I had a great stay here for four nights. It is a very cozy place perferctly located between the old city, the city of arts and science and the beach. The hotel is also easy to reach from the airport by the metro. Only downside I can think of are the loud room doors during the closing process as some other guests mentioned it on Google. All in all I had a pleasant stay!

This is definitely one of the best four-star hotels in Valencia. It's also a courtyard-style hotel. The service is very warm and welcoming. There is free parking in front of the hotel.

Quiet and cosy hotel. Minimalistic. Breakfast has not big range, no fancy but not bad. Location is not central, but is very well connected. Beds are comfortable but they use sheets instead of whole surrounding blanket cover. Not a big deal hut potentially not the best hygienic solution.

The room was a little small for three people, and the bathtub was in poor condition with dents. Otherwise, the property was spotless despite everything. The bedding and sheets were clean and comfortable.

A place with few Chinese people. I stayed in the neighborhood for three days and didn't see any Chinese people. It's very good! The location is easy to find. There is a shopping mall within 500 meters.

Valencia has just had a flood, but there is no impact on the city. Every time I come to Valencia, I stay at the Central Hotel. The price/performance ratio is good. The hardware facilities are a little old, but it is acceptable. This time I came to Valencia for a short time, I will go next time

I had a pleasant stay at Istayhotel in Valencia. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were professional and helpful. The location is convenient and well connected, which made getting around the city easy. Overall, it was a very good experience.

The location was great for the district I chose and the room was quite silent, which I generally prefer. I felt comfortable here and stayed a few days. Hope to visit again in the future.

This hotel is great. The rooms are large and clean, and it's very close to the City of Arts and Sciences. Shopping is convenient too, with a supermarket downstairs. The hotel customer service is excellent, especially the lady in the first picture; she was very enthusiastic and answered all my questions. Thumbs up! Overall, the hotel experience during this trip was quite good. It was booked specifically to visit the Valencia Science City, which is very close by. The hotel rooftop offers a panoramic view of the entire Science City and the Mediterranean coastline. The four-story shopping mall downstairs has a wide variety of restaurants, and we had a delicious and satisfying meal.

Clean rooms and delicious breakfast, but it was the first room where I had to wait for water to cool down instead of waiting for it to heat up. I also missed a fridge or kettle. But I liked the beds and the pillows were perfect. The skybar is great to visit as well and have a nice drink with a great view.

Highly recommended! We spent three nights over New Year's Eve at the hotel. Excellent location, right next to Plaza de Ayuntamiento, but at the same time very quiet as the hotel is in a side street and the windows are very well soundproof. Friendly and efficient staff. It's an older hotel, with great photos. Rooms are old fashioned and our faced a blank wall courtyard with noisy exhaust. There's better options for the price. Don't understand all the great reviews.

Amazing location, walkable to main sites around ciutat vella. The staff is accommodating, and the rooms are okay. Nice spacious bathrooms, comfy bed. Just some rooms have a very ugly view on the back of the hotel with some beat up houses giving a favela vibe, hence the 4 stars.

This is a very nice hotel in a great location. Our room was large and roomy. It was right in the middle of everything - restaurants, bars, grocery store, bus stop, parking lot and attractions. Unfortunately my stay at this property has not been ideal. As soon as I arrived, I noticed several black hair in the bathroom (I am blonde and, anyway, I had just arrived…). No courtesy water - but I can live with that. The biggest problem is that when I went to visit the gym early in the morning there were at least 3 cockroaches by the gym door. Went here on vacation and for the Three Kings parade. The hotel is incredible, the rooms are clean, spacious and beautiful, the TV is connected to the Internet so you can easily unwind with your preferred streaming service in the evenings. Hotel Dimar is a great place to stay, in a lovely part of town - just a few steps from the historic centre. The rooms are better than pictured. Honestly very very nicely designed. Great room amenities too. The staff have been great, attentive and friendly. The gym is average, or below average but fine. The spa area is decent but sauna is in need of refreshing. They could use a renovation in the whole spa and gym area.

The whole experience at HOSPES Palau de Mar was exceptional! Laura and Federico at the reception were amazing and very helpful in guiding us since this was our first visit to Valencia. We would definitely recommend and stay here on our next visit.

The hotel was perfectly located and clean. Just the lifts took really long to get down. We booked 2 rooms, 1 was located on the 8th floor and the other on the 5th floor. Sometimes it took us 10 min to get down as 1 of the elevator was broken. The pool was small but good. If you go at 10 when it opens its not busy at all

We had our bag stolen on the last night. The police were very unhelpful. We were left with no phones or money or bank cards. The hotel staff helped us contact relatives at home so we could have our flight details home sent to us. Also relatives paid the hotel directly and they arranged lunch, taxi to the airport and assistance with the police forms. Could not have been more grateful. Our 10 night stay...

Very friendly staff and speaks English. Clean hotel with all amenities. There is a swimming pool, gym and SPA in the hotel. Nearby is a beautiful park, museums and the largest oceanarium in Europe. The sea is 15 minutes by transport.

The hotel is in a really good position. Parking nearby is expensive though, €23 for up to 24 hours. Breakfast was great although an extra cost of €15 per person. There didn't appear to be anywhere really downstairs to sit. No sofas, just a small restaurant. Room was very clean. Duvet was a bit weird as it was sandwiched between too sheets so a bit annoying in the night! Overall a good experience.

Was the only hotel that was able to offer us a room during the Monday Blackout despite losing all systems power. Staff were exceptional and very helpful during the Blackout period. Comfortable clean bed, very friendly staff, but the hotel was undergoing renovation and the ventilation was not set to a lower temperature, so I opened the window at night, it was stuffy in the room. But in the morning I heard renovation work from the street.

After a bad encounter with an airbnb, I was scrambling to find somewhere else to stay and got recommended here last minute and I’m really glad I did. Ana was super welcoming, reassured me of my safety and offered to help in any way she could. We were treated as family. Very welcoming staff, they gave us a map with directions for tour beat routes. Our kid was sick and they took good care of him, even during sleep hours, staff was available to provide us with water, towels, ice, etc. And this place is also a great spot for your visit in Valencia. Prices are really good for the amount of service and convenience that you get.

Hotel is good but the decoration for the breakfast area is really bad. Especially if you have kids. Why are there XXL pictures of naked people? Looks satanic. —— They came back to me and had a very open feedback culture. Regardless of whether they implement it or not, I would love to support owners and people with that open communication style and open feedback culture!

Very helpful and effective staff. Juan in the bar/restaurant was the best! Rooms very well appointed and funcional. We attended during Fallas and slept soundly at night. Location was perfect as close to the centres, the Plazas and Russafa.
