DOES NOT HONOR RESERVATIONS! We showed up at this property on New Year's Eve with our 2 young children, having made a reservation through Agoda 2 weeks prior. When we arrived, the owner refused to honor our reservation. He was extremely rude to us and said (these are all direct quotes) that it was "not [his] fault" and that he "couldn't get into his Agoda account" and that he "would not accept a reservation at a price lower than [he] wants". He showed us an email he'd written Agoda to "cancel all bookings" just 2 days prior, well after we had made our reservation. Agoda has 24 hour service, there is NO EXCUSE for someone "not able to access their account". He had rented our room to someone for a higher rate, and we were left to scramble to find accommodations for our family on a major holiday in a crowded resort. We've traveled to over 50 countries and never had a hotel owner act so blatantly unethical, unprofessional, and so rudely to us. I would highly recommend you DO NOT book here, at the very least not through a booking agent but I'd be extremely wary of staying at such an unprofessional hotel at all.
