Went for a dinner dance. The facilities were good. Staff is efficient. But they had to redo ythe dance floor several times. That was very inconvenient. Felt that they were not prepared. We stayed 3 nights and it was a nice experience. House keeping were really good. Mr. Lalith helped with food. Malith helped to clean the room. Kishor helped to move our luggages. All staff is well trained and clean rooms. Only issue was the breakfast didn’t had much variety. Every day same menu. It should have atleast hopper corner or string hoppers, omelet, waffles. Two very nice clean pool and sunbeds always available. The downside to this hotel is in my eyes they don't cater for UK citizens. Breakfast is entirely for the many Russian guests.....everything with cabbage and as for the fruit juice....I would love to know what flavour it is supposed to be........ We were there for 4 days and never heard another English voice....

Very good location, you can take a 10 min walk to the beach, but the hotel does not have blankets, so that's something you need to bring for youself if you need a blanket to sleep at night. They only provide a very thin bedsheet.

The hotel staff were friendly and approachable. Food from the hotel kitchen tasted good and was well priced. Rooms were clean and there was a pool just outside my room. It was possible to clearly hear people playing in the pool, or eating by the room, when I was in my room. This was not an issue for me bu if you need more privacy, I would recommend looking for a room further away from the pool.

Maybe it's due to the environmental conditions in Galle, but this place is comparable to a 100-yuan hotel back home.

I really liked the hotel; it's cozy, neat, and clean. I'd especially like to mention the staff; they were very polite, respectful, and customer-focused. The hotel is decent but could benefit from some maintenance and a decor update to make it brighter and more inviting. Spent a day out at Seaclouds Unawatuna and it was a pretty chill experience. The pool was nice clean and perfect for a relaxing swim. The food was also alright, nothing mind-blowing but definitely decent for a day spot. Overall, a good place to unwind if you're looking for a peaceful vibe and some downtime with friends.

The beach is very good, the ocean is usually calm and peaceful. You can find free sunbeds (for a drink or meal) or paid ones (1500 r), there’s a washroom. But they have to do something with the dogs, they pee and poo on the beach, where kids play. It’s very unhygienic (((

I am in pleasure to direct the hotel, a glamorous place of comfort and the sun kissed beach view not only, very calm and quiet environment, but also, very friendly and hospitable service by the hotel staff as well. Had a room on the top floor and it was amazing. Balcony over looked the beach. The room looked and felt clean. The cabanas on the beach were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. We loved staying here and would come back here anytime.

It was a good stay. The room was comfortable and clean. However, there are a few things that need to be addressed. There are no plug points, except just 2, into which the bedside lamps were plugged in. No place to plug any computer or even a phone charger unless you have a multi socket adapter. Breakfast was good and generous.

Fabulous stay. Few minutes walk to the beach and many great restaurants nearby. Lovely breakfast and all staff really friendly. This is a heavenly place. The service/people are outstanding, the property is beautiful and the food is outstanding. We had a wonderful two night stay. I do recommend that they look into a new hot water system, however I stand firm with my 5 out of 5 rating!

A brief one night stay en route to Yala. Lovely hotel, all inclusive, unfortunately due to our very short stay unable to appreciate all it had to offer. Good location but the hotel needs a face lift. AC in the room has a loud sound, safety box was broken. Breakfast is not good and not to be considered as continental.

The hotel was booked out but the owner was able to find us a room with our own private bathroom. The bathroom was outdoors just around the corner from our bedroom. A good villa if you're planning to stay near a small, clean beach. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the only drawback is the air conditioning, which blows directly on the beds.

The closest to you'll get to the wonderful Jungle Beach. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful, with TukTuks, doing our washing and getting the pool ready for our use. The garden is fantastic, as are the views out over the bay. Jungle Baech is a five minute walk away.

The Villa Baywatch is a very small hotel set in the most spectacular gardens. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable and an ensuite with shower. The only downside was the toilet not been cleaned well and having to park in a private land opposite the main road which made access to the vehicle a bit of a hassle. A WONDERFUL BEACH AND WARM WATER. BREAKFAST ON THE BEACH WAS GREAT. COMFORTABLE ROOM. LOTS OF SHOPS AND ACTIVITY OUTSIDE OF THE GATES OF THE HOTEL.. THERE IS A COMPANION HOTEL NEARBY THAT IS 5 STAR. ASK THE DESK OR E MAIL. DR. BERNARD MILLER.......AMERICA

Place was too crowded and the service took time. It was my first visit and don't think will go again. Good was good though.!

Delicious fresh fish in the evening, but all many times more expensive. Put the tables with candles on the beach, but hang over my soul, (Almost always strong wave. Unfortunately, the very loud music from neighbouring hotels stopping to rest.

A good place to stay at Halpe on your way to Badulla from Bandarawela. The rooms are clean and comfortable and have a nice view of ella mountains and attached bathrooms with hot water facility. They have a spacious vehicle park and the owners are very friendly and helpful.

Best place to stay and Superb rooms 👌, Room facilities - hot water, clean Washroom, clean room, bed is conformable, cloth rack, tables, chairs place, price also at reasonable rate. Excellent service ❤️. Highly recommended 💯

It is a simple hotel but a cute one. The service was good and the rooms were clean. The room was a bit noisy, we heard a lot from the floor and we didn’t like to see the birds in the pool. But the rest was good.
