I would certainly stay here again, location is perfect, right in the old part of the city, super walkable and not loud. Rooms are nice, we had a small issue with a smell in our room but Patricia at the front desk went above and beyond to take care of it even personally helping move our stuff. We had a LOVELY experience at Hotel Marques House. The location is amazing, as you can walk anywhere in Central Valencia. I didn't stay in the hotel, but I came to the rooftop bar quite often in summer, and every time two bartenders were trying their best to spoil my evening. The breakfast was average. What bothered me most was the cramped room and how noisy it was. I could hear conversations in the room next door, as well as guests using the toilet or showering.

Id recommend this place for people doing business trips, for vacationers it's not great. The pool is small and only opens at 11.30 (and doesn't get sunny till 12.30). Walls paper thin. Glad I had NO CHILDREN with me 3 o'clock in the mourning starts loud orgy from next room. No phone in the room and no one at desk to complain too. Did not sleep all night for my day of travel. No coffee or tea in the room or kettle. Would classify it a one star.

Nice stay. Everything is pretty good. Cool old restored building, nice modern interior design. It might be quite easy to hear your neighbours though. They have a bike rental, but I'd recommend to Valenbisi service instead, as it's cheaper and more convenient in my opinion (you can download an app and use bike-sharing on the streets).

Very easy to get to and from the airport due to close proximity to the metro. I really liked this hotel and the staff were very friendly. The ONLY thing I would say, as a word of caution, is that my room was very noisy. I think the windows must be single glazed as I could hear the traffic from the road very loudly. It's a very old hotel. It's advertised as four-star, but only a kettle is provided; bottled water isn't. The decor is very dated, and the elevator is clunky and squeaky. Its only advantage is its decent location; the subway station is a short walk away, so you can buy a two-day subway pass and go anywhere.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center. It's within walking distance to all the attractions, and there's a convenient parking lot next door. There are many restaurants along the coast, offering a wide variety of meals, from main courses to brunch, so you don't necessarily need to eat at the hotel. The AC Hotel Colon is pretty ideal. The location is perfect - especially if you're arriving at the train station. The rooms are clean and well sized for a European hotel, and the included breakfast with our reservation was a massive plus. Their staff, however, was the absolute highlight. They helped with restaurant recommendations, logistics, and helped make us feel at home in October 2023.
