Location if this apartment is quite far from main old city which you have to walk every time you start planning to do anything. Almost 2 km tiring, boring walk, super market visit is also a task. I think this hotel is nice and well-styled. However, I requested 2 beds and got 1 small double for us 2 friends. It was hard to sleep, and I think we got the smallest room, in a corner. It was efficiently designed, so we could stow our stuff, but I would have appreciated the larger room and 2 beds I thought I had selected.

A very smart, modern hotel in a great location near the main market. The perfect hotel for a short stay in Valencia. There is no bar or café but you can make a cup of tea using the kettle in your room and take it to the little rooftop pool, or take a beer from the convenience store next door. Nice stay. Everything is pretty good. Cool old restored building, nice modern interior design. It might be quite easy to hear your neighbours though. They have a bike rental, but I'd recommend to Valenbisi service instead, as it's cheaper and more convenient in my opinion (you can download an app and use bike-sharing on the streets).

Very easy to get to and from the airport due to close proximity to the metro. I really liked this hotel and the staff were very friendly. The ONLY thing I would say, as a word of caution, is that my room was very noisy. I think the windows must be single glazed as I could hear the traffic from the road very loudly. Great little spot! Great little stay near the Heart of Valencia, rooms were clean and cooled with the Aircom (needed in July) with all the amenities I needed. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center. It's within walking distance to all the attractions, and there's a convenient parking lot next door. Plus, there's a popular Japanese restaurant right next door that always has a long line in the evenings, which is great for enjoying ramen and rice.

Fine for a solo traveler. Cafes and restaurants are nearby. My one criticism with the room is that both the thermostat and the AC unit have lights that you cannot turn off.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken and they didn't fix it for the three nights we stayed, nor did they change our room. We were very cold. They provided us with an electric heater and two blankets. We are absolutely not satisfied.

We loved our stay here which was right on the main plaza of Valencia. Staff were friendly and greeted us with a smile every day. The breakfast was phenomenal. We liked it a lot but we went during Fallas and since it is so central it is true that that night there was a party under the place until 4 in the morning but it didn't seem bad to us since we knew what could happen in the center during Fallas, for the price it is great.

Warning: their air conditioning is questionable, at least by US standards in their family duplex rooms. We would stay there again (see below).
