The hotel is extremely terrible with a lot noise, you cannot sleep well. And the staff did not stop your neighbours promptly! They ignored my requests from my booking order: a king bed, quiet room! The A/c doesn’t work, no refrigerator in my room. The bathtub’s sink is bad.

The location was great for the district I chose and the room was quite silent, which I generally prefer. I felt comfortable here and stayed a few days. Hope to visit again in the future.

Most if the staff were nice and polite but not all.
They keep the rooms fairly clean.
The mattresses not good, mine was very deepen in the middle not good for my back. The room have no kettle, no tea and no coffee is provided, in the whole hotel. You have to get dressed and go out before you have a hot drink in the morning. There is no fridge in the rooms either. The good location and a short cut by stairs takes you to the mall underneath with plenty of shops and restaurants. The views from my rooms was a wall. Sad! This hotel is good if you are going to be out all day and only come to sleep.

This hotel is great. The rooms are large and clean, and it's very close to the City of Arts and Sciences. Shopping is convenient too, with a supermarket downstairs. The hotel customer service is excellent, especially the lady in the first picture; she was very enthusiastic and answered all my questions. Thumbs up! I'll recommend this hotel to my friends if they go to Valencia.

Overall, the hotel experience during this trip was quite good. It was booked specifically to visit the Valencia Science City, which is very close by. The hotel rooftop offers a panoramic view of the entire Science City and the Mediterranean coastline. The four-story shopping mall downstairs has a wide variety of restaurants, and we had a delicious and satisfying meal.

Clean rooms and delicious breakfast, but it was the first room where I had to wait for water to cool down instead of waiting for it to heat up. I also missed a fridge or kettle. But I liked the beds and the pillows were perfect. The skybar is great to visit as well and have a nice drink with a great view.

Excellent location! Convenient transportation to the Biopark - bus 99, 10 minutes from Oceanik. Close to the Science Park. Good transportation to the center. There are excellent restaurants in the hotel's neighborhood! Clean, polite staff! Impeccable room maintenance! The parking is shared with the mall under the hotel, no problems using it! Good price per day! Bravo! Price/quality - 10 points!

Nice hotel. Across from the City of Arts and Sciences. And above a shopping center (shops, restaurants, cinema, and supermarket). Bus transportation 3 minutes away. Large. Clean. Comfortable bed. The room is missing a few things like a second chair, and the locker room is inconvenient. No mini-fridge. Fresh water dispenser in the hallways. Be careful, there will be construction work in September 2025, so there will be noise in the morning. Ask for a room on the other side. Pleasant welcome. Full breakfast at the Illumion 4 next door.

Located at the Roof Top of the Aqua hotel in Valencia has great views of the city.
Very creative and tasty food.
We went for New Year’s Eve, they had a special degustation menu with maridaje.
All courses were superb, high end quality wines and Champagne included
Courtesy transportation to their night club,
And our hotel.
Very expensive but New Year’s eve is a very special night.
Suppose that pricing on regular days is in line withthis type of high end restaurant.

Vertical, located on the top floor of the Ilunion Aqua 4 hotel (adjacent to the Aqua shopping centre) on Luis García Berlanga 19 is one of the city’s landmark restaurants and features an outstanding tasting menu, traditional seasonal cuisine with a modern twist that combines South American, Asian and Spanish flavors. The restaurant is split across two levels offering a beautiful view of the city and the City of Arts and Sciences.
Upon arrival around 9:00PM we were greeted by a friendly front of house staff. The decor is calming and covered in low light. The dinner menu was as expected simple but exciting. Vertical offers two menus for dinner Monday to Sunday - the Experencia Vertical for 90 Euros and the Vertical for 75 Euros. The menus included eight to ten dish samples that include vegetarian, meat and desert options. The flavors and combinations are superb and unique. Upon bringing each dish to the table the waitress described each dish in great detail in both Spanish and perfect English. The service was excellent. Upon asking for a non alcoholic cocktail the waitress suggested their version of a Virgin Mojito. It was a beautifully balanced drink.
