I stayed at this hotel for five days on half board basis and this is a pros and cons review.

Pros
Spacious rooms with amenities such as A/C, TVs.
Spacious and clean washrooms.
Reasonable room charges.
You get a splendid view of the sea on upper floors and the rooftop.

Cons
They require you to leave you ID with them when checking in and they will only return it at check out, which I think is absolutely absurd.
Limited dining options for main meals.
They keep asking you to make daily payments, which is a hassle.
The staff is nice and friendly but the service is not commendable.

Unhelpful staff, unclean room, excessive price, we changed rooms three times, we decided to go and complain to get a refund and they gave us half the amount we paid, it's absurd for an hour and a half of driving If you want to take your mind off things, this is the perfect place for that.

we arrived at 3 p.m., we wanted to go to the swimming pool but it was not ready, we arrived in the room a light did not work, there were no top sheets, curtains that are half of the window, the reception woke us up at 7 a.m. twice by telephone, we don't know why? the air conditioning no longer works when we leave the room so it's quite hot. the hotel is much too expensive for what it is, it is quite dilapidated. And the pillows were dirty. the reception is located in a parking lot and it's not at all welcoming. the toilets were not clean and it was hot because it is open to the outside. The swimming pool is not good and dilapidated

Crapieat food I had in all Sri Lanka. Calamari were not cooked well (I found aome raw calamary in my plate). The octopus was rubber (wrongly cooked). 3 portions of french fries were smaller than the size of an european plate. Prowns curry were extremly salty (uneatable).

The most unprofessional and the worst experience I have had in my entire life. They got the bill wrong and charged around 5,000 rupees extra. And when confronted the owner and the hotel staff got physically violent with us. They started throwing punches at us and shouting in filth. I will be filing a police complaint about them, but I want everyone who checks the reviews to know. Never ever drink/dine or stay at this hotel from hell.

The beds are very bad and they don't give you a proper cleaned beds. The hotel is not providing a good service that match to the cost. It is just a place for nothing.

Such a worst place!!! No good customer service. We were found a robbery case also. No CCTV cam in progress in pool area. And the pool is too small than in the pictures. Not clean. Food is okay. Beverages are fine. But customer care, reservation and the value for money is on poor level. No maintenance.

Situated in a crowded area in Galle. Easy access from the galle bus stop or railway station. Wide range of items in the menu with local Chinese and western food items. Bar with beer and spirits. But the place is family friendly. Big tank with live koi fish.
