We stayed at the hotel from November 16th to November 21st. It's in a great location right on the oceanfront, with plenty of swimming. The staff is friendly. On the downside, we didn't like that the room photos on the website didn't match the actual room. On the first day of our stay, since check-in was after 12:00 PM, we had to pay for breakfast, which was also disappointing.

We stayed here for three nights and were looking for a very quiet beachfront escape away from the crowds — this place was perfect.. The hotel itself is very comfortable, and the team are excellent. The noise from the upstairs room, including coughing, was really disturbing as soundproofing was poor. I was also woken up early in the morning by a continuous, unidentified noise, possibly from the boiler, which was very annoying.

The location is so convenient because it is located in the center of the Kandy city.

Pros: The staff were friendly, attentive, and pleasant. Cons: There's no elevator, but the staff helped with luggage. Overall, it was great, but unfortunately, I arrived after 11 PM and left at 8 AM, leaving me no time to explore. I should note that airport pickup is free, but if you book a pickup and wait, you'll need to pay $5, which covers the waiting time, parking, and the sign.

Very nice property .. but the problem is only five rooms , you will not know who is staying in the next room.. Door locks are very old.. if you want enjoy with friends this is not the right place because even if you drop a pin it will be disturbance to the other room because all the 5 rooms are very close.. In the night with all that English photos around it was little scary for us.

We booked a triple room, so a single bed was added to the room in advance. The room is on the first floor, and you can walk across the lawn to the sea! The waves on this side are relatively large, and you need to go to another place with a breakwater to swim. The price of the hotel is very affordable, and the included breakfast and dinner are also OK!

The team is very caring and welcoming, supported us with our travel plans and even made it possible to do to elephant safari the same day.
