Alhambra bar and the formal restaurant

All in all - we would definitely return for a relaxed high quality break from it all

Absolutely love staying at this small but perfect hotel in Alicante. We have stayed here on numerous occasions and would never go anywhere else. The hotel is so convenient for the train station and the tram

It is easy to get here from Alicante airport whether by bus or taxi. We love the location as everything we need is walkable and it is very close to the centre of Alicante for cafes and shops

The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are spacious and well equipped with a fridge, toiletries etc. There is a complimentary safe in the room which is very useful

All that we needed for a 1 night stay in Alicante. Within 10-15 mins walking distance of the marina. Clean and comfortable room. Would stay here again.

The beach is rocky with beautiful seaside stones, not for venturing out very far, there are sun chairs so lovely for picnics too. There is only 1 swimming pool which is quite nice, especially where it is situated

Views are gorgeous and the pool was beautiful. Service was good and the rooms were clean but we did have a few hiccups getting everyone to get into their rooms requiring multiple trips to the front desk

Location is lovely, there are many tennis courts, places for a walk, outdoor Bar, pool. Majority of local Families spend their vacation here, they are so lovely, beautiful friendly, polite people

Came for a wedding and stayed for 4 nights. The food while not horrible, is not something I would say is even okay. Only thing that i enjoyed were the watermelons

This is a budget hotel catering mainly for the Spanish Market. However all nationalities are made very welcome. The staff without exception are friendly and helpful. Although rated as 2 star it is worth much more

Rooms are of a good size and the bathrooms well proportioned. There is a hairdryer and room safe. There are no tea/coffee facilities in the room but plenty of power outlets if you have a kettle

Location is perfect and from the moment I checked in the whole team were friendly and very professional Room was quiet with excellent air conditioning and absolutely spotless Cleaned and serviced every day

The Hotel is ideally situated, with the seafront just across the road. A lovely walk along the front to the vibrant town centre

We ate out at a local restaurant on our second night due to the dinner menu not being great! Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return in the future but only on a bed and breakfast option

We were staying full board with wine and water included, There was a good choice of food each day, well prepared and presented. The standard of service was really good with all staff very eager to assist

Great stay but food in restaurant wasn’t hot enough. I was on half board and I was worried about the holding temperatures for the hot food. The variety of the food was good though

I was able to leave my car in the large, secure underground parking area at an additional cost. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return this coming year

Our room on the 7th floor has recently been upgraded with walkin shower and ceiling fan, cleaned daily with fresh towels provided (also towels available from reception for pool) All staff very friendly and do a great job Special thanks to David who kept us entertained with game around pool and quizzes at night

Not far from the main beach and old town. Quiet for those not wanting the noise. Pool area lovely, food excellent. Most guests return every year. Activities most days , evening shows were variable in standard

With it being a fairly small hotel, there is never a vast choice on offer, but more than enough to satisfy even a fussy eater like myself. The bar area is always clean and tidy and the waiters attentive

I was really pleased to see the refurbishment of the rooms – no longer tired and dark, the makeover gives them a clean, simple and bright feel. The bed was incredibly comfortable and everything worked

It's hardly a full-service hotel but some of its features are. There are ladies super embracing tidiness. Clean rooms and neat looking furniture. Large bathroom with huge whirlpool bath and shower area

The perfect location, it’s right next the Alicante Market. Staff are very friendly! My room was perfect and I highly recommend it. The only small issue was that the walls were very thins but besides I enjoyed my stay!

The location was very convenient, in the central of alicante, minutes away from the mercado and a 15 min walk from the beach. It would have been 4/5 but I had a strange experience with the service

Perfect room for a single person. Clean compact and close to city center very good value for money.. Breakfast just 3 euro but just a roll butter and coffe and small Juice still good refresher for a start of the day

Beachfront - with sunrise and sunset views from every balcony. All rooms have a view of the sea. Mariano and Pedro, along with Niki, really stand out. Rooms are comfortable, well appointed and clean

The breakfasts and dinners had a good and varied selection of food. There are two bar lounges where food and drinks are served, and there is an outdoor swimming pool which my family and I used in December

The bedroom we stayed in was large and spacious with a balcony that overlooked the sea. The spacious bathroom was equipped with a shower plate and fully equipped with gels, shampoo and hair conditioner

Very good hotel that I recommend. The room was nice and cleaned every day. The service and food both were very good. The only recommendation I can give is to put a clothes dryer on the terrace.

I stayed for 2 nights at Hotel Sol Plays after the Valencia marathon in December. The hotel was good value and had a great location, right by the beach. It felt a bit quiet being out of season

Breakfast is ok for a cold set up, would have been nice to have some hot food also, beds are ok and was clean.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken and they didn't fix it for the three nights we stayed, nor did they change our room. They provided us with an electric heater and two blankets

All in all a pleasent little hotel right on the beach with loads of great restaurants next door. For the price can't complain

Small hotel with excellent location- beach is right at the doorstep. Older building and I got a small room but it was clean and a good price.

The hotel is right next to the beach, a fantastic location. There are many restaurants along the coast, offering a wide variety of meals, from main courses to brunch, so you don't necessarily need to eat at the hotel

Amazing roof top pool with amazing view over the sea. Very close to the beach and castle. Castle and old town is a must see. Be Hungry, take a walk, some tapas. Leave some space to try several small restaurants and bars

2nd time of coming to this hotel and it lived up to our previous visit. This time we had asuite again but we given the top suite on the fourth floor with a wonderful balcony. Superb views of the beach and castle

Great hotel in a great location. Nice pool good rooms, great AC, nice balcony area, good breakfast, friendly staff, they even gave a bottle of water when we left so we had some water for the road.

Hotel for (rude Spanish) seniors 😅 Sorry but it's the truth. Very loud fiësta every darn evening. So loud! Rooftop 'pool' is only 30 cm deep and closes in the evening so you can't enjoy the night view

The highlight of the hotel is the staff, super friendly and charming and the excellent cleanliness. It is a short walk from the beach but there are many shops along the way that make it more pleasant

We have been with family for a few days. The hotel is very good, it is old, the rooms are very spacious, the food is good considering the price, they are constantly replenishing trays

Came here for two weeks, and honestly loved it! The room was nice, bed was comfortable, closet was large, bathroom was nice as well as the shower
