When we checked in, the hotel wanted to take a 15€ deposit, or my credit card information, this was not stated anywhere during my booking, which upset me. Also, after I had already booked the hotel, the hotel administration sent me a letter to the mail with the rules, which were also not stated during the booking, that all the dishes in the room must be washed after yourself and your garbage must be...

We booked this place via vio.com, pictures looked good, but we ended up with a room has no view, well hallway view. Other than that, todo bien. They have nice seating area in the restaurant, breakfast is good. Walking straight ahead to the beach area. A lot of restaurants near by. Bring your own beach towel, otherwise it’s 6euro to rent.

The room exceeded our expectations! We loved our stay in the penthouse and enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant

We ate there about four times, the food was lovely and fresh. The fish and the meat were excellent. Neli took care of us the first night, very sweet was she, just great. Later in the week Cristina and Ibrahim took care of us and they also did a good job.

Excellent food and service. Had a beautiful meal with friends and one of the best parts was the service by Cristina. I have had a lot of great meals in Spain but the service is typically below average. With Cristina I felt like I was home immediately. She was the best! Super happy and attentive.

We loved our stay here which was right on the main plaza of Valencia. Staff were friendly and greeted us with a smile every day. The breakfast was phenomenal. Rooms were just what you needed to be comfortable while also feeling like a part of the city. I would definitely recommend staying here and we will be coming back again.

The Hotel and the staff was incredible. I loved hier. The Breakfast is very good and it you have a sit outside you can enjoy the view.

Location location location The hotel is in a perfect location for a trip to the old town , we stayed in the junior suite which was perfect for 3 of us , very quiet and with the added bonus of our own terrace , we loved it and would have no hesitation recommending this hotel

Great location in city centre and close to shops and restaurants. Clean rooms and friendly staff. A bit pricey for a 2 star. Beds are uncomfortable to sleep on with the mattress springs can be felt when lying down. Breakfast is cheap but could be improved. WiFi not that great.

We liked it a lot but we went during Fallas and since it is so central it is true that that night there was a party under the place until 4 in the morning but it didn't seem bad to us since we knew what could happen in the center during Fallas, for the price it is great.

The location is very central, close to everything. The price is cheap, you get what you pay for. 24-hour front desk, friendly service. The elevator is quite old and has the charm of an old house.

Perfectly located (close to Plaza de la Virgen), well eqipped, nice and charming place. I stayed in 3bedroom apartment, which was better than I expected. Very comfortable and clean, cleaning service every three/four days. I got a discount for medium length stay. Reception not 24/7 but late self check in is posible.

Spacious apartment, great location in the shadow of the Cathedral within walking distance all main points of interest in the old city. Very clean and modern. We didn't use the kitchen as breakfast was available in many cafes very close by. We didn't need much help but staff were very accommodating. Reception opens 10 a.m.

The location is convenient, but the conditions are very average, very much like a very ordinary economy hotel, the water in the bathroom can flow all the way to the living room.

Great location and nice staff. Rooms are adequate but walls are thin so you will hear everything if you have noisy neighbors. Also you will hear people outside during night so bring ear plugs. Otherwise decent hotel near the beach.

Last week we have spend a lovely week in hotel Miramar. They did a great job in upgrading the hotel and the rooms. One of my favorite upgrades is the lovely fragrance of the shampoo, conditioner and soap. They all come in very handy refill flacons. Very ecological friendly. I was worried that it was a two-star hotel, but this hotel is clean and well-equipped enough to be reevaluated. We really enjoyed our stay here,great location , apartment had just about everything we needed (apart from a washing machine) aircon was a bit weak but there was also a fan so we managed even in August. If We where in Valencia again I would go back here.

The hotel is very well located, n the apartment large however the cleanliness was minimum, from the first day the floor was very dirty which I could tell from the bottom of my socks, the bathrooms need a total reform, the apartment was quiet as it was out of season and perfect for access to lots of attractions in the old town.

The price matches the quality. We were denied parking due to a lack of spaces. We had to look for parking elsewhere.

This is a 2 star hotel so dont set your expectations too high . Beds were comfortable but limited pillow comfort. Our room was street side and it is noisy- ask for backside. Looks dingy inside, but some brighter lighting would definitely help. New bedding is soon to be needed. All in all, and 2 star at the best.

A nice hotel, with 24hr reception. Nice twin bed room with air conditioning. I appreciate I'm British & to that end I would have liked a kettle & cuos, etc, in the room. Nice hot shower. My family, mom, dad, and a 23 and a 16 years olds, had a pretty good stay at Ad Hoc Carmen Valencia in June 2022. Warning: their air conditioning is questionable, at least by US standards in their family duplex rooms. We would stay there again (see below). The street where the hotel is located is quiet and 2 streets further is the pleasant bustle. Very close to Plaza de Virgin and the other sightseeing of the old town. One night Stop off near the airport .Cheap, clean , no frills but adequate .Bus and tram into the city stop nearby .No drinks, food or breakfast offered but there are vending machines on site .We parked for free on a nearby street but hotel offers parking for about twelve euros per night ,Sheets and towels were clean .

I think this hotel is nice and well-styled. However, I requested 2 beds and got 1 small double for us 2 friends. It was hard to sleep, and I think we got the smallest room, in a corner. It was efficiently designed, so we could stow our stuff, but I would have appreciated the larger room and 2 beds I thought I had selected.

Where to begin? Stayed in the small room, with king bed. Multi-lingual & friendly staff, balcony with views and mirrored room made for quite the romantic stay. Awesome proximity to historic Valencia. Smart hotel on edge of old city, 10 minutes walk to historic city centre. Not near beaches. Smart rooftop bar, good cocktail selection. TV in room had some English language channels. Room, shower, air conditioning - all good. There is a postcard sized jacuzzi/pool on rooftop adjacent to bar .

Everything was as expected except for the view which wasn't on the street (probably because it was booked on Booking.com). New furniture, nice terrace with a pool, spacious bathrooms. Excellent position: next to a rent-a-bike and right in front of the green stripe which goes to the beach.

I stayed here before Valencia Marathon. It was very economical. The hotel/hostel is at a good location. Room was spacious and very practical. It was clean and tidy. The staff were brilliant at check in. Very hospitable. They were friendly, caring and kind. If I return for valencia Marathon next year then I shall definitely book it again.
