Perfect stay in room at the second floor which is closer to the kitchen.

Amazing Airbnb, so glad we stumbled upon this place! Big spacious, bright and clean room with a desk and shared kitchen. Good wifi, amazing AC, ceiling fan, towel rack, and big bathroom. Also near everything. The perfect comfortable stay for our time in Mirissa.

Our experience with Mirissa Cocoon was very good. The place was very clean, the cleannest we had during our 5 weeks in Srí Lanka. We loved the bathroom, all new and nice, practical, hot water, with good pressure, lovely soft towels. Very efficient AC, fan and mosquito net. In fact there were no mosquitos in our room. Well equipped kitchen, with fridge available. Also perfect position in Mirissa, all the services and beach within 10 minute walk. And both of the hosts (brothers) were very kind and helpfull. Thank you to both of you 🤗🙏

I don't know why this place got such a bad reviews. The room is absolutely amazing, very big, super clean (def compared to other place in Sri lanka), bathroom is big, clean and very well equiped. The host is also super friendly and really flexible. The price is also very reasonable. Would 100% recommend

Value for money pricing. A stones throw from the beach. Parking is tight but ample. Ambience is really good. The family which runs the place is professional, friendly, and helpful. I will definitely recommend.

I had a horrible experience at Mirissa Cocoon. The owner was deceptive and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Yes, the place is fairly new and clean, but the owner did not make us feel valuable as guests. Avoid this place and look through the many alternatives in the area.

No power when we checked in, no bed sheets on the 2nd bed, was clean tho

We lived in a family room. It was very clean, cleaning service was every three days. We had a mini-kitchen with a kettle, gas stove, dishes, and a frying pan. There was a hot water. There were no mosquitoes. Parking place was in the courtyard of the building opposite to ours. The owner of the hotel and his brother always helped us. They suggested the place to repair our rented car (Preethi Motors - we were there - it was very cheap, Suhada Motors). We refueled the car in Ceypetco Filling Station. Also, we visited the following supermarkets: Arpico Super Center (it's big, there we bought tea, but there is no alcohol) and Cargills Food City - Matara 1. In addition, there is Bank People's Bank nearby - you can change the money at a normal rate. We had a meal in the Little Red House (the Chinese Seafood Restaurant).
