Spent a night at the hotel. The pool was lovely with a view by the beach. Rooms are spacious but beds not too confortable We had a room with sea view which was nice

There’s plenty to do in the area - we trekked up to the castle and navigated the bus and train into Valencia fairly easily but to be honest we mainly lazed on the beach, which is right on your doorstep

We had a wonderful weeks stay at the Hotel Sicania and will definitely visit again. The location on the beach is stunning, the hotel spotless with really helpful staff and comfy rooms

We spent the weekend at this hotel, which is right on the beach with stunning views. The staff is incredibly welcoming and truly makes you feel at home

While it retains some of the charm of that era, it has recently been totally refurbished, and is now both modern and comfortable. It is also beautifully clean throughout, and maintained in very good order

The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of cooked foods; fresh fruit; breads and pastries. We had a special dietary requirement which the hotel met cheerfully and without fuss

Levante beach is 10 minutes walk away. There's also a little hut around the pool that serves soft drinks, snacks, alcohol & food

Not the biggest or best hotel in the world but great for the money you pay. Nice food, clean and tidy staff are all nice. Wonderful location! 15 minute walk to the beach 1 way and to the centre the other

Me and six friends stayed for the benidorm fiestas for four nights. The hotel is in a great location, a 15-minute walk to the new town and old town and 10 minutes to the beach

Brilliant hotel, peaceful & quiet which is what we was looking for. Staff were lovely rooms cleaned everyday with fresh towels. 2 lifts to choose from, games area,ballroom, pool with jacuzzi

I arrived yesterday 1/9/2025 and can not fault this hotel or the staff. We were greeted by Caesar on the front desk and he was helpful , friendly and welcoming. There was nothing wrong with the breakfast selection

Also , just met the housekeeper who was so friendly and lovely. I don't know why this hotel has got negative reviews. I've stayed in 5 stars hotel before and to be honest this hotel is brilliant

Reception and restaurant staff went out of their way several times to make sure I was comfortable. My room facing the sea was quiet and comfortable. The meals I ate were first rate. Zero complaints, many compliments

Tasteful interior, good service (we asked for a room change because our first room was right above the exterior air conditioning motor and very noisy - we were offered a new room immediately), great breakfast room on the beach

A bit outside of the city which makes for a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Two small minuses: There was sometimes a little noise in the room because we heard the shower and the doors from the room above

The deluxe rooms upstairs are spacious, but unfortunately, the bathrooms are a bit dated; we prefer the modern shower to the old bathtub

Lovely city centre hotel in the heart of the city, ideal for shopping, the beach, castle. Rooms were immaculate, plenty of towels, large shower cubicle, well done to the cleaning staff

Helpful staff regarding check in process and any questions you might have about Alicante. The only minor problem that we had was with the cleaning trolly being wheeled past the bedroom door in the morning, very noisy

A great stay in a very well-located hotel! Well-connected, 5 minutes from the beach, a top-notch location. The receptionist was friendly. However, the room smells every day. It's like a sewer, and it's not very pleasant

Had a fantastic evening meal in this restaurant, food quality and service were excellent, surprisingly on a Saturday night in November we appeared to be the only dining guests, the service was like private dining, with a beautiful view of the sea/sunset, thank you very much

This hotel is excellent you cannot fault it! Professional well dressed staff fab rooms which are large overlooking the sea large balcony spotless clean rooms and quiet this was our second stay we were on 19th floor food is excellent great entertainment at weekends wish we had stayed longer we will book again !

A very nice experience for me and my wife. 7 day vacation in a room on the very top floor Pros: The room was very wide, well kept and clean, very big balcony with amazing view over the city and over the beach

The staff was very nice, specially Gloria in the restaurant and reception lady Martina. The hotel was very clean and modern looking. The pool space was very quiet and the "sauna" was a nice

Animation only on friday and saturday nights. The bar is on the exact opposite site of the pool which means no bar at the pool only a vending machine. No radio or music either in this space

A lovely sea front hotel. What we enjoyed most are: The friendly helpful staff. The smart decor and cleanliness. And the whole atmosphere of the hotel made our holiday very enjoyable.

Lovely little friendly hotel amongst giants around. Amazing location, close to the beach and shops bars and restaurants. Anna on reception most helpful, bar staff attentive. Great roof top bar with small pool

Bar and Restaurant staff were lovely, warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We did not stay in the hotel, so we cannot comment on the rooms.

Lowest it would display was 10c but this was not the case. Good location for beach and if you want to beclose the strip. Pool was closed on second day of my holiday

This hotel is on a great location , 5 minutes either side of old and new town and so close to the beach. My room was immaculate,bed was so comfortable ,slept like a baby. Daily maid service if required

This is a small hotel and easy to get around which i personaly prefer, loved the roof top pool ,the bar wasn't open during my visit but i am sure it would be a great place to chill when the sesson kicks in

Close to the beach. Nice swimming pool though crowded when we were there during vacation. We used public transport and the bus stop is at walkable distance.

Low effort family hotel. Decent rooms, edible food. Great for a family member on a budget. Great views of the beach, and rarely of the castle.

The hotel is very good and is ideal for families with children. The beach in that area is not very good, but in general it is very good.

Right across the street fro Playa Norte which was wonderful. Parking was a bit pricey at 20 euros a day where our other hotels throughout Spain were free. We did half board with breakfast and dinner

Great property and very children friendly. The room was clean and had all the supplies we needed. We had an amazing massage and float at the spa and Eva was the most wonderful person and so helpful

You order GLUTEN-FREE food in advance and they bring it to you directly from the kitchen. The hotel rooms are very spacious, good for families. Very good cleaning in all hotel facilities and rooms

Property was very clean and tidy, good breakfast offerings and staff very friendly, particularly on checkout with a luggage room available and the hotel arranged a taxi for us.

It's a beatiful and tranquil hotel. The localitation is very good ande the personal hotel àrea very nice.

We were close to a very large supermarket, 5 mins to the tourist ‘Tren’, literally on the beach 🏝️ and 5 min walk to the start of the promenade. The old town was really lovely, would like to explore that more

There is a small quiet beach about 2 mins walk from the apartments but this had a lot of died seaweed on when were where there but the main beach is about a 5 min walk. Great value and great location

We stayed in a Bungalow on site with a private garden and parking. It’s just reopened under new management and the main Hotel area has two pools with a nice garden / sunbathing area. Will definitely be returning 10/10

The pool was a great bonus as it was crystal clear and quiet enough to do some lane swimming before a full day of eating and drinking. (There is also a shallow pool for small children)

The sea was warm enough to swim in and very clear with large fish swimming around our feet

Well this is my 4th visit to this brilliant friendly and exceptionally clean hotel. We use the Galetamar as a base for going rock climbing in Costa Blanca and each time we've been we have had a fantastic time

Pool nice & plenty of sunbeds you could also hire a towel €20euros which got refunded when returned. Breakfast ok but not a great choice for fruits, nuts, cereals or nice yogurts so basic for 4star imo but fine

This was our second visit to the hotel Castilla and it didn't disappoint from the moment we walked into reception all the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful all areas of the hotel are spotlessly clean and the food was of a good standard with a relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant, the hotel is in a quiet area of benidorm but only a few minutes walk to the clubs & bars and less than 10 minutes...

The staff are all lovely and friendly. The room was great second floor with pool view. We also like the location its perfect for us. Small issue with noise late at night from other guests

Great location between old & new town quiet at night too. Hotel reception very helpful rooms nice we were on the 8th floor overlooking the pool which got the sun later in the day

This hotel is a short walk to virtually anywhere you want to be. Bars are not too close which is great for a good night's sleep. Plenty of options for bars nearby

It was not clear about breakfast. The hotel is next to interstate and a part of the building is not quite. But it definitely a good hotel and clean

The property is a little dated and my room was very basic, but it was very clean and any requests were dealt with very politely and quickly.

Needs some tlc Pool area very shabby and in need of update. Windows on the stairs are cracked and in a state of disrepair. Cracked panes on balcony. Room very spacious and clean.

A quiet oasis near bustling Arenal beach Slightly faded hotel in a great location on Arenal Beach in Javea. Good sized rooms but decor is definitely from the 80s! Beautiful gardens and pool with sea views

Room had lovely views and was clean, however there was a terrible sewage smell in the bathroom. The air con didnt work. Breakfast was disappointing.

The Hotel Servigroup Romana, is a newly discovered gem, ideally suited for a quiet, relaxing beachfront (a few metres walk across the road) getaway break

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ *As a minor criticism, may I please identify that my wife brought a number of long, full length dresses to wear for dinner and evenings, but due to the fact that the room was furnished with a half/three quarters wardrobe with a clothes press (set of drawers at the base), she had nowhere to hang her dresses other than a hook on the entrance wall opposite the bathroom

The Reception staff who I had dealings with (Silvia and Patrick) were consummately efficient and professional, with a constant smile and "nothing is too much trouble" attitude. The staff in the restaurant too

Raúl is a crack, he made us laugh, he made us exercise our muscles, he played with our daughter. Without a doubt, we will repeat. Thank you very much to the all team

The treatments were fantastic I highly recommend the Kibido facial that we used our €30 voucher against and got a 10% discount too. The thalassio pool was a great temp and all the circuit worked well

The elevators are loud and can be heard in the rooms closest I was in 414 and was moved to further away 416 but could still hear and the sunbeds are uncomfortable and need cushioning that’s it the only 3 things I could fault

They don't have a direct exit to the beach but located close enough to get there on foot for 5 minutes

Fresh OJ at breakfast All the staff are so friendly and helpful but a special mention to Anna and Alba on reception who helped me out with a room issue Alba was exemplary and they both help solved my problem so well

My friend and did the 5 night wellness package. It was amazing they prebooked all our treatments and gave us our schedule upon arrival at the clinic we were so glad to not have to arrange this

Life in the town of Altea seems to be returning to nomality after 2 very difficult years of living with the very distrutiive virus that has had serious effect's on all of our Lives in so many ways ! Altea I believe have all pulled together to overcome such a destructive power against nature and all of its distructive Effects

Hotel Prado II is located very well, near to castle, bars, restaurants and of course front to beach 🏖. The installations are very new cause the hotel was reformed a year ago

Fantastic location, right on seafront but limited views due to hotel next door. Ten minutes walk from historic old town on seafront. Good facilities with newer sister hotel

The staff is very pleasant with you and the food are delicious and varied. In relation with the parking you can choose two options, park inside the hotel or park in to underground hotel's parking

The places to park are huge so you are not going to have problem to park a big car. The rooms are good and very new

There are many breakfast options. The sea view room is great. The scenery is beautiful. The facilities are complete, with both a gym and a swimming pool.

So happy to have bumped across this hotel while booking our stay, coz not only is the service impeccable, but the location is perfect! Close to the beach and a couple of minutes walk to the Peniscola Castle which is a tourist attraction spot here! Lots of restaurants nearby, but we are happy we chose to dine at the hotel's restaurant itself! The chef made the best vegetarian pizza for us on request...

The hotel is modern and new and just sea front we had booked room with terrace so we thought that we would have sea view room but there was no sea view, only next building. Apart from this everything was ok

Loved that they stressed on sustainability and reminded to ask for toiletries only if needed and mindfully use water. Overall a memorable stay and extremely helpful staff! 100% recommend!

Great little hotel with fantastic views of the beach and Castillo de Peniscola. Nice little restaurant and bar downstairs with nice lounge chairs to relax. Really loved this place.

Hotel was clean. Rooms were good. Parking was handy and free. 20-30 mins walk from he all main places. Hotel keeps security deposit in form of credit card too. Which was not normal . No other hotel kept the deposit.

The hotel got a very good location in between the town centre and the airport, around 15-20mins walk to the centre. Clean toilet, comfy beds, nice staffing, match the price. Overall it was a great experience.

The pool only got the sun from 11am to around 3pm because it is in a built up area but only a 2 minute walk to the beach and old town

There are no sunbeds only chairs and tables but it is quiet round the pool and perfect for a dip to cool off

It is not for the young ones here, mainly the people who stay are over 55 imo. The pool area as been updated and is a lot more modern then some of the earlier photo's on here

Entertainment most evenings but finishes at 11pm and it's a guy on a piano playing old time song's for mainly the elderly. The food was really really good and variety on the evening meal and breakfasts are breakfasts

We were half board but had to buy either water or wine for our evening meal and there was no coffee at evening meal either. Coffee at breakfast and juice was supplied

Each room had its own proper air-conditioning and worked fine without the need to insert a card into the wall like other places I've stayed
