I had a great experience. There was only one issue with the cleaning people leaving the window open and when I came into the room it was freezing. The heat is controlled by the hotel and not the guest. The luggage storage was great. You have to pay for it using bounce. It was a great experience I had at this hotel. No complaints.

Really enjoyed this hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good. And it is very near to a good Middle Eastern restaurant, a Star Market with great flatbread pizza, a bakery/Italian restaurant, and a tram stop. And the price is right.

We ordered cappuccinos and the person made them from the self serve machine and put them in a mug instead of taking the time to make them properly by hand. Also our instant coffee maker was not working in the room. The beds were a but stiff. Alex was very good. Location is great. We were happy overall.

The room quality doesn’t match the lobby aesthetically - I’d consider the rooms pretty basic. Bed was ok - pillows were nice. The person who checked us in couldn’t have been less interested in the customer service experience. The area seemed nice and location was close to a train station that made it easy to get to the airport. Glad we only stayed here the one night.

It is not a luxury hotel ! But it is comfy ! Personnel are nice , the food not too bad ! Breakfasts could be better ! Friendly service, generous extra check-out time, good breakfast. Room is OK, with good work desk and chair and coffee and mini bar selection. Strangely soft pillow not how I like it. As usual in too many hotels, there was no walk-in shower and one had to shower standing in the bad tube, and as too usual, the shower head could not be fixed in a proper position, but kept sliding down.

This hotel is in a good location, in the center of Zurich, and the price is moderate and not expensive. The facilities are a bit old, the breakfast is simple, and it is convenient to go anywhere.

I would have given this hotel 5 stars except it is not on the Lake but a main street is in front. I had ordered a room with a lake view with a terrace thinking that there was no street.
