Service was awesome... the place and the rooms were great.. and the food (Sri Lankan breakfast) was perfect!

It is such a dump, the public areas are very bad, the room is large & the bathroom larger & clean but it takes the better part of the night to get the a/c going & by then you have a splitting headache. A four poster bed with mosquito net is not the definition of heritage or luxury.

Quiet, Cozy Stay; Safe Choice for Families with Kids
Stayed two nights with my family (w/ 2 young kids) and my friend's family (w/ 1 young kid).

We all enjoyed our stay very well. Staff was friendly and helpful. The villa is perfect for a family holiday to stay in the fort. Nice atmosphere with spacious rooms and common areas. Many private properties in the fort are not big enough and may not be safe for families with kids.

Easy access to many restaurants at walking distance. Good breakfast and reasonable charges.

Hoping to go back sometime again.
