Hotel Aradhana in Galle

Everything was poorly maintained and untidy. The place was not clean, and the pool water was discolored. Customer service was also very disappointing.
Bathroom also very smelly

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. I booked a stay at Hotel Aradhana, Galle, through Google Contract, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations due to several issues.
Firstly, the rooms were not properly cleaned, which made our stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the air conditioning system was inadequate, leading to an unpleasant atmosphere. The staff service was unprofessional and unhelpful, failing to provide the level of hospitality expected from a hotel.
Furthermore, swimming pool access was restricted, and at the time of booking, we were not informed of any policies related to pool usage. Despite booking through Google, we were not provided with any pictures, hotel policies, or relevant details before our arrival, leading to unmet expectations.
I believe that transparency in communication and service quality are essential for a positive customer experience. I kindly request that your management team take action to address these concerns to improve your services. Additionally, I would appreciate an explanation for the miscommunication regarding pool access and hotel policies.

Easy access by road. Friendly staff.
We stayed at 2nd floor. No elevator access.
Rooms were below average. We got a family room. Air conditioner was poorly functioning. Consumables (water bottles, soap) were inadequate. Floor was having cosmetic gold dust (probably from previous guests) which showed poor cleaning. Washroom had no towel bar. But the toilet comode was relatively clean.
Meals were good. Even though it was a buffet, quantity was limited and last persons on the buffet had less to eat.
Morning tea also given half a cup. They are much limiting the amount of food.
Infrastructure wise much improvement is needed.

Not enough parking, worst service.
