B2 Boutique Hotel + Spa, Zurich1 / 30
9.1
Zurich, Brandschenkestrasse 152, District 2 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The rooms are amazing which was converted the factory into the hotel, so the rooms are big and the space is large. It's unique and well designed hotel. I enjoyed
I had a very pleasant stay at the B2 hotel. Every staff member was very pleasant and welcoming, my room was very comfortable, clean and I had good quality sleep. The hotel has an interesting identity as a previous brewery and the restaurant and breakfast room (the library) is amazing. The food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner. The spa is also extraordinary, in particular the roman spa.
We had a three night stay in Zurich before traveling on to Lake Como for a wedding. Chose the B-2 for the spa experience. That was wonderful but so was the entire stay. Nice restaurant, sitting areas and rooms plus the staff was top-notch. I had a basic room so it was small but very comfortable. And quiet! Nice location within walking distance of downtown. I would definitely return!!
The B2 Hotel is at a very convienent spot in Zurich-mixed in with residential homes and a Google campus- very close to the trolley that easily take you down to the lake- walkable to some restaurants and parks. Roof top pool and neigboring spa was a real treat that my wife and I both loved. Room is spacious- felt new and architecturally relavent. Mini- bar and coffee machine were well thought out...
Staying at the B2 Hotel in Zürich was honestly the coolest experience ever because it used to be an old beer brewery, and you can totally tell by the design. The best part of the whole place is definitely the Wine Library room. It has these massive 11 meter high ceilings and they have 33,000 actual books lining the walls. I read that they bought all these books from an old bookstore that was closing...
We went to the hotel lobby for breakfast. The atmosphere was really beautiful. There are around thirty thousand books there, which makes the place very unique and impressive. The food was quite ordinary. We ordered an omelette, but it was served without bread, so we had to ask them to bring some. At first the bread was cold, and we asked them to warm it up. After a few minutes they brought it back...

This hotel is one of the best we stayed in recent years. Great location and beautiful interior design. We really enjoyed our three nights stay and will definitely return.
The environment is okay, but I don't think the price is particularly worthwhile.
The room was clean and confortable, great view, apciousness and modern decor
Great stay at Ameron Zürich Bellerive au Lac. The hotel has an excellent location right by Lake Zurich, within walking distance to the city center and main attractions. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, and some rooms offer a beautiful lake view. Staff were friendly and professional, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. A very good choice for both leisure and short stays in...
The main reason for not satisfying is the Room not clean n lights too dark
We got a room that is in front the lake on the 4th floor, we got in and the room was smelly, very well designed but super dirty and we had to change rooms. Thanks to the worker Julia Paris we got a different room on the 5th floor, smaller and cleaner but there were still maintenance problems. Overall the workers treatment was very good and the lake view was great and the breakfast as well. I would...

Very good value for the Christmas special - spacious room & very cosy & clean. The added bed & water bowl for our dog was a nice touch. We did run out of hot water in the AM, so that should be improved.
This was our first trip to Switzerland so I had many questions prior to arriving and the hotel assistance was great. This assistance made our trip much more comfortable. Upon arrival, the rep at the front desk, Jerome was fantastic. He continued to be on hand throughout the week! Truly felt at home. The daily breakfast options were delicious. Loved being greeted by the cheerful staff. The dinner...
The room was cozy. The hotel is small but elegant, with convenient transportation. Tram No. 4 is right outside, and the train station is just over ten minutes away. There was a Chinese-speaking man at the front desk who was very welcoming. The waitresses in the restaurant were also very friendly. You had to order the meat for breakfast separately from the waitress. They had salmon and ham, and they...
Very friendly staff. About a seven minute walk from the train station. It wasn’t too bad with our luggage on the sidewalks. The restaurant right next-door is also phenomenal. Our room was super nice in the beds were really comfortable. Probably some of the best sleep we had during our two week trip. We had a balcony that was nice to be able to take advantage of.
We liked the hotel, a 30-minute walk along the embankment from the train station or a 10-minute ride on tram number 4. The room wasn't large, but cozy: a kettle, coffee maker, yoga mat, and even a backpack, ironing board, and iron were all included. The breakfast buffet was good: scrambled eggs, vegetables, fruit, muesli, pastries, fresh juices, and dried fruit. The only downside was the coffee—it...
Lovely hotel. Extremely comfortable beds. Nice layout and some rooms have a balcony. As usual in Zurich good hotels will cost you quite a bit. This isn’t an exception here. However, every time I booked something below 200 francs per night I regretted it. Good hotels are somewhat hard to find in Zurich. I found the A/C not super powerful. It was 32/18 (max day/ min night) degrees during my stay and...

Zurich, Zuerichstrasse 105 (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
It was hard to sleep at night because it was way too hot and not possible to turn the heat down as it is the same in the whole building :(
Very good location. The No.8 Tram can be reached by bus with stop in the opposite side of Hotel, or by walking 1,5km, which brings you to the heart of Zurich, Bahnhofstrasse. Free parking. Also, in the opposite side of Hotel, there is a Coop Supermarket and a Fuel Station. The room is small, but you have what you need.
I came here for a business trip. Getting a taxi from the airport was relatively convenient, but the fare wasn't cheap. The hotel rooms were small, and the facilities were typical of a budget hotel. You need to bring your own slippers and other items. Breakfast was standard Swiss quality. There's a football field nearby, and the young men there played very well.
Very nice place to stay. Walkable to bus stop. Room was cozy. Friendly stuff.
We booked this hotel on short notice, as all nearby hotels were fully booked. This hotel has complete facilities and free parking, which is rare in Zurich, Switzerland. We are really satisfied.
Nice hotel but not much around so you need to go into the centre to do things

It was wonderful. Very friendly, beautifully lit, the food was excellent… simply lovely and relaxing. I'd love to come back…
The location is stunning, but I strongly recommend visiting for the day rather than staying overnight. On our first night we stayed in a double room, which was lovely—far nicer than the “view rooms.” Had we left after that, we would have been satisfied. Unfortunately, our second night was a disaster. We had paid extra for a view room, expecting to wake up to the mountains and lakes. The room itself...
Beautiful view, short uphill walk, reserve spa treatments in advance, breakfast 30 CHF but very tasty. 10/10
Thank you to the friendly reception staff.
Beautiful scenic location on top of hill. Lovely room. Nice friendly staff. Always smiling and ready to help. Feels like hill station.
The hotel is in the mountains, and it is a bit troublesome to drive. First, you have to park the car in a free parking lot by the swimming pool, and then find a way to get to the train station. It takes about 2 kilometers and a few minutes to take a taxi, and about 11CHF for Uber. It takes about 20 minutes to walk, and there are various slopes. At the train station, you have to wait for the train every...

No complaints other than the price, but that's to be expected given its prime location on Bahnhofstrasse. The room was very clean, and the toiletries were excellent. Breakfast was outstanding – delicious, beautifully presented, and served until noon.
The hotel is great, but I got a room facing a noisy street. There was partying and yelling all weekend until morning, and then drilling and sawing started outside at 7:30 AM. The AC unit is very loud. During peak hours, there's no hot water; you have to wait for everyone else to shower. However, the room is well and expensively equipped, with everything you need and more! The staff is super!!! Breakfast...
Medium sized church in the heart of Zurich’s old town. Free entry but not much to see inside, very minimalist. One of the largest clock faces you’ll see on the outside however!
St Peter’s Church is well known for having the largest clock face in Europe, which is easy to spot while walking through Old Town. Entry is free, so visiting is very easy with no hassle. Inside, the church feels calm, quiet, and comforting, a nice break from the busy streets outside. The interior is simple and peaceful rather than ornate, which adds to the overall serene atmosphere. A good place to...
Impressive place, the clock is huge. Take a moment to sit in front of it and enjoy the view.

Very clean and comfortable room although a little cosy for two people with two suitcases and wintrer coats.
This is a four star hotel—as expected. Clean, comfortable, nice rooms. We were upgraded to one of the largest rooms looking over the Zurich opera house and surrounding. I saw some rooms appeared much smaller. It is an historic building that has been nicely renovated as a hotel. We stayed five nights, in Zurich to visit friends. Location is perfect for central Zurich. Across from Opera house. Near...
Excellent location, just steps from the lake and close to the city center and market. The hotel is new and clean, and most importantly, the air conditioning is great for summer (I've tried it before). The service is excellent and the place is quiet.
Room was quiet, clean, and comfortable but small. Breakfast was not particularly good. I would suggest eating elsewhere. Staff were mostly very friendly and helpful.
Everything about our stay was perfect. No complaints. Was able to check-in early. They upgraded our room and the service was great.
The hotel sent an anniversary cake, which was very heartwarming. However, the hotel has no parking lot, and you have to park in a public parking lot. There is no valet parking, and no doorman to help with luggage, which is not very convenient. In addition to the rooms and a western restaurant, the hotel has basically no other facilities, and the cost performance is not high.

Cozy hotel near the train station, which is why I chose it. The location is quite convenient, practically the city center. The rooms are neat, a solid three-star (hotel). I didn't like the shower with a curtain, neither in terms of size nor convenience, that's about it. The staff is very positive.
My stay here was excellent! The hotel's location is super convenient, really close to Zurich HB train station and an easy walk to Zurich Old Town. The hotel environment is also very comfortable, with a cozy and unique style. Although the room wasn't huge, it had all the amenities I needed, and there's even a lounge providing extra space to relax. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time
Hotel location is great, very clean and the room is exceptionally spacious. Area is very quiet and many restaurants around. Pillow and bed are not good pillow very very soft. The staff is not very helpful and no information given when we checked in.
The location is fantastic, and the hotel is very clean with a pleasant scent. Our room was also spotless, and the soundproofing was decent. The only downsides were that the elevator broke down during our stay and bottled water wasn't provided, but everything else was great.
The biggest highlight of this hotel is its excellent location. Zurich's city center is quite small, perfect for a city walk. It's only a 5-minute walk from Zurich Main Station and a 10-minute walk to Bahnhofstrasse, a street bustling with luxury brands (next to Hermès is the top-rated Zeughauskeller restaurant, I highly recommend their pork knuckle set meal; there's also a LADERACH chocolate shop,...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was tucked into a quiet area but very close to the city center and attractions. Food options weren’t that great(pricey) but there were many options nearby. Overall would definitely recommend the hotel.
Highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and thoughtful design. The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast at the café next door was a lovely touch.
We loved the hotel which had been recommended to us by my Swiss brother-in-law. The room was beautiful and well equipped, and the public areas as well as the room were spotless. The hotel is located in the Niederdorf district of Zürich which is the old part of the town with narrow cobblestone streets, excellent shops, restaurants and bars. However, on both of the nights we stayed in the hotel we were...

The hotel is closed to the train station, breakfast is good, room is big!
The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, but the front desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast was a little basic, but considering the price, it was actually quite good. It's about a seven or eight-minute walk from the HBF (main train station).
The hotel management reassigned me to a smaller room, citing that the originally allocated room had been given to guests staying for multiple nights. This practice is unprofessional and does not reflect appropriate service standards. May refer to the check in form I signed, the original room was 415, I was assigned 511.
5mins walk to main station and coop store downstairs, both are very convenient. Breakfast is good.
Amazing location only a very short walk from the train station. Breakfast continental buffet was lovely and the staff very friendly. No heating in the room but then we found a Dyson air blower in the cupboard which heated the room nicely. We also requested extra pillows which were sent to our room promptly. Lovely staff. A simple hotel at a great price.
It was a good 1-night stay in the city. The location was near to the HB & neat to the attractions. Overall, it was a nice place for a short stay.

My room is considered good size for Swiss standard, better than expected as we already know how expensive hotels in Switzerland are. Breakfast is adequate and basic, free tea and coffee available at lobby all day, do grab a drink on your way out. Toilets amenities are lacking so do bring your own toothbrush and shower cap. Located between Zurich bahnhof and old town, it’s convenient getting around
Great location and lovely amenities. Reception staff, however, could be friendlier and more forthcoming. Also, room key had to re-programmed every single day for no apparent reason - nobody seemed to care.
Great location in the old Zurich, room was surprisingly big and breakfast was decent too.
I booked a single room for Christmas Day, and everything was fantastic. I honestly don't have a single complaint. Everything was perfect: the room, the location, the service, the cleanliness, the breakfast – absolutely everything! I highly recommend it!

This was the third time we have stayed at Hotel Scheuble in Zurich. We brought some friends with us on this trip and they loved it too !! The staff are great, the rooms are fabulous with comfortable beds, powerful showers and a terrific choice of options at breakfast and the hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the ‘Old Town’ and only a 10 minute stroll from Zurich HBF. We will be back.
We booked this hotel for our last few days in Switzerland. Our trip started with a few days of skiing, and unfortunately I ended up with a broken shoulder. I was really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I was travelling on my own, and was trying to find something in the heart of old town that didn’t break the bank. The lobby of this hotel was so much nicer than I expected and the service was amazing - great staff. They got me into my room several hours early. I appreciated the tea, coffee, and espresso in the room. The hotel also has a lot of history...
Great location near old town and 10 min walk to train station. The room was a bit on the small side, and the closet space is university style efficient.
The room and bathroom were very clean. The air conditioning wasn't very effective, but it got cold after half an hour. Shampoo, towels, etc., were provided. The location is excellent; attractions are all within a few minutes' walk. The hotel doesn't provide free bus cards. Breakfast was good, and the front desk staff spoke excellent English, were very welcoming, and helped with luggage.
It's a nice hotel in a great location. The price is a bit high considering the size of rooms. We booked a junior suite and it supposedly can sleep 3 people. But inward tilted surface of the sofa makes it very uncomfortable to sleep on.

Right next to the Duomo, the location is absolutely fantastic. Although the room was a bit small, the designer made excellent use of the space, giving it a really artistic and comfortable feel. Plus, it was quiet!
Newly renovated with great taste for design without being luxurious but showing Swiss charm with loads of twinkle in the eye. Can absolutely recommend, finding a place like that in Zurich is good, really good. Only downside was one receptionist who was more arrogant than a cold Swiss granit stone, however his colleagues were all sweet. good value for money.
