We were treated as family. Very welcoming staff, they gave us a map with directions for tour beat routes. Our kid was sick and they took good care of him, even during sleep hours, staff was available to provide us with water, towels, ice, etc. And this place is also a great spot for your visit in Valencia. Prices are really good for the amount of service and convenience that you get.

Good hotel for spending a few days with friends

The only thing I didn't like was the bed. Very, very hard, and you can feel the springs. A very old mattress.

Good 4 star hotel more suitable for business.. location is just a couple of minutes away from Valencia expo center.. room are ok spacious.. not so many shops and restaurants in the area. Recommend is you have work in the expo center .. the sound insulation needs some improvement you can hear people in the hotel hallways

I had a nice weekend stay at the hotel. I was pleasantly surprised how quick the check-in was. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Very helpful and effective staff. Juan in the bar/restaurant was the best! Rooms very well appointed and funcional. We attended during Fallas and slept soundly at night. Location was perfect as close to the centres, the Plazas and Russafa.

Overall, it's a very pleasant hotel in the city center. However, our room wasn't very nice, with a tiny window that let in almost no light. The bathroom needs renovation—dust billows out of the ventilation, the shower leaks, the walls are moldy from the humidity, and the toilet leaks.

We loved the hotel, the rooms were beautiful, the piano bar is amazing, and the breakfast was spectacular. When I return to Valencia, I will definitely stay here again.

Highly recommended! We spent three nights over New Year's Eve at the hotel. The perfect beautiful hotel just in the heart of the city center. The view from the window is wonderful. The room is so comfortable.

The rooms are better than pictured. Honestly very very nicely designed. Great room amenities too. The staff have been great, attentive and friendly. The gym is average, or below average but fine. The spa area is decent but sauna is in need of refreshing. They could use a renovation in the whole spa and gym area.

The whole experience at HOSPES Palau de Mar was exceptional! Laura and Federico at the reception were amazing and very helpful in guiding us since this was our first visit to Valencia. We would definitely recommend and stay here on our next visit.

The hotel is in a really good position. Parking nearby is expensive though, €23 for up to 24 hours. Breakfast was great although an extra cost of €15 per person. There didn't appear to be anywhere really downstairs to sit. No sofas, just a small restaurant. Room was very clean. Duvet was a bit weird as it was sandwiched between too sheets so a bit annoying in the night! Overall a good experience.

The breakfast was average. What bothered me most was the cramped room and how noisy it was. I could hear conversations in the room next door, as well as guests using the toilet or showering.

One night Stop off near the airport .Cheap, clean , no frills but adequate .Bus and tram into the city stop nearby .No drinks, food or breakfast offered but there are vending machines on site .We parked for free on a nearby street but hotel offers parking for about twelve euros per night ,Sheets and towels were clean .

A well positioned, clean hotel with helpful staff at reception. Room was a good size with coffee making facilities and a TV with English programmes. Shower and bathroom was fine. Unfortunately the bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were okay, but not great quality. Parking available, but very expensive.

An excellent stay in the heart of Valencia. Staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were small but modern and comfortable. Rooftop bar had great views and some excellent wine. Only suggestion would be to include a pod coffee machine in the rooms! Otherwise a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Superb - uber modern interior, I like the aesthetic. Friendly staff! The common area / eating space is quite useful, along with the terrace of course! Beautiful rooms, really hot though & no way of changing the aircon to cool setting as centrally controlled. Staff were good on arrival, although we got stuck up on the roof for over 10 minutes as their doors were programmed wrong. Finally managed to get hold of a member of staff on the phone, but not very apologetic & no compensation - complimentary drink etc offered for the stressful experience!
